We would like to give a "shout out" to Porfy in the service department at Sky River RV's Paso Robles location. We had been experiencing an issue with the Auto-Leveling system on our 2026 Brinkly Fifth wheel and needed to leave it to be addressed. After the issue had been corrected we returned to pick it up yesterday. Porfy came out to test the unit again with me. He spent at least 45 minutes with me explaining how the leveling system works and showed me how to operate the different functions of it. Porfy is just another example of the type of people that Sky River Paso Robles hires (very knowledgeable and customer service oriented). We have experienced some extreme ups and downs with Sky. The owner knows all too well about the bad experiences we have had over the last year. We were ready to quit our relationship after the last go around. When we discovered a major problem with the slide on our Shadow Cruiser we were desperate and called Chris in the service department. He sent a tech out that afternoon to get the rig back on the road and into the shop. A poor design by Heartland caused the problem and Chris got it repaired right away and back to us. Given our last experience, he treated us fairly this time. Although we will never buy a Heartland rig again, we will likely have Sky service our girl in the future. read more

My husband and I just picked up our new Brinkley 4 days ago. Jorden was awesome from start to finish. He's very personable, and answers his calls and texts quickly. We had some upgrades, and small fixes to be done before delivery. Many dealerships will make the sale, and then leave customers high and dry. Not Jorden. He even answered on his day off (a day I didn't realize he wasn't working). Mikey, Garrett, and the team in the service department did a great job with all repairs and installs. In particular, they installed our washer/dryer combo in the back end of our G3250. After speaking with the manufacturer, I believe we are the 1st to put one back there in this particular model. It took some extra effort, and I appreciate how well it turned out. I also want to share that Andy, in finance, was fantastic. I've purchased numerous vehicles in my life, and never once did I have a nice time during the finance portion. The process was fast, he was fun to talk to, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or upsold on anything. I actually left his office smiling - it sounds crazy, but true. We did tons of research online on rigs and dealerships. We physically went to many dealerships throughout central CA. I'm very happy with our decision to go with Sky River in Paso Robles. The staff and ownership were knowledgeable and friendly. When you are new to the RV or travel trailers the options can be a bit overwhelming. I gave them my modest budget for our first trailer and they did their best to make it work, but most of the ones I was truly interested in were thousands of dollars more than what I wanted to spend for my first travel trailer. I was shown several used and a couple new travel trailers, so there were plenty of options. The sales staff asked insightful questions and didn't make me feel overly pressured, which was nice. I didn't end up buying there and went private party instead since I found something under my initial budget but I would definitely consider returning to Sky River for maintenance or our next upgrade. ​​​ read more
