What a nightmare! At first they seemed so professional, competent and kind. But they are the opposite on all 3 counts. From Customer Service, the Customer Service Manager, to the repair technician, and even the owner! He's a scammer! After 3 months of my rv being in their repair shop I took the Amtrak to pick it up and found that the forward exterior storage compartment (they "fixed" all driver side storage compartments due to tire blowout damage) taking on water and that the electrical cord storage compartment has not had a hole drilled in to the bottom of it to allow the cords out. So I returned the rv to them the next morning (thankfully I stayed at local campground). The owner, technician, CS Manager, and the CS rep all told me that exterior storage compartments are not water tight and that my hose leak was the problem!!! That's like saying cars aren't water tight and that rain, and car washes are the problem!!! They wanted me to pay them hundreds of dollars to install a new hose connector! Additionally, I found that while they rebuilt the storage compartment that holds my electrical power lines, they forgot to drill a hole with a trap door that allows the power cord out of compartment when plugged in to power source! What incompetence! Now the only way I can plug in to power is with the storage compartment door open! They wanted me to pay hundreds of dollars more to make that right! The additional total was close to $1,000! It was their mistake and incompetence in the first place! My rv was with them a total of almost 5 months! They would not make the needed repairs and began threatening to charge me $50/day storage fee if I didn't pick it up or pay for their mistakes!!! Then when I picked it up I stayed in the same campground again and the next morning discovered that in water testing it they had not closed my bedroom vent and allowed water in through the roof vent causing ceiling staining! PLUS they kept my hose and water pressure valve! They are sloppy, unprofessional, and uncaring! They have grown too big and noses think that since they have a lock on the market, and don't have to rely on return business, they can just bleed every sucker dry and get rich while they do it! Stay away from these blood suckers!!! Save your money and the frustration! read more

We would like to give a "shout out" to Porfy in the service department at Sky River RV's Paso Robles location. We had been experiencing an issue with the Auto-Leveling system on our 2026 Brinkly Fifth wheel and needed to leave it to be addressed. After the issue had been corrected we returned to pick it up yesterday. Porfy came out to test the unit again with me. He spent at least 45 minutes with me explaining how the leveling system works and showed me how to operate the different functions of it. My wife and I decided it was time to down size from a Class A motorhome to smaller Class B or C to be able to take advantage of parking inside the National Parks and navigate through metro areas. We have experienced some extreme ups and downs with Sky. The owner knows all too well about the bad experiences we have had over the last year. We were ready to quit our relationship after the last go around. When we discovered a major problem with the slide on our Shadow Cruiser we were desperate and called Chris in the service department. He sent a tech out that afternoon to get the rig back on the road and into the shop. A poor design by Heartland caused the problem and Chris got it repaired right away and back to us. Given our last experience, he treated us fairly this time. Although we will never buy a Heartland rig again, we will likely have Sky service our girl in the future. read more

My husband and I just picked up our new Brinkley 4 days ago. Jorden was awesome from start to finish. He's very personable, and answers his calls and texts quickly. We had some upgrades, and small fixes to be done before delivery. Many dealerships will make the sale, and then leave customers high and dry. Not Jorden. He even answered on his day off (a day I didn't realize he wasn't working). Mikey, Garrett, and the team in the service department did a great job with all repairs and installs. In particular, they installed our washer/dryer combo in the back end of our G3250. After speaking with the manufacturer, I believe we are the 1st to put one back there in this particular model. It took some extra effort, and I appreciate how well it turned out. I also want to share that Andy, in finance, was fantastic. I've purchased numerous vehicles in my life, and never once did I have a nice time during the finance portion. The process was fast, he was fun to talk to, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of or upsold on anything. I actually left his office smiling - it sounds crazy, but true. We did tons of research online on rigs and dealerships. We physically went to many dealerships throughout central CA. I'm very happy with our decision to go with Sky River in Paso Robles.
