We met at an agreed upon location later the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. The lithium batteries had apparently been drained after several days of dry camping. He provided invaluable information about our lithium batteries, our monitoring system and other related equipment. We were able to get our generator started which enabled charging of the batteries with our solar panels. He kindly stayed with us until we were underway. They stand out by being amazingly candid, genuine, and compassionate. Let me convey an example. My truck was totaled by my best friend's wife who successfully avoided a deer only to encounter an oak tree. We had the truck towed to the only place geico recommended, Team Auto. When the independent tow company came, they said, "oh you're going to Team? They're the absolute best here. They do excellent work." I figured that perhaps they were insincere and working the two companies in concert. Didn't believe them.. Yet. Then later that evening after dropping of the truck I went to a grocery store and was chatting with the store manager about the day and my truck. He wouldn't stop going on and on about how he thought Team Auto was the very best around. It seems like from my small sample size here, the town of Paso Robles loves Team Auto! But that's not all. My experience with Ed was out of this world. In a great way. Since I live four hours away, I wanted my mechanic to work on my truck locally at home. This needed a long distance tow to make happen. Even though it meant that Ed would lose me as a client, he went out of his way to call all his friends to find me the best price for a tow of 250 miles. While we were waiting, he personally drove me over to the uhaul dealer and waited with me supportively while I inquired about renting a tow dolly to tow it up myself. He was genuinely helpful and altruistic, but not at all in the "used car salesman" kind of way. Ed and his team are top notch. While talking with him, I saw pictures of some beautiful cars he built and painted for celebrities like Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno. These are real car guys and if they choose Team Auto, rest assured they've done their research. Also, Team Auto apparently built one of the batman cars for one of the Batman movies! They're passionate about what they do and it's obvious that they don't look at their job as work, but rather it's a pleasure for them to make each repair a work of "art". I would work with Ed and the team again in the future and would go out of my way to bring my car to them for repairs. They're the best of the best. And they're great, humble, and generous people on top of it. Hats off to Team Auto Collision. It's reassuring to see a car business doing it right.

Vince took a few weeks to do the work, The next day I attempted to use the trailer brakes were locked up and wouldn't budge. He had someone else attempt to fix his problem. When Vince came out a 2nd time, finished work again (ask he kept blaming my truck for the issues). All seemed well, until the next day when I used my trailer I noticed he had unplugged trailer from truck. I found out after I reached my destination the lights won't go out unless you unplug! Again he blames my truck. I gave him a 2nd chance and he failed. The LQ Horse trailer repair business explained: Vince completely mis-wired, the 7 way plug, as well as the wiring he worked on in the back he used house connections not the correct connectors for a trailer. In the future Vince, if you're not sure about something just be honest and state it. Don't blame, or make the situation worse.
