Cassidy shared a few requested options I inquired about (absolutely no upselling!) and before I could finish half my coffee the order was in. If you see a couch online that you like, consider going to their showroom and asking for a quote. Marina (one of the managers) is fantastic and will work with you to get the best price. However, make sure you have some measurements ready (length of the entire sofa/ length of the chaise, seat depth, etc). I paid $2,500-$3,000 for a king-size mattress. Delivery was delayed, and when it finally arrived, the delivery team dumped it at my doorstep and left--in the rain. No installation. No warning. No accountability. I live in a small condominium. The mattress was meant for a second-floor bedroom but instead blocked my entire entrance. Customer support told me they'd "send help in a couple of days," as if this was somehow acceptable. With no alternative, my wife, teenage son, and I tried to move it ourselves--impossible. I ended up paying local workers out of pocket to haul and install it. When I complained, one of their representatives laughed on the call, then dismissed my claim entirely. This company takes your money and disappears when problems arise. Recently seeing them associated with the Olympics is disturbing--elite athletes deserve far better than a brand that shows this level of negligence and disrespect. Do not trust the reviews.
