With Tesla there are two different reasons to go to a Service Center, For delivery and for service. My first Tesla I purchased and picked up at this SC was in 2018, the next in 2020. Both times, the delivery process was very quick and it felt "like I was stealing a car" easy. Papers signed and you're driving off the lot in 15 minutes. Credit to Tesla's order process. For that, Tesla would get 5 stars. Now for the service... I've brought my X in for service at least 3 times. And was unfortunate enough to get the same service advisor. My biggest issue is the lack of communication. They would tell me my car will be done by Tuesday 5pm and by 4ish before heading there, I call to make sure my car will be finished and I find out that the service hadn't begun and they're still waiting for parts. They would have allowed me to drive over and would have been irate. After giving them 2 chances, after the third visit with poor communication, I called and spoke to the manager and told them that I cannot have that service advisor again. Completely unprofessional and he gave me an attitude! The only reason why this is two stars is because of Chan. I recently dropped off my 3 for an alignment and AC smell, he was professional and a pleasure to work with. I hope to get him next time. Thanks Chan.

I am a huge fan of Tesla and the technology behind their cars. I purchased my vehicle about a year ago and have had no issues thus far. One of the things I appreciate about the buying process is the ability to test drive the car for 30 minutes on my own, without a sales representative trying to pressure me into a purchase. However, I do have some issues with this specific location. The showroom is extremely small for the number of cars they have, which leads to chaos and confusion. The service area is always backed up and it takes forever to get an appointment. They even use their parking lot to service cars, which is not ideal. For the amount of money they make, I would expect them to have a bigger and better facility. Even the inside lobby area is worse than a corner dealership. Additionally, their communication is lacking. I hope they improve and make it more of an experience

Went in 2 time to "fix" my headlight that was not working on a 23 model y with only 3k miles. First time i went it was "fixed" then realized it was a lot dimmer than the other, went in again and it was fixed and then came to realize that my under dash was torn off and was not put back properly, also realized a huge scratch on my door panel. Poor service i have gotten from Tesla. Just wasting time and not doing their job correctly the first time. One thing has lead me to many more issues.

I have been looking at EVs and specifically Tesla for a while now. I'm not exactly in the market for a new vehicle at the time being but wanted to do some research if I did make the jump in the next couple of years. I've been spoiled by the service I receive at BMW and Lexus, where I am greeted and welcomed as soon as I step inside their doors of the dealership. At this service center, I wasn't even greeted for the first 15 minutes. No one came by to check back on me after 10 more minutes so I decided to leave. If the service center is indicative of how Tesla customer service is when I'm a potential buyer, I will make sure to stay far away. Luxury car prices with the lack of service is a definite no go for me.

It's true Tesla's usually do not require service, but when they do.... The Tesla service center in Orlando is the ONLY option for true Tesla service without traveling to Merritt Island or Tampa. Due the increasing number of Tesla's on the road in Central Florida they are booked weeks out for service. Luckily it was not an issue for me as all I needed was a simple sensor fix. So.... Tesla service process is much different than any other service center. All communication from booking the appointment to payment, service communication is done through the Tesla app. Which means there is not a number you can call to speak to someone. If you try to call the local number found online, it routes you to Tesla Customer Service Center in Cali. I have read many reviews that says Tesla does take a while to complete service and it hard to get communication during the repair process. I waited 3 weeks for my appointment and upon taking to the service center they said it was taking 2-3 days for standard repairs. Which I was not expecting...However, Tesla's customer service was amazing...They knew upon my arrival they would need to keep my car and they did not have any loaners, so they provided me with a $300 dollar Uber voucher...YES $300! According to the service rep Uber vouchers are Tesla's standard practice when they do not have loaners. The best part they were able to complete my repair same day, so I did not have to use the uber voucher. Their service department is sort of a hidden location. Tucked away between I-4 and the Range Rover dealership and not the best if you must wait for your repair. They waiting area is large with a TV but zero amenities which I thought was very surprising. They also have a small showroom. Currently they do not have any cars or Tesla products in the showroom. It was just a large empty room. There is some customer parking in the front of the building. But I did not see public use chargers which I thought was very weird being that all their clients would be driving a Tesla. This is where it gets confusing.... Tesla service center and showroom is located off I-4 however, they also have a sales showroom in Florida Mall. If you own a Tesla and are requiring service do not get confused with the Florida Mall show room. I believe the service center is call Tesla Lake Destiny Service Center. I am unsure why we (Orlando/Central Florida) do not have a full dealership?!?!? I am sure the area can support it!

