I can't say enough good things about the RV repair service department and Matt. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am now bringing my Coachmen Freelander to Delta RV, previously it was my Pop Up Northstar camper. Matt has done inspections and repairs on both rigs. I always appreciate his assessment of what is needed and the punctual manner he accomplishes the work. Other RV places I checked with in the past never seemed to give me a direct answer and I didn't feel comfortable with them or the reviews they had received. If I could give 11/10 stars, I would. Delta RV in Paso Robles is the BEST! We have been there for various RV needs while visiting Paso Robles over the past 10 years, and they have always had what we needed, had staff that was welcoming and knowledgeable, and an overall welcoming operation. This trip, we brought two couples with us to spend Christmas enjoying Paso Robles and the Cambria Lights. We had the RV (Winnebego View) inspected and maintenance performed just before we left, and filled the Propane tank upon departure. Our first night, the heater went out - both electric and gas heating systems were blowing cold air; temp outside was in the 30's. You can imagine how cold it was at 2am when we figured out we had a problem! A voicemail to Delta RV was returned in less than 15 minutes by Cole, a knowledgeable guy. I wanted a mobile tech, which they didn't have available, but Cole gave me 3 names and numbers of local folks that might be able to do the job. Cole CARED about my situation!! He then transferred me to Matt, the on-site tech who might be able to help me if I could bring the RV to them. Matt answered the phone (that's a BIG DEAL!) and unfortunately was booked up pretty solid 'for the next couple of weeks'. I consider that a good sign of a good tech!! Matt took 10 minutes and very respectfully walked me through some basic troubleshooting. I was hoping that the issue was something very simple - we had prepared for this trip very well! Matt CARED about my situation, and was careful not treat me like an idiot....even though I felt like one! I won't bore you with the details of the fix, but in 10 minutes, Matt had heat coming out of my system. If you need ANYTHING RV related, Delta RV is THE place to go. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. read more

I decided to convert my RV battery system from Lead to Lithium. Sounded simple . Did my research and ordered the parts necessary for the upgrade. Went to a lengthy amount of work to install everything and in the finale stage, it did not work. Matt at Delta was highly recommended by a friend so I called Matt. I explained what I had done and what the results were. He offered to look at the RV and see if he could be of assistance. I left the RV with him after walking him thru what I had installed . He had lots of questions about what I had done. He offered to research it all and see if he could find the issue . HE DID ! After several phone calls keeping me in the loop he located the problem and corrected it. There are several other RV repair shops in the area, but did not have much confidence in their help after having dealt with them in the past, plus the wait time just to diagnose was terrible. I have a brand new RV and was in Paso Robles and had no hot water. La Mesa where I purchased is the worst and could do nothing for me even though it is under warranty. I called several places and Delta RV Matt told me to stop by at 11:00am and maybe he could look at it. I was on a week long trip and needed hot water. All the other RV repair shops could not help because they were booked as was Delta RV. I went at 11:00 and Matt was able to fix the problem. Matt saved my vacation and was very professional and explained the problem to me. As a female I have no experience with an RV and have had nothing but BS from La Mesa, 7 months and I still can't sleep in my bed because it won't come down from the wall. My husband and I were passing through Paso Robles on a California road trip when the Fan-Tastic Vent Fan in our motor home quit. Without the fan it is hard to regulate the temperature inside the motor home, difficult to ventilate when cooking, and is just unpleasant. We called Delta RV to see if they might have the parts we needed to make a repair. They suggested we stop by so they could verify what part or parts might be appropriate. When we arrived Rick came out to our motor home and disassembled our vent fan to get to the inoperable part. On seeing the inoperable part he took it out, fixed the existing part, and reassembled our vent fan. It works great now and the remaining 1,200 mile drive back home will certainly be nicer. When we asked Rick what we owed him for his assistance he simply said not to worry about it, his efforts were his "good deed" for the day. Rick didn't have to do any of this, but he did and we are extremely appreciative. What a great business and wonderful people to use if you need RV parts or service. read more
