We recently purchased a vehicle from Napleton's Clermont. At the time of delivery, we were told that financing was fully approved, all documents were complete, and the transaction was finalized. We relied on this information and took delivery of the vehicle. After we left, the finance manager contacted us, saying we needed to return to sign an additional document requiring a "wet signature." It was later disclosed that our original financing terms had changed without our consent -- the interest rate was increased to 23% after we left, and the dealership applied a $350 discount internally to keep the monthly payment the same. We were pressured with a tight deadline to complete a DocuSign to avoid the car being taken from us. While we complied to protect our vehicle, this experience was stressful and confusing, and the dealership initially failed to clearly explain the changes or provide transparency. We had to file complaints with the CFPB, Florida Attorney General, and Florida DHSMV to ensure the process was handled correctly. While the dealership eventually sent a check to offset part of the financial impact, this should have been disclosed and handled properly at the time of sale. We hope Napleton's Clermont improves their communication and transparency with customers. Be aware that financing terms may be adjusted after delivery without clear disclosure. read more

drove in one Sunday afternoon looking to deal business but these folks are filled with gimmicky and unfair practice. walked out without any real numbers until a few days after, their sales guy texted me out of the blue. I told him my down payment and what I was looking for monthly payment. Sales guys went quiet for weeks without a response to my offer until tariffs were mentioned, he then called and texted me ready to "cool up" a deal. it was too late, purchased my new ram at Orlando Dodge in Colonial, they met my down payment and monthly payments. here's proof: read more

Wow, what a disappointment! When you take a car into a dealership, you expect premium service for premium price. That is not what you get at this location. They never called me with an estimate to be approved. I dropped off the car on a Thursday morning at 10 AM expecting it to be done that day and I never get a call back until that evening letting me know that it would be done the next day. They tell me it'll be ready at 2:30 PM. I'm there to pick it up and it's not ready. I waited an extra hour and a half. Then when I went to pay, they let me know that I couldn't pay with a credit card otherwise there is an additional fee. I could only pay with debit check or cash. they should really let you know that ahead of time. They left plastic in the vehicle and other trash. Didn't even wash the van. So disappointed Very crappy dealership really bad service never going back. read more

If only 0 stars existed. This place needs to be avoided. Had to have the front wheel locks removed and replaced with regular lugs since the key was stripped. I called and they told me that they don't charge to remove them with the master key, unless it had to be broken off. Wife took the car in, was told the pricing and possible charges if they had to break any off. They removed all 4 and wanted to charge $200 for it. Wife told them that she only needed the front 2, that she was not paying for all 4. Ended taking the car back, taking off the back one. Got charged $105. They broke one off and didn't notify first, so they charged for that. When I got home from work and looked at both invoices, the past and the current, they were going to charge us $30 a lug, $120 for 4 lugs all together. That's crazy! If my wife hadn't told them she wasn't paying for all that, after they told us there would be no charge, she would've walked away with a $200 bill including $120 for 4 basic lugs. I called and talked to Alex, pretty cocky dude, just trying to prove me wrong the whole time, he did offer to remove the other 2 wheel locks for the inconvenience. I show up today(10/28/25) to talk to him since I was upset about what they were originally going to charge for 4 lugs. He told me that the $19 that were paid for each of the 2 front were discounted and that $30 per lug was right. Until I told him that I had called the parts department yesterday to ask how much they cost and they looked it up by the VIN of the car and they told me the lugs were $16 each. His face changed so quick when he called parts and they told him it was $19, not $30 like he was trying to claim. He took me to parts. Then they confirmed and tried telling me that parts gives out the prices and that it could've been a mistake that they had to adjust. Cool, people make mistakes. But why was Alex trying to convince me that 4 lug nuts coast $120 when I can get a set of 5 for $15 at AutoZone? Who knows. I asked to speak to the director. He takes me to his office. Brian is is name. Basically he made sure to try and prove me wrong and that he fixed the issue for me by charging $19 and not the $30 they were originally going to charge. That there's nothing else to do. I did ask him that if my wife would've swiped the credit card for $200 and after she left, if they caught the made a mistake, if they would've called and notified us? His response was "probably not." He asked me if I was there and I told him that I had been at work. Then proceeded to tell me that my wife authorized it and she was told certain things. My wife was as frustrated as me yesterday, she told me everything and kept updating me throughout her time there. Pretty sick to try to use her to make themselves look better. I expressed to him that I felt like they were trying to take an advantage and she wouldn't have mentioned that they only needed to take off 4, we would've been stuck with a $200 bill. All he said was "sorry you feel that way about us." I was trying to keep myself as professional and calm as possible, but I wasn't also going to let them feel like it was right that they tried to take an advantage of us. He started raising his voice at me and he kept looking behind me, and as he looked behind me, his voice go louder until I turned around, noticed employees and customers were behind me in the waiting area and I asked him who he was looking at and if him yelling at me so people can see and hear made him feel better about himself. That set him off, and he kicked me out. I was in the parking lot afterwards talking on the phone and a customer come towards me and asked if I was okay and I explained to him what had happened. He told me he felt they were trying to take an advantage of him too with his warranty that's already on his truck, and that he saw when the director yelled at me and that wasn't okay. Never in my life has any manager or boss from anywhere yelled at me that way. They were proven wrong, they were caught t trying to act and they were confronted and didn't like that. read more

