Vince took a few weeks to do the work, The next day I attempted to use the trailer brakes were locked up and wouldn't budge. He had someone else attempt to fix his problem. When Vince came out a 2nd time, finished work again (ask he kept blaming my truck for the issues). All seemed well, until the next day when I used my trailer I noticed he had unplugged trailer from truck. I found out after I reached my destination the lights won't go out unless you unplug! Again he blames my truck. I gave him a 2nd chance and he failed. The LQ Horse trailer repair business explained: Vince completely mis-wired, the 7 way plug, as well as the wiring he worked on in the back he used house connections not the correct connectors for a trailer. In the future Vince, if you're not sure about something just be honest and state it. Don't blame, or make the situation worse.

While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Previous he replaced my slid out motors. He had two on hand , charged me $300 per motor. Having problems with these less than 2 years in. I ordered new motors. They average $100-$120 per. I thought he was a nice guy but $800 to replace two motors when it should have been $300-$400 crooked. Also the roof repair cost $6500 and was not done correctly. Was supposed to replace side mirror and awning. Instead he removed connections for three devices; Solar, TV and internet connectors. He didn't vacuum vents that were filled with loose material like saw dust and insulation. I hate to make this review on a local business I prefer to support the little guy. But I feel robbed.

Keegan, my service advisor, was outstanding. He communicated with me constantly, kept me informed, and provided regular updates throughout the entire process. I never had to wonder what was happening with my truck. What impressed me even more was how I was treated before the service department had even opened. I was stranded at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. A gentleman working that day--I believe he was in sales or finance--treated me as though he were welcoming me into his own home. He came outside to visit with me, invited me to wait inside where it was cool, and offered me water and cookies. That level of genuine kindness is incredibly rare in today's world. I spent my career in retail and served as a vice president of a national brand, so I recognize exceptional customer service and a well-run organization when I see one. I would have been honored to have someone like him working for me. Keegan and the entire staff at Borjon Auto Center turned a difficult situation during a family vacation into an exceptionally positive experience. This is clearly a first-class organization with people who genuinely care about their customers. I cannot recommend them highly enough. by the way, this is my first yelp review ever Richard
