We walked in genuinely interested in seeing a CX‑70 or CX‑90 and ready to make a serious purchase. When we arrived, the only person who acknowledged us was the receptionist. We walked the showroom, went outside, sat in several cars, and even spent time looking at a CX‑90 inside -- and not a single salesperson approached us. No greeting, no "Can I help you?", nothing. What made it even stranger was that several employees looked directly at us as we walked by, but still didn't say a word. Most of them were gathered around the receptionist desk, talking among themselves while we were clearly browsing without assistance. As we were leaving, I said "Thanks for all your help" (yes, sarcastically), and someone actually replied "You're welcome," which honestly made the whole interaction even more awkward. Needless to say, we won't be buying a car here. When you're dealing with a stressful situation like a blown engine and you're ready to purchase, basic customer service shouldn't be too much to ask.

When it was getting detailed someone ran into it and then they told me I had to pay for that dent and I'm like what. Anyway I still bought the car and it was a very good car. I now have a Nissan rogue and I've been bringing it in there to get serviced. So far everything has been excellent no issues. Friendly staff. Super clean. And they even wash my car after each repair. Most of the repairs were recalls and I got an oil change. I do like the lobby They have free popcorn coffee you can sit in there and watch TV. Some guy even had their his dog in there the other day. I'm just glad they're bright up the road from my house I don't like to drive all the way to Orlando for anything.
