The quality has been great, and it's really nice that you can select a custom fabric for the same price as just the regular beige (it takes longer to get a custom color, but worth it). We also got an umbrella and was surprised at how good the quality was. Delivery was on the outer end of what they thought it might take, but still within the schedule. The guys that delivered it were terrific and we are really thrilled with our purchase. We're planning to go back and get another couple of umbrellas.

The guys on the sales floor encouraged me to replace the ceramic briquets that sit under the burners. However, the ones they sold me were the wrong shape, and when I sought to return them, I was told they could not be returned unless I had an account with Barbeques Galore. I had a valid receipt, and they said that condition was stipulated on the sales receipt, but there was no language to that effect on the receipt. This is an unfortunate misunderstanding I am working with the store's manager to resolve. The amount is small and the dispute minor, so I hope I can return to Yelp! and update my review. The whole process took about two weeks. Since then, the only maintenance I've had to do is change out the filters. Definitely recommend if you want to get your hot tub on!

The second time he showed up I spoke with him, he had very poor communication skills and got worked up. He clearly had not looked at the hot tub as he tried dismantling my deck as opposed to simply lifting a deck access gate. He began to make me feel completely uncomfortable so I asked him to leave. The customer service at Lifestyle Outdoors really wasn't bothered and rescheduled for 2-weeks out with another technician. I asked if there was anything they could do to have it serviced sooner and they said no. I explained I would leave a yelp review for this and the customer service rep told me that was fine. So this is for extremely poor customer service.
