During the delivery inspection, we discovered numerous defects, including paint swirls, more than ten paint chips, and extensive paint bubbling across at least seven different body panels. The delivery employee assisting us was very kind and did everything within his authority to help. He photographed the defects and documented the issues so they could be addressed. Unfortunately, because it was the day before the Fourth of July, no managers or supervisors were available to speak with us or could be reached. We were told that a manager or supervisor would contact us within the next day or two, but that call never came. To make matters worse, the photographs and notes taken during delivery were not properly entered into Tesla's system. As a result, when the vehicle was eventually taken to the Collision Center, the staff could not easily locate the original documentation showing the condition of the vehicle at delivery. While I appreciate the delivery employee's effort and professionalism, the location's lack of management availability, failure to follow up as promised, and failure to properly preserve such important documentation made an already disappointing delivery experience much more difficult. For a brand-new vehicle, these defects should have received immediate attention and a clear, organized resolution--not months of delays, missing records, and avoidable frustration.

We had an idea of what we wanted and when my in-laws came up, we knew it was the right time to start looking. They are much better at negotiating and asking the right questions than we are! We tried to find a dealership through Costco, but it wasn't giving us one close by, so we went to Headquarter Honda. This is located in Clermont right across from Costco. It was weird that Costco did not send us there but I guess it was something with the offers. However, I am glad we went where we did. We met and worked with Kyle. He was a great salesmen, never judge-y when said possibly a certified preowned, he was not pushy, let us ask all our questions, and even took time to answer my in-laws questions as well. He made the car buying very pleasurable. Surprisingly we came across a certified pre owned, only 2 years old that we absolutely fell in love with. It was such a great price compared to a newer version and had more upgrades! We knew we needed that one before someone else scooped it up or they realized they were giving us a great deal! Kyle took time to show my wife, who will primarily drive it, every button, every extra thing in the car, how everything works. It was like reading the book but being given a demonstration. They even offered the Car Fax so we didn't have to pay for one. Their actual lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. Our certified pre owned came with a great warranty as well. We worked with Kyle for most the time but then had to work with the finance person for all the signing. I cant remember his name but he was also very nice and not pushy at all. He was even able to add some extra protection without changing our payments. I will say this was the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. At this location they also have a full service repair shop, where we will be bringing our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is pretty large, they have tons of places to sit, coffee and then snacks and drinks (in a vending machine). There is even an upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, and for the most part, fearful. The pushy-ness of some salesmen can be extremely overwhelming especially for my wife but this was very easy and not bad at all. I would highly recommend using this dealership if you are looking for a new car. Ask for Kyle as well! ACES!

That dreaded car payment every month and even worse looking for a car! I was literally dreading this. We knew we were interested in a Honda or Toyota. We went to Headquarter Honda first, located in Clermont. When we got out, we first met Kyle. What a gem of a salesmen! He was absolutely amazing and made our experience so pleasant. We did take my mom and dad (they are better at this then we are) and even with all of us asking Kyle questions, he remained calm, answered each and every one, gave fantastic recommendations. We luckily found a car that we fell in love with so didn't even bother going to Toyota. He took the time to show us every little detail on the car, how to use all the buttons and such. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was going well. We ended up buying a certified pre owned and we loved that they had the car fax ready to give us. Their lot was pretty well sized with new cars and certified pre owned. We got a fantastic warranty and I have to say every single person along the way was great. We really only interacted with Kyle our salesmen and then the finance person. I cant remember his name but he was also really great. Of course he offered additional coverage but worked with us to try and get what we wanted while not changing our monthly payments. I really have to say this was one of the easiest car buying experiences we have ever had. They also have a full service repair shop to where we will be taking our car for oil changes and such. Their waiting room is very nice, lots of chairs, coffee and then snacks and drinks and upgraded coffee (lattes and espressos) for a charge. We were there on a Sunday so no one was in there. Im sure it is busier when they are open. I can not recommend this dealership enough. Car buying is painful, stressful and something we just do not want to do. I was literally dreading, but this was such an easy experience for us. 5 stars for 5 star service! I would highly also recommend asking for Kyle if you are looking to buy a car. He was beyond professional, nice and overall really great! Thank you Headquarter Honda!

Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely inefficient. They called four separate times to request the same information I had already provided. At pickup, no one met with us to explain anything about the $8,000 service, the warranty, or the work performed. They didn't even bother to bring the truck to us -- someone simply pointed us toward the cashier, and we then had to wander around their huge parking lot to find our vehicle ourselves. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, after I completed the survey and gave 3 stars, no one even bothered to call. Robert A. only responded through a message. So here is my response to your overpriced and poor service: Avoid Don Mealey.

I am waiting in the waiting room when a gentleman by the name of Craig Smith came to the waiting room to inform me something was wrong with my car. One would think that they would be telling you that you had something wrong internally with the car. However, I was told that there was damage to my car as they were bringing the car in to be serviced they accidentally hit the wall a little bit. My first reaction is you have to be kidding me. But nope went out to see my vehicle and sure enough there was yellow paint and dent in my front bumper. Craig said don't worry we will be taking care of the damage. I of course said most definitely you will this was nothing that I did and everything that you all did. Craig was very nonchalant about the whole situation but I get maybe he was embarrassed to have to explain this to me. I was taken to get a rental car that they would be paying for. Craig ensured me that he would keep me informed throughout the week on the progress of my car. While I was highly upset I am very understanding and understood accident happens. However, Craig Smith is one of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with. Since I didn't hear anything I reached out to Craig and left a message on his phone on Friday November 9th. Craig did not call but texted my cell phone letting me know that it would be done Monday or Tuesday. On Monday November 12th I didn't hear anything which I knew he said Monday or Tuesday so I didn't reach out. On Tuesday I hadn't heard anything so around 1 O'clock I again reached out. Craig did not answer his phone and proceeded to text me that it would be done Thursday now. He hadn't once tried to call me or reach out to me first. On Thursday when I didn't hear anything I called again. Again, I heard nothing back and he didn't text. I left a message stating I wanted his general managers name and number. Friday morning Craig text me letting me know my car was in the paint booth and should be done sometime today. I finally responded back to him via text asking for the general managers name. He gave me Brian Hesslers name and number. I reached out to Brian and it stated his mail box was full. I understand he is a general manager and a busy man. So I waited an hour to reach out to him again. Brian did not answer, however he did text me "please text me". I responded that what i wanted to discuss should not be done via text. I have yet to hear from Brian Hessler. I was getting extremely frustrated and concerned about how unprofessional this entire customer service situation has been. I drove down to Napelton on my only day off in order to speak to someone in person. I asked for Brian however he was not available. They suggested i talk to Craig and I asked for someone else as he has been my main concern. A gentleman by the name of Mike I wish I grabbed his last name kindly came out and asked what was going on and my concerns. I expressed my feelings about this entire process. Mike understood and reached out to find out when my car would be done. They stated this evening around 5:30, however it wasn't complete until around 7. Which is fine the car was back at the dealership and I thanked him and waited until Saturday after I got off work in order to see the work that was done in the day light. When I arrived to the dealership Craig was the one I had to deal with. I asked Craig if he spoke with Mike about my concerns and he said yes. I explained again how unprofessional he has been. He said he can't change the past. Craig also decided he should say that "I am lucky I didn't have to pay for any of the work that was done". Are you kidding me? I am "lucky" that they messed up my car and that I didn't have to pay for anything. I explained he is lucky because a lawyer would be involved for sure. I asked to have my paperwork and my keys so I can leave. I have never been to a car dealership where I have been treated with such disrespect. Is it because I'm a female? Is it because these people are in a position they shouldn't be? Is it because these people are unhappy? Is this how people should be treated? I am a manager and I understand that If I have an unhappy customer or made an error. It is 100% my responsibility to take care of the customer but be polite, apologetic and do whatever I can to gain this customers trust and loyalty back. I don't know who needs to see this but I feel this is something that needs to be known! While to dealership paid for the damages, and added on some oil changes this does not by any means take away from the extreme lack of professionalisms and customer service! Might I add Brian Hessler still hasn't reached out today me as of today! This is the wonderful general manager.

