This started with me looking at the Cadillac Optiq and thinking it was decent but pretty expensive... I happened to be looking for a graphics card at Best Buy down the street from Caddy and decided to go take a look at the refreshed model Y. That's when I met Renato, He was friendly and easy going, super knowledgeable and answered every question. He set me up with a solo test drive and from there I was hooked. I walked away from the Model Y much more impressed versus the Caddy. Fast forward a week or so... I came back with the wifey and we ended up buying two cars. Renato was with us every step of the way and made this the most enjoyable, pain free buying experience I have ever had in 30 years of dealing with "car dealerships" I hope he gets the opportunity to see this and I also hope he gets the chance to train other associates. If you are in the market for a Tesla, make sure to ask for him. Use my referral for 3 months of free full self driving if you do go buy a Tesla ;) https://ts.la/blake56559

Very nice lay out of the showroom they only had a couple cars to look at. Plenty of staff with visible badges but unfortunately they were not to engaging with potential customers. I tried to speak with one but he kept the conversation real short like he was disinterested which was a bummer because how can I get interested in your product if you are unwilling to discuss it? As a gear head I think it would have been really cool if they displayed some batteries and the electrical motors under glass. Also I'm a touchy-feely kind of guy I don't like to look at a picture of something I'm buying I want to sit in it drive it etc. etc. so I think the bottom line is if you know what you want then this is the place for you if not then you might get the feeling of feeling unwelcome.

If your showroom closes 8:55pm, put the hours at 8:55pm instead of not letting me in at 8:55pm when you close at 9. My relatives visiting from Vegas just wanted to check out the Cybertruck and there were many people inside that you let out still. Cut off should be 9pm if you close 9pm. If I'm wrong at least put a sign somewhere. Terrible customer service, forgot who it was but it was an Asian dude. Never coming back. Hope the stock goes to under $100/share.

Great place to get to see different teslas on the market especially the cyber truck. Brought my 2 kids over for them to explore and they loved it. Personal believe in electric cars aside, it was great to get some exposure.

There were a quite a few families in this store looking at the cars. Customer service, what customer service? Staff were standing around talking to each other, joking with each other. On their phones... maybe I'm new at this, but sales people are sales people anymore and didn't share any information regarding these electric cars. Or Tesla employees just don't do that... Parents allowing their kids to run around and play pretend in these cars. So we didn't get a good feel or get to explore the cars.

Ask for Renato or Darren to help you out when you're here! They're very knowledgeable and are there to answer any questions you have.

Staff at this location, top notch! We went in to check out the Y model. They weren't busy and offered for us to test drive this model. We decided to do so after our lunch reservations. After a quick registration, we were escorted to the parking garage and got a quick tutorial on how to operate the car. A lot to learn however, we managed to figure things out as we drove around. Is there a Tesla for us in the future?

    My happy toy!!

But, in a market where cars are in high demand, supply is drastically low, and are selling for $10k+ over MSRP... thats as good as it gets. We were referred to Arkady through a friend. Hubby has a long history in retail sales, so the car buying experience has always been... eventful, as everyone knows. But now with 2 toddlers in tow, we weren't able to dedicate the months-long research, wheeling and dealing, and multiple dealership trips all over the Bay Area to get what we wanted. So we decided to give Arkady a try. We told Arkady what we wanted. SPECIFICALLY what we wanted. Down to the T. A brand new Platinum Highlander Hybrid in Pearly White. A special order color, in a very sought after trim level and combination. Arkady looked and found us a few, but we weren't ready yet. So we waited. And the aftermath of COVID was in full affect. The dreaded chip shortage. Dealer lots were empty, cars were being bought up like no other, and the market is now flooded with buyers willing to pay top dollar from a supply pool that would disappear with a sneeze. Unfortunately for us, we just couldn't afford to battle with ballers, so we waited, hoping Arkady could find us a deal. Luckily, Arkady was able to place us an order with the Toyota Factory for our specific car, in our specific trim. We waited a few weeks, putting our trust in Arkady, and we finally got the call. The vehicle had landed and was ready for us. Everything we wanted, as we had requested. Even in this market, he was able to get us below the MSRP, which is absolutely mind blowing. He promised, and delivered in spades. His cost of service is worth its weight in gold. The process was painless. He was prompt with his communication and was always straight forward. On delivery day, we met at his office and spent no more than 15 minutes doing paperwork.... to buy a car... that was tailor made to our specification.... at a deal we were more than happy with... We cannot emphasize at how valuable his services were to us, and our family thanks him greatly. Remember the kids? They didn't even have time to even THINK about throwing a tantrum before they were buckled up in the new car and we were on our way. Arkady runs a no-joke, no-frills, get-it-done business. He saved us a lot of time, stress, and yes, money during the car buying process, and has a customer for life. Thank you, Arkady, for all that you've done!

