I have been a Lexus owner for many years and recently (two years ago) purchased a Tesla Model S. It has been a fantastic car. It was due for its two-year maintenance so I made an appointment. I arrived on time and drove onto the lot. It was jammed with cars and I had difficulty maneuvering and even more trouble finding the service lane. The wait for an attendant was rather long, but one finally showed up. Since it was a simple maintenance I decided to have my wife follow me to the site as it didn't make sense to get a loaner for just that maintenance. As it turner out, they had my car for five days. I received no calls regarding completion time/date. I decided on day three to go back and get a loaner. When I got my car back, several of the controls were changed and the car was dirty from sitting out. I received no paper explaining what had been done. So much for first class service! read more

Update: after many months the car is back. Originally told us because of the fender bender the software was not updating due to the front sensor malfunction. Body repair done and then the car still was not updating. Another month of them lallygagging and being rude in texts and not very empathetic that the car was taking months to figure out, they finally discover it was the back sensors causing the issue which could have been repaired months ago and let the car shift to gear to drive. Yes we would have taken the bumper to be fixed but they made us pay towing to a body shop and refused to even try to replace the front sensor because they were afraid the headlamp would not stay in place. We still could have found the issue back then and even if the headlamp didn't stay, I think driving to the body shop 2 miles down the road without a headlamp would have not been a problem. The only good news is that they replaced the faulty sensor device under warranty which should have been done months ago. I can't tell you how absolutely disgusted I am with the service and the rude texts they send basically telling us to stop talking to them. How would you feel paying for a car for 5 months and it sitting in your shop because you couldn't diagnose the issues? Rude horrible service and glad there is a new center in Clermont. read more

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. It was disgusting, trash cans over flowing, no water, 2 employees there which 1 starting yelling and cursing. The salesman who helped with the deliver of my car had no idea what he was doing and couldn't even tell us where the closest gas station was to get water. Every step of the delivery was awful and I am extremely disappointed with the experience. You'd be better off going to a different Tesla location even if it's a drive. We waited 2 hours just to pick it up. read more

I had my first service appointment for a nail in the tire. I was greeted very professionally. I thought with run flats they were going to tell me it could not be patched and would have to purchase a new tire like other brands. Ryan was very friendly, fun, and did a great job taking care of the car and and keeping me updated on when it would be ready. Cheers to the service team. We also had our in home orientation with Tyler and had a very nice professional learning experience. Cheers to Tyler. read more

By far the worst customer service. You can only communicate via the app but no one responds. I arrived on time for my appointment but was left waiting in my car for thirty minutes. My car was supposed to be done at 4 but as of 6:30 no one has updated the status of my vehicle or responded to my messages. I literally had to come into the facility to get an update because when I called I was pushed back to the app. Compared to other dealers the waiting area is bare bones and drop off process is inept and impersonal. read more

I picked my car from service after 4 days and it looked like it was stored for months in a junk yard. The amount of dirt on it. In prior experience of owning different vehicles and taking them in for service, before they turn the car back to you they wash it and do a quick inside vacuum. Tesla service center have no clue about good customer services. Very disappointed with lack of care given to customers. read more

The service is terrible at this Tesla location. If your plaining on buying a vehicle go elsewhere before you give them your information. I gave my information to David Earhart who was terrible about returning my calls or emails when I had a deadline i wanted to buy a car so I could drive it on my road trip. When I put a down payment at another tesla location (Jacksonville) they referred me to David since he already listed me as his customer. I gave him a second chance and he continued to not fix or help me with little issues I was having with the website. I ended up canceling my order because of him. read more

New delivery. Went smooth and was quick and painless. Tesla was a pleasure to deal with.

Worst car buying experience ever. Sold me a DUD LEMON 2022 Model Y that gets 175 miles range at best. I complained thru BBB and after a month of arguing my case with plenty of evidence Tesla accuses me of trying to cheat on my wife with the non-existence female Tesla employees LOL! Filed an NHSA and FBI report for fraud. This place is insulting you'd be better off to go drink bleach and dig yourself a grave to fall into! Buy literally any other car companies vehicle avoid Tesla like the plague! Tesla has blocked my email addresses; lied to BBB about solving the problem instructing me to communicate thru the service portal in the Tesla app but for the last two weeks the service portal has an error message making it impossible to schedule a service appointment as directed for a 4 week old $85,000 car! CRIMINALS! Car cars overheat protection doesn't work my car hit 130F should never go above 105F. The Summon only works 1/3 times and that one time will drive down the wrong way one lane. The Auto pilot slams on the brakes on the highway, swerved towards concrete barriers in the highway and hesitates to switch lanes so long you'll crash and die. They never even delivered on the FSD I paid $6,000 despite my impossible to achieve 95% safety score. This is a massive coverup; also the cars don't qualify for tax incentive so don't get fooled like I did. I was an early investor in Tesla and they have betrayed my trust. read more

