I'm not very familiar with the area, and called several tire shops to see who could help her out. Figureoa's was the only one that was not in a hurry to get me off the phone. I've never felt the need to leave a review on someone's business but this was a different story. Between ordering parts without consulting me (telling me they talked to me about it when they never did), upping prices from the time of drop off to the time of payment, and a vehicle that's not right after charging me the most money I've ever payed for or heard of anyone paying for a leveling kit installation. It's still not right I'm taking my business elsewhere after being told they could make it right after charging me an uninstall fee as well as a reinstall fee for a smaller kit. I went to another alignment shop and they thought something was broken or loose because they have never seen anything quite like this. The pictures don't do it justice but it's gotten progressively worse as the truck got driven for the last week. I will never take any vehicle back to this shop and I hope you don't too unless you want to overpay for something that might not be done right. read more

The problem is as soon as we came in and he started working on the Jeep he then bounced around to five or six other customers finishing their jobs before even getting ours done. Outstanding, start to finish. Called multiple tire shops asking for quotes on a set of 4 All-Terrain tires. Figueroa's was able to offer me a better brand than the other shops for HUNDREDS less. I honestly thought it was too good to be true and was slightly nervous... but nope.. all was perfect. They were super friendly upon arrival, and got to working on my car immediately. Went down the street for breakfast and by the time I was back, my car was ready to go. They do not offer alignments at the shop, but for the savings on the tires alone, I was able to go to another tire shop down the street they recommended and STILL saved a $100+ dollars from my other quotes. Now that I live 70 miles from my regular "tire guy , I almost took the long journey back when my car was screaming at me to get it new tires. Used to be our reliable tire shop until they messed up the suspension of our truck and messed up the sensors on our car. They had us take the car to ford and 5 days later ford confirmed they messed up the car. Then didn't want to be liable for it. Lost a loyal customer.
