Some of the grandeur of the rooms and furnishings would set well transported to some of the stately homes the area. For Pasadena, it's a good match for the blend of old and new. Patrick Romano, one of the President's Circle Sales and Service Managers greeted us and offered assistance. He also let us know of the Pre-Black Friday Sale going on now. 30% off orders over $2k. Good deal! I was pleasantly surprised to not have sticker shock at the prices. My friend and I love to play "Guess how much this costs" Patrick would look up the prices of the items we were intrigued by. The retail prices were tens to hundreds of dollars less than we guessed. My favorites were the lighting fixtures, some amazing hanging sculptural pieces. Definitely worth the time to immerse yourself in this amazing space and glean some redecorating ideas.

I paid $2,500-$3,000 for a king-size mattress. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team dumped it at my doorstep and left--in the rain. No installation. No warning. No accountability. I live in a small condominium. The mattress was meant for a second-floor bedroom but instead blocked my entire entrance. Customer support told me they'd "send help in a couple of days," as if this was somehow acceptable. With no alternative, my wife, teenage son, and I tried to move it ourselves--impossible. I ended up paying local workers out of pocket to haul and install it. When I complained, one of their representatives laughed on the call, then dismissed my claim entirely. This company takes your money and disappears when problems arise. Recently seeing them associated with the Olympics is disturbing--elite athletes deserve far better than a brand that shows this level of negligence and disrespect. Do not trust the reviews. They have "fancy" chandeliers, LED lighting, wall scones, floor lamps, interior and exterior lighting options. I learned so much about the different styles such as a flush mount, a hanging swag light, and features such as a dimmer with different light tones from high to low. I chose a Mission Tiffany Pendant light (sounds like a necklace, lol). As I write this review, I am in the dining room with the light above me! All I have to do is flip the switch and the room glows. After about a month, I realized the mattress simply was not the right fit for me. Unfortunately, this is where the experience became extremely frustrating. We were informed that a switch fee must be processed through Synchrony Bank, and we have been completely unable to access our account due to "verification" requirements. We have submitted all requested documentation, yet it has now been over three weeks with no resolution. During this time, we have called daily, only to be told repeatedly to "wait another week." Mattress Firm employees have been polite, but they have not been able to assist, leaving us stuck in the middle with no clear answers. At this point, what was supposed to be a straightforward comfort guarantee has turned into a stressful and exhausting experience. We are concerned that this delay may push us beyond the four-month window, which feels unfair and unsettling. We have been patient and respectful throughout this process, but the lack of communication and progress has been extremely disappointing. We do want to escalate the situation at this point. Waiting almost over two months is a bit ridiculous. As far as improvements go, they need to tell the client that there's a chance that these things may happen down the line not oh yeah it's a smooth transition. You can just come in and switch. We like transparency I don't like to be mislead

The email that comes says they are leaving it at the curb! What? That is where people leave their items to be donated in this town. Then, it comes in many boxes and the assembly is non trivial. You have to cover the parts of the sofa. We had a heavy demim material that doesn't have much give It took hours to unbox and assemble with three blisters as a thank you. I would not have ordered if I knew when the sofa would actually arrive and the process....white glove delivery is not available. If late delivery, poor communication and hours of assembly is your style..they are the company for you. Not once did they mention the hours of assembly this would take...they said it was easy.
