    If your ever in the market for a used vehicle CarMax is the place to go. Their no haggle pricing and laid back sales environment makes car shopping and buying extremely streamline. The price you see is what you get and they take the headache and hassle out of trying to negotiate pricing. Upon walking into this facility I was greeted by an associate at the front desk. They are very friendly and do not pressure you into buying a car. This location is fairly new and they keep the dealership in tip top shape. They have a large variety of vehicles and you can also transfer a car in if you are looking for something specific that is not on your local CarMax. I enjoyed my time here and will not go anywhere else.

We had an idea of what we wanted and when my in-laws came up, we knew it was the right time to start looking. They are much better at negotiating and asking the right questions than we are! We tried to find a dealership through Costco, but it wasn't giving us one close by, so we went to Headquarter Honda. This is located in Clermont right across from Costco. It was weird that Costco did not send us there but I guess it was something with the offers. However, I am glad we went where we did. We met and worked with Kyle. He was a great salesmen, never judge-y when said possibly a certified preowned, he was not pushy, let us ask all our questions, and even took time to answer my in-laws questions as well. He made the car buying very pleasurable. Surprisingly we came across a certified pre owned, only 2 years old that we absolutely fell in love with. It was such a great price compared to a newer version and had more upgrades! We knew we needed that one before someone else scooped it up or they realized they were giving us a great deal! Kyle took time to show my wife, who will primarily drive it, every button, every extra thing in the car, how everything works. It was like reading the book but being given a demonstration. They even offered the Car Fax so we didn't have to pay for one. Their actual lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. Our certified pre owned came with a great warranty as well. We worked with Kyle for most the time but then had to work with the finance person for all the signing. I cant remember his name but he was also very nice and not pushy at all. He was even able to add some extra protection without changing our payments. I will say this was the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. At this location they also have a full service repair shop, where we will be bringing our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is pretty large, they have tons of places to sit, coffee and then snacks and drinks (in a vending machine). There is even an upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, and for the most part, fearful. The pushy-ness of some salesmen can be extremely overwhelming especially for my wife but this was very easy and not bad at all. I would highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Ask for Kyle as well! ACES!

That dreaded car payment every month and even worse looking for a car! I was literally dreading this. We knew we were interested in a Honda or Toyota. We went to Headquarter Honda first, located in Clermont. When we got out, we first met Kyle. What a gem of a salesmen! He was absolutely amazing and made our experience so pleasant. We did take my mom and dad (they are better at this then we are) and even with all of us asking Kyle questions, he remained calm, answered each and every one, gave fantastic recommendations. We luckily found a car that we fell in love with so didn't even bother going to Toyota. He took the time to show us every little detail on the car, how to use all the buttons and such. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was going well. We ended up buying a certified pre owned and we loved that they had the car fax ready to give us. Their lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. We got a fantastic warranty and I have to say every single person along the way was great. We really only interacted with Kyle our salesmen and then the finance person. I cant remember his name but he was also really great. Of course he offered additional coverage but worked with us to try and get what we wanted while not changing our monthly payments. This dealership (in my experience and my opinion) is full of all the standard tricks and tactics. Let's just say, when they gave me the out-the-door price, the final number was more than 10k over the MSRP. The trade-in values and new vehicle pricing on the website were not close to being honored. I have excellent credit and a like-new trade in. The online numbers are only to get you in the door. They continued to pressure me with tactics that would lead me into a much higher debt/ monthly payment so they can meet their sales quota. These large "upscale" showroom dealerships do not have your best interest and will mislead you at every opportunity. Be careful, folks. My sales rep was nice enough but when it comes to numbers, look out! If you choose to do business here, just be smart and have financial awareness.

    Scam. Isaac the finance Director will do anything to scam you…read more I bought a new car here in September. Dealer was wonderful. Manager was visibly annoyed that I asked for a lower price. They wore me down by making me wait 3 hours to get into a room with Isaac, the finance director. Isaac talked me into two warranties but worded it as such that it was one. I later found out that many of the features bundled in these warranties were already included with my car. (My fault) Luckily, they're still refundable. However, Isaac and the finance department seemingly have no interest in honoring the terms of the refund. What was originally quoted as 8 weeks has turned into almost 4 months of missing over $6,000. Advice: If you buy a car here, hold firm to the price you'd like to walk out the door with. Ignore Isaac's tactics to purchase the additional warranties. Walk out the door with the agreed upon price, and that's it.

Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely inefficient. They called four separate times to request the same information I had already provided. I spoke with Tommy, Robert, Stephanie (who seemed completely lost), and finally Mark, who at least communicated well. At pickup, no one met with us to explain anything about the $8,000 service, the warranty, or the work performed. They didn't even bother to bring the truck to us -- someone simply pointed us toward the cashier, and we then had to wander around their huge parking lot to find our vehicle ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, after I completed the survey and gave 3 stars, no one even bothered to call. Robert A. only responded through a message. So here is my response to your overpriced and poor service: Avoid Don Mealey.
