I own a 50+ year old slide-in camper which I rebuilt 5 years ago and maintain meticulously. I was recently considering replacing the old stove. None of the local RV dealers/service shops (some big name ones) had any in stock and didn't seem interested in talking to me. I had occasionally done business with A1, sometimes small purchases, sometimes donating old parts, and decided to drive the 106 miles (each way) to see if they could help me. Both owners spent at least a half hour with me showing me used stoves, looking up and printing info on new stoves, and educating me on the pros and cons of RV stoves. I'm kind of sorry to say that when I got home and took an educated look at my old stove, I decided to keep it. It has some important features I would have to give up and I wouldn't have known that if not for A1 RV. Maybe they didn't make that sale but they did make a loyal customer.

Headed up to pick them up and upon arriving we were told they didn't know what we were talking about, they didn't have any assemblies or any headlight parts ordered for the day. My son headed back home and I called and spoke to the asst mgr to ask him to check on it. 2 minutes later he said they have them and we can come back in to pick them up. Absolute left hand not knowing what right hand is doing which wastes everyone's time. We previously had pretty good service there and I would have left the review at 4 stars. Except, during my call I mentioned all of this and the asst mgr didn't even pretend to care about the feedback. He said "well, he's got them now so..." Yes, we have them and won't be coming back for anything else. They would have let us leave just after calling us to come in to get parts we ordered and paid for only to send us home because they can't communicate internally.
