Andrew took the time to patiently explain the entire process, including how vehicle storage would work while we waited for a long-haul transporter. At pickup, he was professional, thorough, and organized. He documented everything with photos, reviewed all of the paperwork with me before loading the vehicles, and made sure I was comfortable with every step of the process. What really stood out was his follow-through. He told us he would let us know when the vehicles were picked up by the long-haul carrier, and after two weeks in storage, he did exactly that. He reached out the same day they left, which allowed us to start tracking the cross-country transport with confidence. Well he waited over an hour for Bob Holzer Towing to show only to be called back and told that because they failed at the jump start that they wouldn't look at either car until it was looked over by a mechanic. WTF? Now my kid is learning how to pull the battery from YouTube videos and having another friend take him to Costco to swap out the battery and having me question what AAA is even for. If you are in San Luis Obispo County and AAA wants to send Bob Holzer towing for battery service you would be wise to ask for another service provider.