TLDR: Do not give this place business. They will lie and manipulate you into looking at the cars they want to sell, not the cars you want to buy! I have visited this dealership twice and dealt with the same salesman. The first trip was an easy process that made me feel like I wanted to return and give my business. But the second trip made me feel like I was in a completely different place. I inquired about a truck and was told it would be ready to see and test drive. I even contacted the salesman on the morning off to ensure everything was all good, which the salesman told me was. When I arrived, it wasn't ten seconds before I was baited and switched to look at two other trucks that were: one, not the truck I came to see and wanted to see, and two these trucks were going to be $10,000 more out the door than the one I came for. When I asked to see the truck, I came for, I was lied to up and down the block about how it was in service and was at the detailer bay at the moment. If the truck wasn't ready or was never there, to begin with, I would like to know that before I drive an hour to your location to be lied to. I don't know if this is a management problem where they tell salesmen to push certain vehicles or what, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I hope no one gives this place any business! read more

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. If you are in the market for a Jeep or Dodge do not buy from Napleton Dodge in the Orlando area. I recently bought a Jeep from that car dealership and have had nothing but problems with them. I changed the oil in my Jeep that I had just bought and discovered a lot of metal in the oil. I took it to the dealership (pre owned warranty) showed them the metal and took sample metal bits. They kept the Jeep for 2 weeks before even looking at it. They took the oil pan off and put it back on then charged me $600 and told me that it is normal and to keep driving it. This is only 1 of the multiple problems I've had with this Jeep after only having it for 3000 miles. The dealership refuses to help or help me file a warranty claim read more

Super sketch, beware! They did not provide an honest quote, based on the book or their hourly rate. This is not a place I would trust or recommend. They quoted a pinion seal replacement at almost $1000. On a Dana 44 axle it's a simple process of removing three bolts and replacing a $25 (retail) seal. Not more than an hour of labor. I'm sure they would have loved to do that for the quoted price. You have to be able to trust your doctor, dentist, and mechanic. Why would you buy a vehicle from a place like this? Eventually you will need service. read more

Took my father in laws car for an express oil change with an appointment. 2 hours later Car untouched so we took keys and left.

My 2021 Grand Cherokee was towed to Napleton Jeep in Clermont for a no start problem. Without an appointment, they had my car ready in 2 days. A special thanks to service advisor Ryan and the service manager John. John is friendly, knowledgeable and focused. No wonder his service department is so efficient! Thank you! My goal was to purchase a vehicle for my business. Nick understood the assignment! He called me and we got the ball rolling. I had the exact vehicle picked out and approved before arriving to the dealership. Nick was welcoming and very down to earth. He wasn't pushy and he told me what he needed from me. I'm telling you, the entire process was painless. The finance manager Jayce, my fellow Texan was also a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to oversell or upsell. He explained all my options, gave his advice and allowed me to make a decision. I was in and out in no time. I can't speak to the negative reviews but my experience was absolutely amazing! I will be purchasing other vehicles in a few months! Keep up the great work guys!!! read more

I use this location because it's the closest, but I'm clearly going to switch to locations after I use my last pre paid oil change. I came in to get two recalls completed on my vehicle and an oil change, the oil change was completed my recalls were done but after I left, when I tried to open my glove box I realized it was off track. In a nutshell, the glove box has half the mobility it did, and it hanging on one side. I can barely get into it. I immediately texted the photos when I noticed what happened and was told to bring it in at my earliest convenience. Awesome right....I get here and sit in the waiting room for 30 minutes. When I finally get called, I was told the tech is in the middle of something, but he's going to take my car back. When he comes back he tells me HE (the service manager) was working on the glove box and couldn't figure out what was wrong, rather then the tech, also that when the tech noticed what he was doing he stopped to look and said "it's supposed to be like that......I've driven the car about a hundred dozen times (at night) and never had my glove box light on until after this tech completed the airbag recall. I'm pretty sure I still have a pre paid oil change, but good riddens!! read more

