I can't say enough great things about this business. I accidentally knocked a 22.5 commercial tire off the bead of our RV leaving Cava Robles. It was earlier in the morning and I desperately needed to be somewhere. I called several mobile commercial tire repair shops, but no one was available at that moment. I called Mark from Marks tire. I told him my problem and where I was. He said his shop was right around the corner. I drove a mile down the road to his shop. Mark himself showed up a little before opening time, him and another employee got right to work. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I had a slow leak in one of the drive tires on my Peterbilt and was told by a tech at a truck stop shop (not Marks Tire) that the tire was shot and needed replacement. It's an $800+ tire that will need to be ordered so I hopped on Yelp to find a local dealer to handle it over my break. The folks at Marks were so helpful and would be happy to order a new tire but suggested their techs should take a close look at the problem to see if it could be repaired. So in I go and they pulled off the tire, fixed it, and remounted it all in less than an hour for $57. Really terrific service, great staff, total professionals and a lesser shop could have easily sold me a pricey tire but Mark's took the time to see if they could fix mine up instead and I super appreciate it. We had a front tire blow out on our 38' motor home north of Paso Robles and we landed in the center median of the 101 freeway. The tow truck driver told us to call Mark's Tire and they had the tires we needed at a fair price and their mobile service was there within 30 minutes. Dakota took care of us and was very compassionate as I was a bit frazzled! We are headed back next week to have them replace the remaining tires. We had a Travel trailer tire blow out on Highway 101 south of Paso Robles. Pulled off on spring street exit. First folks we called were going to charge us well over $300 just to swap the tire with the spare. I called Mark's and within 30 Minutes they were there and replaced the tire with a new one for below $300. I would highly recommend these folks. read more

We were driving from home (Monterey, CA) to Santa Fe, and less than three hours in, one of our tires sprang a leak and was flat. We called Mark's and they said they'd be ready for us when we got there. We had a pump in the car so we kept periodically pumping up the tire until we got there. They had us drive straight into a bay, and immediately went to work. It's an EV with a noise-reducing foam strip inside the tire that they said they might have to remove, but 30 minutes later they'd patched the tire, kept the foam strip, and we were back on the road after having paid an incredibly reasonable price (I'll leave it as a pleasant surprise) for the repair. The staff was very friendly, the service tech was fine with me hanging out and watching (I'm a curious guy), and the whole experience from discovering the flat to continuing our trip cost us less than an hour (and less than $30, I'll say that much). Mark was a prayer answered Labor Day Week End. If you need ANYTHING, he will take care of you. All I needed was to air up my spare RV trailer tire that I forgot to check at home. I had to use it because my original tire went bad on me. Not only did Mark top off the air in my spare tire, but took my bad tire and put a good used RV trailer tire on my original rim at no cost. I would never recommend this business. Tires were not mounted properly and were falling off vehicles. They were coming off tractors and semis even cars. Which I was a victim off. I never ever recommend anyone to go to this business. They pride themselves on being "family owned and operated" as well as "family oriented" they are not. Their works are extremely under paid. I recently took my 40 ft motorhome to Marks to straighten out the mess created when another local shop installed new tires. I've previously tried everything to correct the shake and vibration experienced with the new tires. The owner, Mike, jumped in personally to correct the issues. He ended up removing all six wheels and tires to check each for roundness and balance. He showed me how the other shop incorrectly installed the tires as well as his efforts to correct it. He worked on each wheel and tire and finally selected the best two to put back on the front of the rig. He and two of his technicians worked for almost three hours and the charge was far less than I anticipated. The result was very gratifying and for the first time in a while a smooth and stable ride. I encourage my fellow RV's to support someone who takes pride in the quality of their work and provides great value. read more

A technician came out for tire replacement on an inside dual after a blow out. We were relieved to see that no exterior damage was done. But after the Mark's Tire technician finished changing out the tire, we now had scratches from the wheel well along the side of the coach. When we called to talk to the owner Mike about this, he denied that his technician would scratch the coach while changing the tire. It wasn't there after the blowout but it was there after the tire exchange. ?? I wouldn't trust my coach with this company. They should stick with tire changes on semi trailers. read more
