I arrived at Frank's with a bunch of keys to be made for a realtor who was selling my grandfather's house and shops. Erin was incredibly kind and got all the keys made in no time. She even labeled them! I really appreciate the little things and how she went above and beyond when I didn't even ask. I'm so happy with this family-owned business and the excellent service! read more

Very reliable, professional and quick! After my my RV key broke in half in my lock mechanism with all my gear locked inside, Luke came within the hour to an RV park to fix and make me a new key. He even looked at my other locks when I mentioned that they had been sticking as well. For an emergency call on a holiday week, the entire fee for the fiasco was very reasonable. When I told Erin that I was looking to install an exterior combo lock in a walk through gate, she asked me to sendher dimensions and photos of the lock and gate. Extremely rude, ill-tempered and unprofessional. Overcharged us and told us we didn't know what keys we were using for our own house and proceeded to talk down to us. It should be considered slander the way he spoke to us, I hope he doesn't treat all who come to him in this fashion Never going back here. I'll go to Ace if I need keys made read more

Frank's Lock & Key recently made a set of duplicate keys for my house. This may not seem like a big deal but one of the keys was a unique shaped key and was made in 1939. Several previous attempts to recreate the key at various local hardware stores always resulted in the duplicate key not working. I was very happy with Frank's Lock & Key's friendly service and that my duplicate keys opened my door. read more
