One of the wheels and hubs came off while on the freeway and stranded my guys at night time. We have no resources up there nowhere to turn and were really in a bad place. I called a few places before getting a hold of my mobile mechanic, they empathized with my situation and you could really tell that they wanted to help. I will preface this that I got a little nervous about calling anyone that is "emergency repair" or "mobile services" because I've had bad experiences in the past. It seems like a lot of these companies know that you are desperate and have nowhere to turn so once they get there, if you choose them, the charges are just going to go on forever. That wasn't the case with these guys though. They called a tow truck to get my trailer off the freeway,, they had the trailer brought back to their shop even though they really don't have a place there to work on trailers. He knew I was in a bad position, made an exception and it really helped out. The next morning, they called around and found the parts needed for my trailer got the hub replaced and my guys back on the road for Southern California. I honestly don't know what I would've done without these guys other than trying to have this trailer dragged up onto a car hauler trailer and towed back home to figure out what I was going to do with it once I got here. Even then, I don't even know if my trailer would've still been on the side the freeway once I was able to get back to it the next morning. I have a lot of respect for these guys and it's nice to see that there are still honest companies out there.