RidiculousLy loud techno music coming through the wall from service area into the waiting room, waited three hours for an alignment for $175. Got the car finally and as I approached I 4 entrance started hearing a low level clunking when braking and accelerating. I drove to lake mary and went straight to Mavis tire... they put it up on the rack and showed me that the tie rods had not even been tightened down... described by the Mavis tech as "risky". He tightened them both down and the clunking stopped. Tried to call Tesla but as usual NOONE ever answers the phone. The next day I received a text from Tesla asking how my service was. When I responded with exactly what I'm typing above... I got a call from Joe, the service desk worker asking what the problem was. When I tried to explain, he was very interruptive with more questions, and did not want to listen to my concerns. I got furious and began cussing, and all he could say was"you're rude because you're cussing". I told Joe I was being rude because he wasn't listening and this was a very poor job done by very poor technicians, and it put my life at risk as I was driving up I-4. Then he got more sarcastic , asking me. "well why didn't you drive it back?" I said I was already on the highway and I didn't feel comfortable driving it with that noise... He continued to complain about me being rude so he told me he would have his service manager call me back which of course never happened. Worst service in the Auto industry... Tesla.

I enjoy the Tesla brand but this service station has some questionable employees. After leaving my car for service for some 2weeks I get my car back only to see a note that says "plz wash" not only is this unprofessional but very rude. I'm sorry that I didn't wash my car prior to having your mechanic's service it. Maybe instead of leaving notes on my dash just ask owners to do it prior. Mind you the only thing that needed washing was the exterior, im in the process of moving but majority of the items were in the trunk but again very rude and very unprofessional.

The Tesla Team at Eatonville are amazing. My second purchase from them and couldn't be happier. Delivery day happed while in Europe and they pushed back as far as allowed. Then Hurricane Ian hit and Orlando airport closed, flights held up for days, and no way to catch delivery day... even as pushed back as far as possible. The Team at Eatonville found a way and delivered my car to my home and we did rest remotely. Thanks Team Tesla for above and beyond quality service.

Buyer beware! This was truly the worse car buying experience that we've ever experienced, the staff is very unprofessional on every level we show up a day early to pre inspect our vehicle to make sure that it would be ready for delivery and they refused to show the vehicle. come back on delivery day and they take our cashiers check sign the docs. now we wait for the car which shows up dirty with oil marks splattered all over car they basically used the tire shine all over the vehicle ! very disappointed we start inspecting further and noticed wrinkled rear seat and missed aligned front body panel which by surprise they had a service tech adjust . we then proceed to get in vehicle to leave and the car give a sensor warning so we wait for them to look and finally they tell us leave the car becuase un drivable to return next morning . I take the day off return to pick up car and service tech says to me 30 min. I should be done, we wait all day till 6:oo pm never even looked at my car waisted our day very upset speak to vic. assistant manager explain how disappointed we are this is car number 3 and another delivery of car number 4 in two more days I asked that no one else but him to communicate with me the next day Tesla sends us notifications that car is ready for pick up . We return to the dealer with high expectations the service adviser confirms that car is ready goes to retrieve the car and comes back to tell me vic is getting out car and will talk to us the whole time the little skinny tech that told us that my car would be ready in a 1/2 hour was laughing trough the window mocking us we told Andy the service writer he went to speak to tech and tech continued with no regard to mach and laugh at us ! I then call Tesla corp. speak to adviser to cancel 4th car delivery at that location and moved it to Merritt Island hoping for better results , wanted to cancel this deal and have them purchase back the car because they where incredibly unprofessional and reorder some where else these two vehicle where supposed to be my teenagers first cars and they wanted the delivery experience . They totally destroyed my sons experience and we are so disgusted...... PLEASE BUYER BEWARE...... stay away from this location there reputation proceeds them ! and please share this they all need to be retrained and this location does not represent the Tesla Brand in anyway or form where is the regional rep? Where is upper management this place is a dump you can't even sit on the furniture because it will shed and peel on your clothing I asked them for a bottle of water they went and grabbed a case of water and slammed it on top of the counter over the refrigerator not even stocking the refrigerator. Please help us get this to the write people at TESLA ! @elonmusk, ElonMusk@elonmusk

