You enter, ( it's one way) and pull into one of the open spaces ( there's at least 12), click your card, and charge away! These are all fast level three chargers, and they reasonably priced. The entire building is immaculately clean, and if you don't want to hang in your car while it's charging, there's an enclosed lobby, where you can sit and enjoy some quiet time, grab a snack from the vending machine, or get some last-minute things done on your phone or laptop. Once you're done, and you head out of the exit, it's a one-way street, so it makes it easy to jump back into the thick of the San Francisco streets!

Not a tesla owner but came here 2x over the weekend and observed the chaos of tesla drivers…read more 1. theres not enough charging stations for the demand in this location. 2. tesla drivers are the worst. they cant backup their $100k vehicle correctly. in and out multiple times for their spot which causes traffic for those coming into target parking lot. ever thought of using your "auto park"? 3. once a stall is open, the next in line will race to that spot and usually blocks off the main corner towards target; so NO vehicles can pass causing traffic on both entry points. 4. expect at least 3-6 cars deep waiting for a station. 5. most tesla drivers just sit there and fall asleep. If tesla was smart they would have installed charging station towards the back side of target. let their "click" stay on their side.

I had to swap out the battery on my wife's Toyota Camry over the weekend and had an extremely…read moredifficult time as I lacked a rachet set at home. While most cars, including my Lexus, has bolts that are easily removed with simply a wrench, Toyota decided they needed to put two different sized bolts to secure the battery in place (a 10mm for the terminal, and a 12mm for the battery frame). And to top it off, the battery frame does not have crossbars that are easily accessible. Instead, you have to finagle a socket extender in between an incredibly small, tight space that only a small child's hand would ever be able to wiggle through. Needless to say, without the proper tools, I could not do this job myself. I called AutoZone and asked if they would be able to assist me despite the fact that I purchased the battery elsewhere, and the person on the phone stated that it would not be a problem. Although this turned out to NOT be the case per their policy when I arrived, Douglas still volunteered to replace the battery for me when I discovered their tools that they lend to customers lacked a socket extender of the proper size. Although the total job took about 20mins due to the poor design employed by Toyota engineers, Douglas still generously assisted with this replacement without any complaints. I really appreciate this outstanding level of service and will definitely go out of my way to this AutoZone for all my auto parts needs!

They quickly changed out his reel and gave him pointers on where to fish. Here's where the story gets better: That afternoon my grandson tried to cast and his line became a complete tangle. We went back to West Marine and were helped once again by Thai. He proceeded to very patiently untangle and restring the line. He tested it and once again gave my grandson instructions on how to prevent line tangles, how to fix, how to do test drops. Going in, I was concerned that the Mariner Square Drystack system would be a lot of trouble. Its…read morenot. They've got this whole drystack thing down to a science. I'm convinced this is a better way to store our boat. First, your boat stays indoors and out of the sun, wind, and elements. Second, your boat stays out of the water. In the estuary, this is key because there is some crazy stuff that grows on hulls. The investment in Mariner Square Drystack will eliminate hull repaints for us. Third, they retrieve your boat from the drystack faster than I could have loaded it into the water off a trailer. Lastly, the location is cool. Its right next to a restaurant for post-boating meals, and the water is in the calm portion of the estuary across from Jack London. A short hop up the estuary puts you into the wilds of the Bay. They also have good customer service, and keep the place very clean. Check out the spic and span bathrooms.

Very helpful, very responsive, responsible and easy to work with. Our boat looks great too since it is not getting beat up be the weather on the trailer or getting salty in a slip. Let's be real.