Walked in to find out the price of a full synthetic oil change cause you can't find it on the website or call to ask cause they didn't answer the phone. Told them I had a HEMI and the response I got was "the 5.6?" I corrected the lady that it was a 5.7 HEMI and they told me they wouldn't know if there are any additional oil charges until they look up my vin. I asked if this was still a Ram dealership and they confirmed it was. This is typical for Napleton. Their prices are through the roof nearly 40% over other dealers of choice, don't match competitors coupons, clearly don't know their own product. To top it off, I had an OK experience the previous time so I figured I'd try again (after numerous year hiatus due to $20 getting stolen out of my truck). However the oil filter wasn't screwed on enough and was dripping. FWIW: went to other dealership, and walked away with a $59 full synthetic oil change, versus the $139 (I believe it was she said or a BOGO oil change for $169) Napleton wanted to charge. I was also told to check their website for "coupons". This place needs some humble pie, and go back to the basics of customer service quality over quantity (money). read more

Deceiving and unethical business practices and false advertising. They will not sell cars at advertised price. Typical shady used car dealer tactics of bait-n-switch. I felt like I was talking to an electronics store sales person in Times Square. They had a vehicle advertised for $18,988 minus a TrueCar Dealer Discount of $325 making the car $18,663 + Dealer Fee + taxes, title and tag. When I was ready to pay, the sales guy "Steve Stoner" told me that the total out the door was $23,250. I was like, wow, that adds up really quick, can you give me a breakdown? The price included nearly $2000 of protection plans, tire plan, ding and dent plan, warranties, maintenance plans, and misc. fees apparently not covered by the $899 dealer prep fee. I told him that I did not want any of these extras and he told me that they are part of the car and cannot be removed. I asked to speak to the manager "Chad" whom never called me. I asked to speak to the GM and he was "busy" but I was welcome to come down another day and speak to him in person. I am actually pretty shocked since I thought that those types of shady business dealings were a thing of past, not at Napleton Clermont! When they answered the phone they were proud to tell me they have been in business for 100 years. I feel sorry for the thousands of unsuspecting consumers who got ripped off from this (mob)"family" business. This dealership exemplifies old dealership experiences and answers the old-age question: Why are car dealers the least respected and trusted profession. Dealers like Napleton is the reason why people are flocking to no-nonsense hassle-free car vendors like Carvana and Carmax. Good riddance and I hope TrueCar pulls you off it's site after my complaint to them. Next up is the BBB. read more

Last week after talking to supposed internet sales department and setting up a meeting with the woman representative that told us she would be there the next day to help us expedite our car purchase, we arrived the next day only to find she was not there as promised. After at least 3 calls, emails, texts giving info ,trade, cash, specific personal information, we arrived and and basically started the whole process from scratch as they acted as if they had no information. I suspect that the internet sales department is not at the dealer to begin with but is an off dealership location just collecting calls. I can't prove that though. We arrived at 12:45 am and left at 5 pm after a (Dog and Pony show) low balling our trade , saying that they wouldn't even put it on there sales lot and it would be wholesaled out to car max for $13000 as it was to old to get financing for prospective customers. KBB was Average at $17500. So we told them we would pay cash instead. Even at full price with all the BS fees they refused our offer and would only accept cash if we purchased three worthless items from the financial dept and agreed to finance the car for at least 3 months (WHAT!). The extra add on items were scratch and dent warranty (On a car that is not made of metal so it would not apply) a clear wipe on fluid formula that would protect the infotainment screen for $200 and a service to locate the car if it were stolen (that's what onstar does for free). So basically they want to negate cash, trade in, at full price plus fees in order to burden you with terms and extra crap you will never use. The salesman to manager show of going back and forth was exhausting as well as a joke. I tried to walk and talk my friend out of the purchase but they kept up there game ,wearing her down. After a failed no show for the internet sales, failure to get the sale done in expedited time, the sales show, lies about the trade, demands of purchasing useless add on and a very skilled slight of hand show we ad insult to injury this am by finding that the trade in was in fact a newly listed addition to there used car inventory at about $10 more that there offer. BEWARE of the lower than normal fees to entice buyers to buy as once you walk through the door you are at there mercy. I've never experienced such a dishonest, misleading, bait and switch dealer before. My advice would be to step clear of them at all cost. I hope that Karma serves them well. read more

Unfortunately, I have not had success with the service at this location on 3 different occasions. It is the closest location, and since the vehicle is under warranty, I have to take it to a Chrysler dealership. Each visit, the service team, has not kept me informed on the services needed to fix the issue with the vehicle. Apparently, if a service writer is off, no one will keep you updated. I would not recommend this location. I only go because I have to because of the warranty. I wish I could have given zero stars, but in order to post, you have to give a star. Well actually you can give a couple of stars to the mechanics because they are actually doing their part. The fact that there is zero communication from the service department is the issue. read more

