The paperwork i received was completely different then what was submitted to the finance company so much to the point that the finance company re assigned the vechile back to them as well as the money they paod the dealership for my loan. Theu stole my $3400 and Hector the owner wont return my emails or calls. They owe this money to me they are preditors looking for the weak they offered yo yo financing. GO ANYWHERE but here for your vechiles. Hector your worried about you reputation ypu stole money from a single mom there was no contract in place ypu were flund to be in breach of it because ypu alter finacial documents after papers were signed. You asked me to shred the paperwork your new sales men wrote up be cause he made mistakes. If your that worried do the right thing and refund my money you have the car back now gove me my money back. I've been dealing with this Nissan dealership for over 20 years…read more I've had good times and bad times here. I bought a used Nissan car here back in the 2000s. When it was getting detailed someone ran into it and then they told me I had to pay for that dent and I'm like what. Anyway I still bought the car and it was a very good car. I now have a Nissan rogue and I've been bringing it in there to get serviced. So far everything has been excellent no issues. Friendly staff. Super clean. And they even wash my car after each repair. Most of the repairs were recalls and I got an oil change. I do like the lobby They have free popcorn coffee you can sit in there and watch TV. Some guy even had their his dog in there the other day. I'm just glad they're bright up the road from my house I don't like to drive all the way to Orlando for anything.
