If you see a couch online that you like, consider going to their showroom and asking for a quote. Marina (one of the managers) is fantastic and will work with you to get the best price. However, make sure you have some measurements ready (length of the entire sofa/ length of the chaise, seat depth, etc). A lot of my favorite stores that I used to shop at. Walked in yesterday and got a very nice welcome from a lady by the name of Linda. She wanted to know what was it that I needed? I told her few things. After carefully listening to me, she escorted me to the right aisles for me to check them out. To start off with, I needed set of 6 glasses. I also needed a nice throw for the couch in beige color. Needed wine glasses. Set of 4. While I was browsing different aisles, I have noticed different styles, colors, prints of variety of plates. Also very practical for everyday use. I saw a nice Orchid decor that would look very nice on my dresser in my bedroom or anywhere else. Got a candy dish, and set of 2 pillows to throw on my sofa. Mine were kind of raggedy and old. So bought whatever I needed and walked out. Store was very clean, and well organized according to what they had. One other thing, when the cashier was ringing me up, she noticed that one of the glasses had a small crack in the middle. Right away she said let me go grab you another one. Even though after careful observation, I don't know how is it that I didn't see that small crack?? She brought me another glass and for all that I only paid less than $135.00 including tax. I don't know if they have bathrooms, parking or not; but, I parked outside.. Also had a lot of sale items.. Thank you Linda, Crate and Barrel and management. There's pretty ribbons on the vase, which added that extra touch. I also asked for a box to hold the vase while I drive around with it. She also offered the card and I asked her to write a message for me. Overall, always a pleasant experience with Christina. Worth the money every time. Other places sometimes charge the same price but the arrangements too small or not enough. I believe there is no website to showcase what they can make. It's best to text her and show some inspiration photos with a budget. Or go see her in person and I think she can show some photos on the tablet. I'll be so sad when she retires!

Even at that price, 10 stems should be $60! ...so how did he land on $38 and then add tax on top of that? The math and pricing were completely inconsistent. It felt like he didn't really know what he was charging or was just making up numbers on the spot. Between the poor quality flowers, messy wrapping, and confusing pricing, the whole experience was frustrating and disappointing. We had a wonderful experience with Borboleta Decors. We need twin beds shipped to our grandchildren in Arizona. The beds were built super fast and they are solid and they are of great quality. Helena found us a reputable shipper. The beds arrived this morning and we could.not be happier with the whole experience. Obviously the person who left a review complaining of the damaged furniture chose a bad shipper. The great thing about these twin beds is that they can easily be converted into a bunk bed. Had a great experience with Borboleta Decors. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because I had to handle shipping. They were transparent since the beginning that they would not handle shipping because they had problems with shippers before so they decided not to be responsible for shipping anymore. My desk arrived yesterday and I love every detail of it, Great craftsmanship. Solid wood, made to last. I was able to pick my own knobs and had them shipped to them for installation. They customized the measurements to ensure that the set fit perfectly in our Master space. While Borboleta Decors mostly shows newly made furniture , my husband discovered they will also refinish furniture. Our vintage butterfly leaf table, purchased 53 years ago at a garage sale and used daily while raising 2 boys, now looks brand new with a smooth finish thanks to their skilled workmanship. I waited four months for my wallbed - an extra month due to some supposed flooding - and when Caesar arrived to install the bed for an extra $425, he did not have and refused to purchase an $18 stud finder to help locate a possible pipe inside the wall that he was terrified of hitting with a screw. I don't really understand how a wall screw can penetrate a copper pipe with no physical or auditory warning, but apparently Caesar doesn't trust his own instincts and the company employs nobody else with a higher level of skill. Apparently Caesar also doesn't know how to use a measuring tape to determine where a pipe could possibly be, as a simple measure from the corner of the wall to the showerhead on the opposite side would have solved this perplexing mystery. Instead of doing the right thing and figuring it out like a professional, screwing the bed in around the potential pipe area, or going to buy the stud finder to help him avoid the 1" pipe in the 6-foot wall, Caesar and the company demanded to take back the custom-made bed and refund my deposit, leaving me having wasted four months waiting for them, two hours arguing with a guy who is less capable than an average handyman, and with no wallbed after they guaranteed it would be installed today. If you are looking for professionalism, problem solving skills and the fundamental desire to make things right, you are simply not going to find those qualities here. I am dealing with dozens of companies getting my home back together after the fires, and I have not experienced this level of amateurism and blatant refusal to find an amicable solution. There is absolutely no reason the bed could not have been properly installed or that it had to be returned. The lack of common sense and logic is disturbing at best. Norma is nice, their products look good, and their prices are reasonable, but the likelihood you are actually going to get your bed on time and professionally installed seems to be zero - at least in my case. I cannot recommend Wallbeds n More and highly suggest you learn from my mistake and go elsewhere where they employ a competent installer - or two - who have the necessary skills and tools to do the job you paid them to do.

Beginning with my first contact, they were friendly, helpful and timely in getting back to me with quotes, help in pricing fabric (including that it would be cheaper for me to buy direct!) and evaluating what needed to be done. Cushions are better than new. This is a great local business. I highly recommend them. One caveat: parking on York can be a challenge. The answer (from the owner), come before 9:00 a.m. I will shop nowhere else for furniture repair and reupholstery needs.

However if you ask for some alternatives when presented their ideas, you are stonewalled or told too many options will confuse. I suggest that 2 or 3 options are not confusing. If you have some experience in design I would use someone else.

I ordered a custom conference table from Parkman Woodworks back in November 2025. Immediately after…read morereaching out, Graham was in touch about a consultation call, talking about what we were looking for, different styles, and got us a quote more or less immediately. Having seen what they'd done for other clients, we didn't have much doubt and pulled the trigger and couldn't be happier we did. They put together some renderings for us with measurements and notes, and when a couple of the items weren't quite what we envisioned they immediately changed the renderings to our specs and sent over the new revisions. They really worked with us to ensure that the product we got was the one that would make us happiest. It took about 3 months for us to receive the final product, but once we did it was beautiful, even better than what we'd pictured. It's definitely the centerpiece of our conference room and almost every client remarks on it. I also want to add that only a few weeks in, we had a brief issue where some epoxy fell from a slot in the bottom of the table. It wasn't anything structural, and it happens from time to time so I mostly just wanted to make sure we got it repaired. I called up Graham and he made it happen immediately. Since we're based in San Diego and PW is in LA, he found a solid woodworker down here and arranged for him to come (at cost) and fix it up for us, which made us feel really valued as a customer. Overall, definitely recommend these guys and their product. The next time I need a custom piece, I'll definitely return!

I contacted a number of wood workers about the piece but John was the only guy I actually trusted to do the work. I have high expectations when it comes to workmanship and quality. John seemed to actually give an interest in the damages and discuss possible repair options. Great communication! The piece has been in the family for many years and I wanted it repaired good as new. I couldn't have been happier with the work he did. It took less than a week to finish and it looked absolutely fabulous. I look forward to the opportunity to be able to use John again in the future for any wood work I need done.

He even created a custom ottoman to replace my loveseat in a crowded living room. The way he blended elegance and comfort makes me feel like I have a brand-new piece of furniture.
