I recently needed a 4-wheel alignment on my 1986 Honda Accord, and finding a shop willing to work on an older vehicle these days can be a challenge. I called several places, and then I spoke with Robert. Right away, he was courteous, professional, and simply said, "Bring it in, no problem." That got my attention. When I arrived, they were extremely busy with tire sales, but Robert got me checked in, explained what to expect, and told me I could grab a seat or take a walk while they worked on the car. The shop was clean, organized, and very well run. Now, I'm 60 years old, and I'll be the first to admit I'm pretty picky about who works on my vehicles. I've been burned by mechanics before, and because I do a lot of my own mechanical work, I know when someone is giving me the runaround. I watched the young technician who handled my alignment, and I have to say -- this young man knew exactly what he was doing. He was professional, careful, and proficient. Once the alignment was finished, he explained everything to me clearly and answered my questions without trying to sell me something I didn't need. And that's what impressed me most: No BS. No pressure. No unnecessary repairs. No games. Just honest, straightforward service and a job done right. My old Accord now drives like a champ. After all the work I've put into bringing this car back, getting it to drive this good again was extremely satisfying. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and professional, and I genuinely appreciate that. This place is a hidden gem. Don't overlook them just because they're tucked away by Lowe's on the corner lot. If you need tires, an alignment, or service, I highly recommend giving these guys a chance. That morning, I dropped it off, and John said it would be ready by 2pm. Well, before 2pm, i received a call that it could be picked up. Not only that, it was nearly a $100 lower than the estimate "...because it was checked, and wasn't needed"...wow. I love it. They immediately identified the problem as a worn tie rod ending! ordered the part it arrived on time they replaced the tie rod ending no more shimmy, they rotated all my tires on their computerized rotation machine. The machine was wonderful. It described where the imbalance was on the wheel and the technician was able to correct immediately. the car moved to the laser guided computerized Hunter alignment rack to find my front alignment was out of specification. The alignment computer displayed exactly what the measurements for my vehicle were and how to correct them. 10 minutes later done to better understand what had happened I took a picture of the screen on the computer with the new dimensions and I cut and pasted it into the question line for GROK AI program and asked GROK to explain the results! Holy crap I think I got a masters degree in front end alignment in terms that I could understand wow everything is great. Looking forward to getting 400 K. I was stranded at the dealership on a Sunday, waiting for the tow truck to arrive with my truck. A gentleman working that day--I believe he was in sales or finance--treated me as though he were welcoming me into his own home.