We relied on this information and took delivery of the vehicle. After we left, the finance manager contacted us, saying we needed to return to sign an additional document requiring a "wet signature." It was later disclosed that our original financing terms had changed without our consent -- the interest rate was increased to 23% after we left, and the dealership applied a $350 discount internally to keep the monthly payment the same. We were pressured with a tight deadline to complete a DocuSign to avoid the car being taken from us. While we complied to protect our vehicle, this experience was stressful and confusing, and the dealership initially failed to clearly explain the changes or provide transparency. We had to file complaints with the CFPB, Florida Attorney General, and Florida DHSMV to ensure the process was handled correctly. While the dealership eventually sent a check to offset part of the financial impact, this should have been disclosed and handled properly at the time of sale. We hope Napleton's Clermont improves their communication and transparency with customers. Be aware that financing terms may be adjusted after delivery without clear disclosure.

The vehicle-specific advertisement clearly stated, in capital letters, "PRICE INCLUDES RECONDITIONING." However, when I asked for documentation showing what reconditioning had actually been performed, I was told that they do not recondition these older "cash cars" and that the vehicle would be sold as-is. In my opinion, advertising that reconditioning is included and then saying otherwise is false and misleading advertising designed to pull prospective buyers in. I was also assured repeatedly that there were no recalls and that Genesis would not sell a vehicle without inspecting it and ensuring that all applicable recalls were addressed. Nevertheless, when I took it upon myself to research the VIN, I discovered an incomplete Hyundai manufacturer service campaign involving a known cylinder-head-cover oil leak that can affect the alternator. Technically, a manufacturer service campaign is different from a safety recall, but it was still an outstanding manufacturer issue that had not been disclosed or completed. When I requested the inspection report, campaign documentation and an itemized explanation of the advertised reconditioning, I did not receive direct answers. Instead, I was sent a general website disclaimer saying listings may contain errors, followed by this response: "It's a 2009, if you are expecting a vehicle that has had every little thing addressed this may not be the right car for you. These are cash cars sold as is." I never expected every minor issue on a 2009 vehicle to be repaired. I simply expected the dealership to substantiate its own advertisement and the repeated assurances that the vehicle had been inspected, was in good shape and had no outstanding recall-related concerns. Rather than addressing my reasonable questions, the responses felt defensive, dismissive and indifferent. The salesperson seemed unconcerned that I had already spent two days coordinating the purchase. I ultimately cancelled the sale because I no longer trusted the information being provided. I also lost $25 when I had to cancel the Uber ride I had arranged to pick up the vehicle. My advice to other buyers is to take it upon yourself to research everything. Do not assume that an advertised statement such as "price includes reconditioning" means the dealership can or will provide evidence of what was done. Run the VIN through the manufacturer's recall and service-campaign systems, obtain the complete vehicle history, save screenshots of the advertisement and demand all inspections, repairs and promises in writing before arranging transportation or spending any money. I am disappointed because I was genuinely excited to purchase this vehicle. The sale was lost not because I expected a perfect 2009 car, but because straightforward questions about the dealership's own advertising and assurances were repeatedly deflected.

We purchased a 2024 Kia Sorrento and for my mother it was the perfect choice. We had already driven several vehicles of all kinds of makes and models and ultimately chose Kia. I'm also biased because I drive a Kia.....lol. So I understand the dash and how the car works....basically. For older people tho I must say that the all electronic dashes on these new cars are very much overwelming to older people. Wish car makers would understand that the older generation doesn't want and doesn't need all these fancy bells and whistles on cars! Dear Customer Service Manager…read more I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your dealership on July 8, 2026, for basic maintenance on my new car, which included an oil and filter change. During my visit, I also reported that the passenger side turn signal was not functioning. After a couple of hours without any updates, I spoke with a friendly staff member named Cotto, who informed me that my service advisor, Chance, was on lunch. Cotto was very helpful and took immediate action to address my concerns. He notified me that a new light was required and that we could tow the car, assuring me that I would receive a follow-up communication. On July 20, I received a call stating that the replacement part was in, and we scheduled an appointment for that day at 10 AM. However, two hours into my wait, I had still not received any updates regarding the service. Unfortunately, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing, reflecting a lack of communication and respect for my time. Based on this interaction, I would recommend potential customers consider alternative dealerships for their purchases and servicing. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope to see improvements in your service in the future. Best regards, W. Colon
