The amazing Cassidy greeted me upon arrival and lead me directly to the sofa I'd set my sights on - The Metro. It only took about 2 seconds of sitting on it to confirm that this was the one for me. Cassidy shared a few requested options I inquired about (absolutely no upselling!) and before I could finish half my coffee the order was in. It's an amazing store and I only wish I had discovered them sooner. Stylish & unique yet reasonably priced especially when considering what you're getting. So go see Cassidy - she's brilliant and can help guide you through your expedition - make sure to check out their remarkable Metro (you could spend twice as much elsewhere only to end up with half the value) and plan on spending some time perusing all of their unique offerings. If you see a couch online that you like, consider going to their showroom and asking for a quote. Marina (one of the managers) is fantastic and will work with you to get the best price. However, make sure you have some measurements ready (length of the entire sofa/ length of the chaise, seat depth, etc). An electrician installed a ceiling connection and wired it to a wall switch by the room entrance. I browsed the Lamps Plus website and went to the Pasadena location to see their products in person. So glad I did, I got a good look and selected the perfect ceiling fixture for my home. The sales personnel were very helpful and made recommendations, which made it easier to narrow my choices down to the final three. They have "fancy" chandeliers, LED lighting, wall scones, floor lamps, interior and exterior lighting options. I learned so much about the different styles such as a flush mount, a hanging swag light, and features such as a dimmer with different light tones from high to low. I chose a Mission Tiffany Pendant light (sounds like a necklace, lol). As I write this review, I am in the dining room with the light above me! All I have to do is flip the switch and the room glows. This has been an extremely frustrating experience and I still don't have my order. Our original delivery was scheduled for 9/11/26. I took the day off work to receive the order. Both pieces arrived visibly damaged damage severe enough that the driver himself said the items should never have been loaded onto the truck in that condition. We rescheduled for Tuesday, 9/15/26, and I received confirmation via both text and email on 9/14/26. To make sure this wouldn't happen again, I proactively texted ahead of time asking that the replacement items be inspected before being loaded. I was told this would be handled. I then took a second full day off work for the delivery window. The driver called to inform me there were no items from our order on the truck at all so there is nothing to deliver. They were also unable to haul away our old furniture as arranged, since that removal was tied to this delivery. For the third attempt, I confirmed the order that morning since I have trust issues now. The driver called me about 2 hours before the delivery window to say only 1 of the 2 pieces of the sectional were on the truck to be delivered. So despite confirming the order myself that same morning, I was never contacted by the warehouse or Bob's Customer Service. I took a third day off work only to have the delivery fail yet again. At this point, I have no confidence that Bob's can execute this delivery without yet another failure. So we have a 4th day scheduled now to attempt to complete this order. This is honestly so ridiculous.
