MJ, the salesperson was an absolute pleasure to work with. He knew what cars were on the lot and what equipment they came with. The appointment was a success and ended with a brand new vehicle being driven home.

We walked in genuinely interested in seeing a CX‑70 or CX‑90 and ready to make a serious purchase. When we arrived, the only person who acknowledged us was the receptionist. We walked the showroom, went outside, sat in several cars, and even spent time looking at a CX‑90 inside -- and not a single salesperson approached us. No greeting, no "Can I help you?", nothing. What made it even stranger was that several employees looked directly at us as we walked by, but still didn't say a word. Most of them were gathered around the receptionist desk, talking among themselves while we were clearly browsing without assistance. As we were leaving, I said "Thanks for all your help" (yes, sarcastically), and someone actually replied "You're welcome," which honestly made the whole interaction even more awkward. Needless to say, we won't be buying a car here. When you're dealing with a stressful situation like a blown engine and you're ready to purchase, basic customer service shouldn't be too much to ask.

GO ANYWHERE but here for your vechiles. Hector your worried about you reputation ypu stole money from a single mom there was no contract in place ypu were flund to be in breach of it because ypu alter finacial documents after papers were signed. You asked me to shred the paperwork your new sales men wrote up be cause he made mistakes. If your that worried do the right thing and refund my money you have the car back now gove me my money back. PEOPLE IN CENTRAL FLORIDA BEWARE!! my son was involved in an…read moreaccident a week ago with his car being totaled. I started calling around for it to be towed and junked. BE AWARE OF A PLACE THAT GOES BY; several names including : Recycling, Orlando Auto Parts and Recycling. CLass 7 Auto, and many others. THe scammers go by the names of Ashley, Rodrigo, Edwardo, and George. I called around for prices and hearts was NOT the best; but they kept calling. Saying they could do a better price. SPoke with George who knew paperwork was in another state, knew condition of car, knew the time frame we needed to work in. He offered me MORE money than my highest offer I had gotten. Day for pick up came, Even after 6 phone calls, being ASSURED they would be there, my son sat 2 HOURS and they never showed. I spoke to George all the way up until 10 mins to 5. Then went to VM. NExt Day George conveniently wasn't there!!! That day spoke with Rodrigo as well as Ashley, 5 times. They were STILL late for a scheduled pick up, and THEN the Driver got in the phone and he and Ashley decide it would be $130 LESS than the offer George gave, siting "paperwork was needed" paperwork already discussed with George. Driver wrote HOLD on car and said IT WOULD NOT BE CRUSHED the next, and handed my son $400.!!!! When George was contacted the following day, he said, "well depends on condition of car", I said "same condition I talked to you about, including paperwork". He says "I'm sorry, but we have the car now!!" No offer to make it better, no apology, no offer to send money HE PROMISED. FLIM FLAM MAN AND AGENCY. LOOK AT COMMENTS IN YELP (I wish I had). GREAT RATINGS YEARS AGO....,. Not so much now. The have a number of different numbers and business names!!! PLEASE DO NOT BE SCAMMED LIKE I WAS!!!! IF I could give NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD.

They called back immediately and a very rude girl tried to get me to schedule a pick up of my vehicle. I stated that I was out of state and would call Monday when I was home. The girl then proceeded to tell me we could schedule for Monday. I again repeated that I would call them. They then called me the next day at 7:52am (did not answer as I was asleep), then proceeded to show up at my residence at 9:30am and try to take my car. They parked in the back of my house with a tow truck & proceeded to take photos of my car. My husband indicated that I was not home & he did not feel comfortable releasing the car. When I called this company to explain what happened, the same dumb rude girl answered the phone & proceeded to call me a liar because I "didn't have a drivers name". I have him on camera, saying the name of his employer, showing my husband a text he received telling him to come to my home. Apparently they don't begin work until 8am... so please explain the call at 7:52am?? The girl then proceeded to tell me that there was no one else I could speak with when I indicated that she was being very rude & I would like a supervisor. Then she hung up in my face! I called back and spoke to a nicer lady who apologized and explained the situation. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM cause obviously they don't know how to hire employees who know what the hell they are doing.
