Made an appointment for an oil change over the phone. Was quoted a drop off time and time frame I was expected to wait. Come the day of I hand over the keys and occupy myself for the expected hour. When I returned not only was my car still in the spot I had parked it, but when I asked why I was told it would be an hour a very rude and snarky young man told me "well that's from whenever we get it up on the lift" So why did I make an appointment and get a wait time?? I went to kings because I had a check engine light on, and saw they have good reviews so I decided to give them a shot. they said I needed a new 02 sensor and that would fix the problem, I got it done and spent over 700 dollars, it did not fix the problem, the light came back on and they said to bring it back. I took it back to them and they said it was the mass airflow sensor. They wanted 300 additional dollars to change the MAF. And they said this would fix it. I had the MAF replaced and it did not fix the problem. They robbed me of my money to have it diagnosed, and to have parts fixed on my car that were functioning just fine. I'm convinced they didn't do any work on my car and just took a thousand dollars of my money, I will never return to Kings and I recommend you stay far away. read more
