He was very nice, professional and got the car started in no time. He did check the battery and it was time to get a new one. I usually buy my batteries through an AAA provider since there is a 36 month warranty. If I was home I probably would have waited to change out the battery but since we are on a road trip better to be safe than stranded on the road with no one to help. Jack changed out the battery quickly and efficiently. We were back up and running in no time. Thank you Jack and Cambria towing for getting us back on the road so we could enjoy Cambria.

They were quick and responsive when my vehicle quit. Additionally, they were willing to take us the additional long distance home on their weekend. Thank You! The job was scheduled through AAA insurance, who had originally booked us with another Towing company (Pete Johnson - Chevy). Watch out for that company who had said they were booked up and couldnt service us for 2 to 3 days, but would only tow us in town and charge us for transport and storage. So we were stranded and AAA was going back and forth with our claim for hours while we were stuck. C&D responded promptly (20 minutes), then professionaly loaded our vehicle (2005 Dodge Ram) onto the tow truck and we were safely returned home.

Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. Excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service from start to finish. If you're using SLO Tow, I highly recommend asking for Andrew!

Total scammers!!!! I…read morewill be filing a complaint with the BBB against this company for what I believe to be excessive and unreasonable towing fees. My vehicle was towed approximately 2.3 miles. The vehicle was in the company's possession for less than one hour before I retrieved it. I was charged $805 to recover my vehicle. While I acknowledge that I mistakenly parked in a short-term parking space, the fee assessed is grossly disproportionate to the service provided. A short-distance tow and less than one hour of storage does not justify an $805 charge. The amount appears punitive rather than reflective of actual towing and administrative costs. That kind of fee feels completely outrageous and predatory.