To Whom It May Concern: RE: Fraudulent Business Complaint;…read moreCH Auto Sales On 14 July 2024, I came across a listing for a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 396 that was posted on a car sales website. It was being sold by CH Auto Sales, so I inquired for more information about the vehicle using the Contact Us on their website. I wanted to purchase it and the next day I called Mr. Charlie Williams, Owner, CH Auto Sales. This was my first red flag. He wasn't a very good salesman because he sounded angry, was very direct and didn't seem like he wanted to discuss the deal. Also, he was pushy and wanted me to sign the Purchase Agreement only after a few communications. On 15 July 2024, I signed the purchase agreement, scanned and emailed it to CH Auto Sales. Then Mr. Williams gave me verbal instructions to process a wire transfer for the amount of $1,254.00 for shipping the vehicle. I even repeated this information back to him to ensure our long-distance transaction would be accurately processed. He emailed the necessary information for the wire transfer, so I contacted my bank and processed the transaction for $1,254.00 that same day. Bank Name: Wells Fargo 1030 MONTGOMERY RD, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL , 32714 Routing/ABA NO. 121000248 Beneficiary A/C NO. 40630112757261641 Beneficiary A/C Name: CH AUTOS SALES, 540 N STATE ROAD 434, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714 On 16 July 2024, Mr. Williams contacted me by telephone stating that I didn't read the Purchase Agreement carefully and was very upset with me. I had just woken up and was not pleased with this sudden change that was turning bad very quickly. During this conversation, he also stated, quote, "I do not need your money. I will send it back by the end of the week." I later contacted Mr. Williams via email to express my disappointment and the reasons for not trusting him with purchasing the car. On 22 July 2024, I requested a status of returning the shipping payment via email to CH Auto Sales, which received the email reply of "call your banker and tell about this! you a maked complaint and my bank account is locked now!" Now I'm not sure what legal or administrative action(s) to take to recoup my payment to CH Auto Sales, but he needs to be stopped now from doing it again. Mr. Williams' poor integrity clearly isn't consistent with American values because he took financial advantage of me. Please DO NOT purchase from him. Mr. Williams poor business practices and ability to steal money from potential buyer is NOT ethical. These were the red flags I noted about CH Auto Sales: * Purchasing a vehicle via wire transfer is widely associated with scams * I live out of state and Florida is a great distance away * CH Auto Sales is not listed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida * CH Auto Sales has no reviews available on the Internet * CH Auto Sales address shows no business building on Google Maps * CH Auto Sales is a relatively new business, which is a high risk

There is also a pre-wash station so you can scrub some of those spots so they have a time to soak which is really great and makes it easier for the Attendant as well so that they can hit really hard spots that didn't loosen for you so you get a better wash overall. So, the Altamonte stopped having microfiber towels to dry your car off with for the monthly…read moremembers. The young man working the wash tunnel said they will give each customer (2) towels to take home and wash themselves because they can no longer provide them for daily use because so many were being stolen. I'm disappointed in the people that are taking their microfiber towels but it's unrealistic to think that I am going to remember to wash and put these towels back into my van every week. Not very convenient and that was the whole point of the the monthly membership - the additional perks and convenience. Maybe if they gave members (4) then I could wash two and have two in the van ready for my next visit. The last 2x I've gone to wash my van the wash tunnel has been closed, only the vacuuming area was available. Today when I went, all the signage had been changed. It looks like it's been sold to MISTER Car Wash.