During the evaluation, they told me they had to deduct $1,000 from the offer because the car was wrapped and they needed to remove the wrap before reselling it. I accepted the reduced offer based on that explanation. Months later, I was contacted by the person who bought my old Tesla. He found me on LinkedIn to ask some questions about the car. To my surprise, he told me the car was sold to him with the full PPF wrap still on it. I immediately called DGDG to understand what happened. Their response was, "You agreed to the final selling price, so there's nothing we can do now." I spent over 90 minutes trying to reach a manager. Everyone I spoke with said, "I'm not responsible; I'll connect you to the manager," and then the line got disconnected. When I tried to call back, I received no response. When I finally got connected with a manager, she said, "The buyer wanted to have the PPF, so we didn't unwrap it." And while I was still talking to her, the phone got disconnected again. I called back, but no one answered. This was a clear case of deception. They reduced the price claiming they had to remove the wrap, then sold the car as-is with the wrap still on, profiting from my loss. Avoid doing business with this DGDG. If they ask to reduce your car's value for any reason, demand clear documentation that explains the breakdown of the final offer and the reasons behind any deductions. Do not rely on verbal explanations. I regret trusting them.

Just a couple of weeks after having my 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe serviced here, my car started having serious electrical problems out of nowhere. First, all of the warning chimes stopped working. Not long after that, the car completely died and left me stranded more than once. This is my only vehicle and the one I rely on every day to get to work, so this wasn't just an inconvenience, it completely disrupted my life. What frustrated me even more was trying to get help. For three straight days, I called the dealership over 15 times. I called the main service number and even tried calling several service advisors directly. I couldn't get through to a single service advisor. Every time I spoke with the front desk, I was told my information would be passed along and that someone would call me back. That never happened. After getting nowhere, I finally had to take time out of my own day and drive to the dealership just to talk to someone face-to-face. That's when I met Devin. I do appreciate him taking the time to speak with me and getting my vehicle scheduled. During our conversation, Devin explained that their phone system had been having issues. I understand that technical problems happen, but as a customer, that's hard to accept. If the phone system isn't working, there should be another way to make sure customers are taken care of. A dealership shouldn't have customers calling for days, leaving messages, and never getting a callback, especially when their vehicle has left them stranded. This also isn't the first issue I've had after getting my vehicle serviced here. My service history shows I've had multiple concerns over time, and it's gotten to the point where it's difficult to trust the service department. To make things even more frustrating, I was told that if my vehicle needs to stay for diagnosis, I'd have to pay out of pocket for a rental until Hyundai decides whether the repair is covered under warranty. I understand that's their policy, but when your only car suddenly dies without warning, it's hard not to feel like you're being left to deal with everything on your own. I'm not upset because cars break. Things happen. What I'm disappointed in is the lack of communication and customer service. I shouldn't have to make more than 15 phone calls over three days, never receive a callback, and then physically drive to the dealership just to get someone to help me. I genuinely hope Capitol Hyundai improves the way they communicate with customers because no one should have to go through an experience like this. A service department isn't just there to repair cars, it's there to support customers when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience.