Can't even explain... This had to be one of the best experiences ever. We went here today and Jose walked us through the CyberTruck and we purchased it! Amazing service and also test drove the model 3. The Tesla team there is outstanding. Next time we go will definitely bring friends to consider buying a Tesla! read more

This was a good experience with sales and the test drive. Their delivery experience at the dealership has much to be desired. Very bland experience. Cannot get paperwork out of these people to get a plate. 9 weeks later still not docs. They will not call back or resolve the issue. Not even management. Went through two temp tags and now cannot drive the car. What a cluster. Run fast. read more

The reviews about low quality service are justified. Sadly it's not even the employees fault--while my salesperson was awesome the test drive she scheduled for me was cancelled due to trying to maximize quarterly numbers. I asked to speak to the manager, Chris Kovats, and he told me himself that it had been cancelled "due to it being the end of the sales quarter." read more

Only giving it one star because you must select something or it won't post. Stay away from this location. Customer service is non existent here. This place is also a money grab - take your business elsewhere. read more

Took a test drive here, and the sales associate Chris was fantastic. Gave me a great overview on the operations of the car, and helped me with all the financials. Even gave me trade in values for my current car. No pressure, and a pleasant experience. Model 3, here we come. read more

I tried to buy a Model S here but decided against it due to poor customer service. It seemed no one was available to take my calls in a timely manner, and I wound up with a car that was not nearly the deal I was hoping for. In addition, there were several mistakes made on my order. If I didn't catch them, I would have waited for a car that was not what I wanted. The bottom line: There weren't enough workers to go around. They'll get back to you when they can. Apple has better customer service for a MacPro computer worth fifteen hundred dollars. The difference is I was trying to buy a car worth eighty thousand dollars. read more

As a current owner of a Model S. I can tell you one thing. Don't drink the Tesla Bull Shit Juice. Their service is made of bunch of incompetent individuals who have no F**kin clue about cars. No one know Sh*T about anything. You spend a $100K on a car that they can't figure out anything or help you with anything. My suggestion is to wait for one of the larger companies such as AUDI, VW or Volvo to release a better electric car where you can actually get some support. The technology in the car will WOW you but the support you receive from the local and national service department makes you think you bought a damn Yugo. Stay away from Tesla. I am sorry I had so much hopes on this company. read more

5 star service from the time you walk into the door. The entire process of purchasing my Model 3 was flawless. I enjoyed the fact that this was not a dealership, so the price online/in store is the price of the car (no if's, and's or but's). It makes the process less stressful and mentally draining. I was able to secure an inventory car and able to pick it quickly. The car itself was in excellent condition (contrary to the delivery nightmare stories that are online). One small rim defect was rectified easily. Everyone was informative, and after owning a Tesla, I do not envision my self going back to an ICE car. I look forward to a long relationship with this company, and will gladly refer my colleagues to this brand. Keep up the good work. read more

This facility is awful. Love Tesla the vehicle. Great car, cool features. This location is sloppy and unorganized. Employees wear Tesla tshirts, jeans, and sneakers. They do not represent the brand at all when it comes to good quality. They called me to come in early and I could not since I worked. Appointment was afternoon and when I got there my car was still on the truck so they told me it was 45 minutes. An hour later we said something and then all the sudden now they have documents and the car ready. (Which the car was sitting there for at least 15 minutes already). Overall: car is great. Employees are slow and have no customer service skills. read more

Once again I find myself writing to review Tesla. I own the model X and have had problems with the driver side window which they tried to fix three times. Now it appears to be fixed but the solution was essentially to wax it, so we'll see how long that last. Now one of the key Farb won't work, and after replacing the battery etc. I called Tesla and was on hold for an hour and 20 minutes. The help consisted of telling me to post online to the service department. Really great car, really poor service. read more

I'm a Tesla customer for about a year now and my experience so far is based on the Tampa location and... well let's say it was moderate! I moved to Orlando just recently and had placed another order (still affiliated with the Tampa location) and there happened a mix up with a previous account. Long story but my actual review is meant as an shout out to a really cool and pleasant experience with one of Orlando's employees! Joe was able to calm me down and give me the feeling of being understood and provided me with the reassurance that they are going to take care of my issues. It's a five-star rating for customer handling, friendliness, competence, and coolness. So far everyone at the Orlando location is friendly and competent but if you want someone really cool, ask for Joe he got you covered! read more

Best test drive ever! Convinced my wife (and kids) to go on a test drive I scheduled online based on ride in a friend's Tesla Model S last week. The manager Sky Roberts was very informative and showed us all the cool features of the Model S. The test drive was equally entertaining with him showing us Summon mode, Autopark, Insane mode (Launch control), and Autopilot. The family was amazed by this car and that's not easy to do. (Hardcore Audi, VW fans). Sky was never pushy and very professional. To end the experience we built a car online to our preference and were told if we were interested in ordering, everything could be done online! Great experience! read more

