Mattix was prompt, efficient, and thorough. He quickly addressed and fixed/repaired five different issues I was experiencing with my fifth wheel. We clarified at the beginning of the service, when he arrived, that the $150.00 service fee is just that...$150.00 just to get him on site. THEN the $190.00/hr, one hour minimum rate begins. I was having an issue with my two AC thermostats. I couldn't get them to reset. He did both in less than five minutes, then shimmed my fridge door to repair the sticking door flap. With that being quickly taken care of, I had him change two exterior floodlight bulbs, and he was able to restart my kitchen vent fan while he was on the roof. All jobs performed in under an hour...totally worth the $345.00 to get everything fixed and prevent me from climbing on the roof of my fifth wheel. Thank you RV Doctor! read more

We think the tech would have had a better idea of the problem had he had access to the Lippert tech to discuss what he found and what repairs were needed. He arrived on time and worked hard to find the problem. Unfortunately, he did not find the problem with the leveling system. read more

We came to sun outdoors paso last week and had a leaking toilet water valve rear its ugly head. We made a call to them and within 4 hours Matduex came to our site and within a half hour had it all fixed and good as new! He was very knowledgeable and friendly! I broke the main power switch in our trailer. Then we saw the RV Doctor van at a gas station, so my husband asked where can we find the part. The man in the van was super helpful. The store had the switch, but not connectors. The RV Doctor helped us out from the goodness of the heart with the connectors!!! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unbelievably rude appalling service. The engineer I first dealt with was super nice but the customer service afterwards was appalling. I don't tend to write reviews but having just had Randy hang up on me for no valid reason (she had a bad attitude from the start in dealing with her), it seems appropriate to write one. She was rude on the phone every time I spoke with her and then tells me I need to pick up my jack myself from the place they dumped it at having had them take it to get it repaired weeks ago and left it sat there. It's honestly shocking for any company they're still in business with the way she spoke to me and handled things. They have had my jack for a few weeks now and mismanaged the whole thing from saying at the beginning they were taking it to a place to get it fixed (the place they took it to doesn't specialize in that so I'm not sure why they would take it there, I had to call around myself and find a place.) In the meantime they let it sit there and took a long time to get back to me to even let me know about it. They will probably have some smartass comeback to try and make it look like it was the other way around given the way Randy handled herself in conversation but Randy simply should not be in a customer care business since she cannot handle things well at all & will hang up on a customer and give a bad tone and attitude when a customer shows even the slightest of valid frustration over the way they have poorly handled things. She even told me not to contact "her mechanics" (her mechanic willingly gave me his number and said it was fine to contact him!) Just unbelievable. I'm now left having to get my jack back myself having waited weeks to even get to the bottom of where it was being held. They had both my husband's and my number but were asked from the start to contact me and then would say they left a voicemail for my husband and never follow through with communication after I tried countless times to get ahold of anyone. I just can't quite understand how they manage to stay in business with Randy there. The one star is for the mechanic who was very professional and pleasant. It's a shame his good attitude hasn't rubbed off on Randy. She needs some customer service training. read more
