This spot is most convenient if 1. the other San Mateo location is completely packed or 2. if you're trying to hit up Target and need a quick juice while running errands. Not a tesla owner but came here 2x over the weekend and observed the chaos of tesla drivers…read more 1. theres not enough charging stations for the demand in this location. 2. tesla drivers are the worst. they cant backup their $100k vehicle correctly. in and out multiple times for their spot which causes traffic for those coming into target parking lot. ever thought of using your "auto park"? 3. once a stall is open, the next in line will race to that spot and usually blocks off the main corner towards target; so NO vehicles can pass causing traffic on both entry points. 4. expect at least 3-6 cars deep waiting for a station. 5. most tesla drivers just sit there and fall asleep. If tesla was smart they would have installed charging station towards the back side of target. let their "click" stay on their side.

Well, that didn't happen because you can't use a credit/debit card at the pump. I'm not sure if all the pumps have this problem. But I looked and saw some broken pumps. So it's best to just go inside and pay for gas. The clerk was nice, and he let's you use the restroom. The foodmart seems to only stock the basics, but it was clean and organized. I didn't have time to checkout the Wienerschnitzel which is part of the gas station. That's why the gas station has a drive-thru. Why 3-stars? I've been here before, and I don't recall the place being so dirty. The pumps need to be washed. Some pumps are broken, and you can't pay at the pump. BTW, the gas here isn't super cheap.

The Assistant Service Manager, Daniel Oliveira, showed zero concern, dodged responsibility, and pushed me off to others. Communication was terrible -- no callbacks, broken promises, and I had to keep showing up in person just to get updates. They even failed to order my replacement windshield the first time, offered no loaner car, and never honored the discount they promised for all the inconvenience. Livermore Honda damaged my car, denied responsibility until forced, ignored me at every step, and provided the worst customer service imaginable. Avoid this place at all costs.

I ended up paying $5000 to have the body work redone and just paid another $3000 to replace the electric control system and batteries that were destroyed by water damage from the shoddy repair job. Unfortunately Hertz went through bankruptcy so I was unable to sue. You will never find Hertz accident damage on a carfax report because Hertz has everything fixed in-house or by a shop that doesn't report the claim. Beware the high cost of the low price.

The employee I dealt with was extremely subpar in terms of customer service, communication and basic decent behavior. I had to endure 15 minutes of the employee snorting rubbing her nose and being overall repulsive and disgusting. I will never use this location again. Oh if that's not enough the employee in question answered a personal phone call and ordered lunch in the middle of checking me out. Oh did I mention they have absolutely filty dirty cars. The car service dealer that sent me there was actually aware of how terrible this location is and they are moving their business to Enterprise ... they have a reputation! You've been warned.