Made a service appointment 3 weeks ago. One of the worst customer service experiences I have at a dealership. The salesman seemed more interested in his laptop than speaking with us. Condescending at times too. A total disappointment given we are very excited about the car/technology. We stopped at the Land Rover next door afterward and were welcomed with warm service. Keep your expectations low if you are visiting this Tesla dealer. And if you want to test dive make sure you make an appointment. read more

We purchased our first Tesla in 2012 so we have been dealing with this company for sometime. I do believe that they are trying to improve but honestly, they have a lot more improvements left to make. As far as vehicles themselves, we've had many and they are amazing and we have to right now. But as far as the customer service, it's been so very lacking. What I have found most helpful is to call a dealership elsewhere like in Chicago my hometown when I have a question and they have been amazing even though I've never bought a car there in my life. One of them even got on FaceTime with me to help me because I had a problem with the charger. When I called this dealership that has worked on my cars more times than I can count they weren't helpful at all and said they were going to send a part in the mail that I never received. But right away Chicago figured it out and told me how to fix it over A video chat because I randomly figured that people might be better in my hometown of Chicago than where I have lived now in Florida for sometime. They have to improve customer service. They have to have people answering the actual phone so you don't wait for hours to get through especially when your car is there week after week and you're waiting. Guys, you got to clean up your act. If you're going to be owned by the richest man in the world or second richest man in the world it should at least show in the pride you take in your dealership. End of story. PS and every other company especially something even half the caliber of Tesla would have the manager responding and apologizing out the wazoo for all these problems but maybe I'm not looking for enough but I don't see any apologies or updates. Seriously. You need a complete overhaul and need to be one or 10% of the other Tesla dealership so I've dealt with who are amazing. Take a little pride. read more

All negative reviews about this place are true and correct, worst service, worst people, worst space, incompetence is rampant at this site. Tesla - Model S delivery! - Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

Great customer service and service agents!! Wish they would open another service center in Orlando since they are always busy.

no real system here for checking people in, i waited over 20 minutes before even getting greeted with a hello. now two people who arrived after me are getting served before. zero sense of urgency and zero customer service skills as far as greeting especially in a car dealership setting. i was coming here to spend $50,000+ and i ended up just walking out because i ultimately never got helped and ended up just waiting. i arrived 15 minutes early like the email suggested and still have not been helped and it is 1 hour past my reservation time. they need to do better. read more

Question: I ordered a Tesla Model S on 2/2/21 with an expected delivery in March. It's now April 8th and no car. Per Tesla, further delays mean no expected delivery date at this time. I now want to cancel the order, but Telsa wants to keep my $100 "order fee". Does that seems fair? read more

As much as my family and I love Tesla and wanted to embrace this service center. I'm sorry to leave a 1 star review. Time and time again we have expressed the same problems to the service staff and Cayman at the service desk actually LIED to our face about fixing the wood trim when we spotted defects on the DAY we took delivery of our model X. The squeaking falcon doors were "fixed"and days later started squeaking again. Seems these guys are there as a joke..poor Elon. A woman named Lauren from service was clearly flirting with the service advisor across from her the whole time we were there. In addition instead of tesla loaner we were given a base Mercedes SUV without any resemblance to the model X would not recommend this service center to ANY tesla owner with an eye for detail. read more

I have had my Tesla in for service three times since buying my car in 2015. The first and most concerning was from when the front motor went out. The other two were recall issues (seat belt and passenger-side airbag). In all cases Tesla has been prompt and professional. I had concerns about spending so much money for a car from a relatively new startup (as compared to an "established") car company. I have not been disappointed and have even found the Engineers in CA to listen to my suggestions (don't unlock all doors at once on first unlock). The folks in Orlando are great and I have no regrets. I've had no further issues with the one time the front motor went out. I continue to love my Model S four years later! read more

Love Tesla and we drive out here to take a peek at the new 3. Place was loaded with them early when most other places didn't have any. They no longer do on the spot test drives but we did get a thorough eval of the x and got to drool over other customers 3s through the window. Keep it up Elon. And make me a pickup so I can get one instead of waiting for roadster. read more

This tesla is so quiet, plus the car had no problems at all, the paint was great and the tires are brand new, I recommend buying

