Steven previously showed aggression via phone a few days prior with my advisor as I was in the Service Advisor office where they all sit. My advisor was powerless against the tech. A few days prior Steven left the fuel lines and fuel rails completely out of the vehicle upon FIRST "service completion" and pick up and was asked to reinstall it...My nice service advisor asked Steven to put the fuel lines and rails back in and he hung up the phone on my advisor. It was days until we reached 2nd service completion for his negligence. I drove out there for nothing to pick up my van. Here's the facts: I initially brought my van in for a stuck $30 engine temperature sensor. Steven removed it. Thanks buddy. I paid $472.51. Not a problem. I thought the job was done until I asked to inspect my van under the hood and noticed fuel rails and fuel lines where missing. I found them in a blue bin inside my van cockpit. This is when my advisor made the call and Steven hung up on him. I was then told that I had to pay to have Steven put the fuel lines and rails back in. Well I didn't request to have them removed. I ended up paying an extra $236.26 to put them back in. They wanted to charge me double that. Had to wait days for him to put them back in probably because I refused to pay $6,402.18 which was a scam at additional money. I believe the tech was was scalding hot because he wanted to charge me $6,402.18 to replace intake manifolds and engine air filter housing. I can report that was a scam because I had my van towed to Auto Zone across the street from my house after the rails got put back in and the AAA driver watched me install a new $30 sensor from Mercedes into the intake manifold and watched me drive away in under 30 minutes...and on Auto Zone Cameras and the guys inside watched me do it. Furthermore, I have paper trail evidence from other shops afterwards that the van has been driving strong and fine and didn't need $6,40218 in repairs. Coolant has not leaked from the intake at all. I've been driving Mercedes since 2001 and know these cars; I'm not dumb and not swiping my credit card for a scam tech in Apopka. I already attempted to contact Wes during this time with no success. The service advisors all are very friendly and professional. I would've came back if Steven didn't show aggression towards my tech and then the scamming behavior. The tech working on your Sprinter should be avoided. Check the 1 star reviews as well. Florida Trucks - Me and my new 2016 Ram 3500 Laramie diesel

Within the first week, I discovered the truck was severely rusted underneath. It was clear someone had sprayed a coating under the truck and in the bed to hide the extent of the rust. I ended up putting more than $7,000 into repairs, only to later find a hole in the frame near the gas tank. I filed a complaint with the State of Florida, but was told there was nothing they could do because the vehicle was sold "AS‑IS." The dealership gave me a few hundred dollars to withdraw the complaint, and I took it, hoping I could still save the truck. Unfortunately, things only got worse. In December, when I went to get new tires and an alignment, I was told the rust had advanced so badly that an alignment wasn't even possible. The frame is now so compromised that it would require a major overhaul--likely another $10,000--to even attempt to salvage it. After spending nearly $28,000 in just two years, I had no choice but to drain my savings to buy another truck, and now I'm stuck with a car payment. A very expensive lesson learned. If you go there, DO NOT BUY anything without having it inspected by a trusted mechanic. And DO NOT BUY anything on their lot that comes from New York or any other snow state--you may end up with the same nightmare I did.

Mike was my salesman and was very friendly. I drove the truck 760 miles back to my home in Adamsville, TN with no problems. My criticism was that there were a few minor cosmetic flaws that should have been pointed out to me even though I still would have bought the truck anyway. These were: dent in rear bumper and two small dents in left rear bed panel. Additionally, there was only one key and no owners manual. Second key cost me $180.00. Owners manual $45 on ebay and a replacement for a cracked plastic tailgate cap at $35.00 on ebay. I have mobility issues so these flaws were only noticed when I got home. Additionally, diesel tank was supposed to be full when I picked up the truck and it was only 5/8th full. $58.00 topped it off and Mike says they'll send me a check to reimburse me. All in all, I am very happy with the truck and I think I got a very good deal. Truck isn't perfect but I got it for half of what a brand new one would be. The detail guys are awesome too. The interior looks like a brand new truck. I would recommend this dealership and my salesman, Mike, to anyone wanting a good deal on a used truck.

To Whom It May Concern: RE: Fraudulent Business Complaint;…read moreCH Auto Sales On 14 July 2024, I came across a listing for a 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle 396 that was posted on a car sales website. It was being sold by CH Auto Sales, so I inquired for more information about the vehicle using the Contact Us on their website. I wanted to purchase it and the next day I called Mr. Charlie Williams, Owner, CH Auto Sales. This was my first red flag. He wasn't a very good salesman because he sounded angry, was very direct and didn't seem like he wanted to discuss the deal. Also, he was pushy and wanted me to sign the Purchase Agreement only after a few communications. On 15 July 2024, I signed the purchase agreement, scanned and emailed it to CH Auto Sales. Then Mr. Williams gave me verbal instructions to process a wire transfer for the amount of $1,254.00 for shipping the vehicle. I even repeated this information back to him to ensure our long-distance transaction would be accurately processed. He emailed the necessary information for the wire transfer, so I contacted my bank and processed the transaction for $1,254.00 that same day. Bank Name: Wells Fargo 1030 MONTGOMERY RD, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL , 32714 Routing/ABA NO. 121000248 Beneficiary A/C NO. 40630112757261641 Beneficiary A/C Name: CH AUTOS SALES, 540 N STATE ROAD 434, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714 On 16 July 2024, Mr. Williams contacted me by telephone stating that I didn't read the Purchase Agreement carefully and was very upset with me. I had just woken up and was not pleased with this sudden change that was turning bad very quickly. During this conversation, he also stated, quote, "I do not need your money. I will send it back by the end of the week." I later contacted Mr. Williams via email to express my disappointment and the reasons for not trusting him with purchasing the car. On 22 July 2024, I requested a status of returning the shipping payment via email to CH Auto Sales, which received the email reply of "call your banker and tell about this! you a maked complaint and my bank account is locked now!" Now I'm not sure what legal or administrative action(s) to take to recoup my payment to CH Auto Sales, but he needs to be stopped now from doing it again. Mr. Williams' poor integrity clearly isn't consistent with American values because he took financial advantage of me. Please DO NOT purchase from him. Mr. Williams poor business practices and ability to steal money from potential buyer is NOT ethical. These were the red flags I noted about CH Auto Sales: * Purchasing a vehicle via wire transfer is widely associated with scams * I live out of state and Florida is a great distance away * CH Auto Sales is not listed with the Better Business Bureau of Florida * CH Auto Sales has no reviews available on the Internet * CH Auto Sales address shows no business building on Google Maps * CH Auto Sales is a relatively new business, which is a high risk
