I've never felt the need to leave a review on someone's business but this was a different story. Between ordering parts without consulting me (telling me they talked to me about it when they never did), upping prices from the time of drop off to the time of payment, and a vehicle that's not right after charging me the most money I've ever payed for or heard of anyone paying for a leveling kit installation. It's still not right I'm taking my business elsewhere after being told they could make it right after charging me an uninstall fee as well as a reinstall fee for a smaller kit. I went to another alignment shop and they thought something was broken or loose because they have never seen anything quite like this. The pictures don't do it justice but it's gotten progressively worse as the truck got driven for the last week. I will never take any vehicle back to this shop and I hope you don't too unless you want to overpay for something that might not be done right. read more

Outstanding, start to finish. Called multiple tire shops asking for quotes on a set of 4 All-Terrain tires. Figueroa's was able to offer me a better brand than the other shops for HUNDREDS less. I honestly thought it was too good to be true and was slightly nervous... but nope.. all was perfect. They were super friendly upon arrival, and got to working on my car immediately. Went down the street for breakfast and by the time I was back, my car was ready to go. They do not offer alignments at the shop, but for the savings on the tires alone, I was able to go to another tire shop down the street they recommended and STILL saved a $100+ dollars from my other quotes.