Absolutely despicable customer service. I purchased the Model S in 2014 back when Tesla was a "white glove" service company. The staff at the local dealership do their best in a very poorly managed corporate system. The local staff are helpful and pleasant, the issues that are plaguing Tesla are from a corporate level. Don't spend money on this company, with the big name car makers coming out with electric vehicles in the next 1-2 years (some even now). Tesla won't be able to compete with BMW, Jaguar, Audi, and Volvo. When making an appointment, which has to be done through an app, you will then at some point receive a text message from a snotty person that will tell you whatever you have made the appointment for is 1. either not really broken/defective/ or a problem, or 2. that what is broken/defective/etc. is not covered for some reason. No phone call, no courtesy of even looking at the vehicle. Thank goodness I live close to the dealer because I take it in and get it resolved there, but it shouldn't be so difficult and the lack of customer service and respect has completely turned my opinion of this company. It is disappointing to say the least, I used to highly recommend Tesla cars and even had some friends buy one because of me, but now it is definitely a Stay Away. I will be trading in my Model S in the next few months. read more

Got hung up on. Lack of customer support. I pre paid for a Tesla truck but now I will cancel it! I'm looking for an electric car from a company with good customer support! Too bad I can't give zero stars. We identified problems with the vehicle on delivery day - car not delivered in the configuration ordered. MISSING 21" wheels ($4500 upgrade). First alarm was a comment from the delivery specialist "oh yeah - they noticed that we had the wrong wheels". They claimed they would be there in a few days. After waiting 3 days we found out that they never ordered the wheels. No one could explain how we ordered the vehicle one way but mysteriously the wheels disappeared once the vehicle arrived at the Eatonville Service Center. Now 2 weeks later the wheels still haven't been received. Horrible customer service. You can't speak to anyone at this location and no one can answer questions. read more

It's unfortunate that I'm writing this. I rarely ever post reviews, but Tesla has the worst customer service I've ever been a part of which is why they deserve this 1 star rating. This is not about the local staff. They are all golden, and each time I go there, they are very pleasant and accommodating. I'm talking about what it takes to actually get there. My issue lies with the way the Eatonville center is managed. Because this dealership and service center is the only one around in Orlando and probably surrounding areas in Orlando itself, this center is particularly busy. So busy, in fact, that to get an appointment with car service, you have to schedule an appointment an average of THREE weeks in advance which is just crazy to me. The most I've ever had to wait to get my car serviced due to some type of issue was that I had to wait maybe a week. An example of this is when I booked a Tesla appointment for maintenance late September and the only option I could get for an appointment late October which was insane in itself. By the time my appointment came around, I had missed the appointment by an hour (which is totally my fault I'll admit. Too much time had passed, and it had completely slipped my mind that this was the date I was supposed to go), and ended up begging the local staff there to please get me the next available appointment which they could do... the next week which was in November. When I dropped off my car there (to be dropped off for the weekend and some business days while they fixed it), they had no loaner vehicles, offering instead to take me home using uber credit. I ended up declining and asking my sister to pick me up. This is not good. What if my Tesla was the only vehicle I had on hand to work/go to school/run errands? I was also expected to pick it up on my own. I find this inexcusable. As there was no loaner car provided to me, I think it ought to only be fair that somebody drop the car off to my home, but I digress. Now here I find barely even a few weeks later after this whole incident that there's a problem with the acceleration system and Tesla will not come to our house to check the problem out because the problem exceeds a mere mobile visit supposedly. Without checking to see if I'd even be available for the 13th of December, they booked me an in-car service on that date which means we will have to make another trip to Eatonville, despite trouble with the acceleration which has been reduced and the vehicle may not start-up. Will we survive that trip to Eatonville? Who knows!! I tried asking if it was safe for us to drive on roads that had heavy traffic/going through a lot of construction and that the driver of the vehicle (which is not me) was not comfortable driving it in the meantime. Because their customer service is nonexistent, however, I never got an answer. For a brand that is supposed to be luxury, it is clear that Tesla does not care about its customers because if they did, they would offer better customer service, rather than making it impossible to talk to anyone about any issues and making you, the customer, work your whole schedule around theirs. read more

I had an 11:30 appointment to pickup my Tesla. They finally got to me at noon. They took about 35 mins to get the paperwork done, which I had sent in advance. Finally the took us to the car, told us to look it over before we signed the final purchase agreement. They left us alone to look it over. I started the car the "add coolant" light came in. When they asked us to sign I sad the car has a warning light to add coolant. They took it to garage to have a service mechanic look it over. He said the coolant hose had a leak , they would Oder a new one, take 2-3 days, but I could drive the car home and it would be fine for 2-3 , I declined .,They called me 2 days later to say the part arrived and the car would be ready the next day. I get a call 20 mins later saying that the coolant motor was completely burned out because it ran without coolant, you know the car they told me to take home , drive for 2-3 days and it would be fine. They said it would be elated another day since the new replacement motor is a 7 hour job. I told them I am not taking that car , find another. They says we have one in Atlanta, pay us an additional so $500 and we can bring it down for you. Great customer service. Can you imagine if I bought the first car , drive it with no coolant? What else could have burned out? Just terrible service. Still waiting to have them find a bee car. read more