Worst customer service , purchased gently used vehicle that says was certified however it didn't even have one of the headlights that worked . We had to go to the Fiord dealership 4 times to have this fixed . This is a vehicle with 4.000 miles ! Requested electronic title and today received the paper title in the mail . Can't even perform a simple administrative task well. When showing interest in the car, we had many text messages and phone calls asking if we were still interested/on the way , even received one while we were at the dealership. After purchasing a vehicle, when we reported a problem ..... crickets. Worst experience by far, would not recommend! read more

Don't go here if you want real customer service. The service advisors do not answer the phone regardless of how many messages you leave. The management and owners must really not care if you ever come back, or they clearly have no clue how the service department is being run. Thier labor rate at 220.00 per hour is ridiculous. I lived the dealership life for thirty years and this is the worst customer service ever. Our owner would never stand for this. They do not deliver what they promise. Do not waste your time here. This is not about being disgruntle it's about customer service, contacting people without them having to call the dealer multiple times to leaving messages that get no response, The dealer principle and service manager have no idea how to build customer relations. Maybe they should take a day together and call their own dealership as a customer and see if they would happy how it's getting done. I bought a Chrysler Pacifica three months ago. I took it in 2 weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. I asked that they specifically check one of my tires because it kept getting low on air and I was going on a road trip. They said they check the tires and everything was fine. As soon as I left on my trip traveling on I-4 the tire was low on air again. When I went to get it check, it turned out there are a large hole in the tire and there was something IN my tire. The mechanic working on my car left a tire pressure gauge in my tire! I and my 13 year old daughter could have been killed if my tire had blown out. I spoke to the receptionist and a left message for the service supervisor. I also messaged the sales person who sold me the car (Carlos). I explained in my messaged exactly what happened. No one ever got back to me. My life, my daughter's life; the danger they put us in was not even worth a call back to them. They have no care or concern for their customers. I went to this dealership to look at a couple vehicles found on line. Friendly salesperson. Test drove both vehicles and chose one. To begin, the vehicle was priced $500 above retail for a clean Certified pre-owned vehicle, though it was not Certified and came with zero warranty. Essentially $1500 above normal retail. Then came the real surprises. When they came back with the sell sheet, the car was marked up $1,000 so they could show a "discount" to get back to the starting number. Many dealers do this though I think it is a poor business practice. I also expected a dealer fee ($899) so still no real surprise. HOWEVER, from there came more ridiculous fees than I have ever seen added! In total $2,600 in fees on a $20,000 vehicle that should have been $18,500 at full retail. I understand tax, tag, etc but this dealership is way beyond excessive. If you are good with paying 25% above retail, this is the place for you. Otherwise I would suggest you go elsewhere. read more

When we asked if there was anything price wise they could do they sales manager was extremely rude, grabbed all the papers from the desk and walked away. Extremely unprofessional. I called to speak with the inventory manager (which I spoke to Josh) told him my concerns. He told me he would find another sales manager and get back with me. That was yesterday at 2. Still nothing. Then last night I had their manager "Bob" email me a very generic email saying sorry we couldn't make a deal...I again, explained to this "email" what had happened, I never received an email back. I was watching a car they had on the website since mid Jan. I needed a car to tow behind my motorhome and this car fit the bill. Well along came carona virus and I put this unnecessary purchase on the back burner. Last week (beginning of May) I put in an offer (Site unseen) on the vehicle and was nicely told that the internet price was the best they could do. They reduced the price yesterday again, And I put in another offer and spoke with the Internet manager (Avery) and I told him I wanted to come over and look at the vehicle, and If he could let me know the best they could do(Now mind you, the car has been in their inventory since Jan.) I arrived and asked for Avery , only to find out, he doesn't work in the dealership. So I worked with Dawn (Very nice sales person) . I took the vehicle for a test ride and put in a cash offer(which was over the internet asking price, figuring in tax's, etc.) They came back with the best price that was OVER $3500 more than the asking price...WHAT???? WHY??? THEY ADD an accesory Fee of over $900. for 2 free oil changes (NOT so free, and door ding repair and tire and rim protection. all of which I don't want or need) and a dealer fee just shy of $900.I came back with another counter offer..Only to have them come back $200 less... WHO DOES THIS in todays market? OK.... the old bait and switch. I received a call from the sales manager justifying the fees.. I WASN'T told before I drove the 45 mins to the dealership about these fees. She was extremely rude. l wanted to know if my service appointment was free still. She told me in the rudest voice, "Well is it like apart of the Jeep wave program or a sales free oil change?" I kept telling her Scott from the service department called me and said it was free. I used all my Jeep wave program and I bought the vehicle almost two years ago. She still continued to just ask me about the Jeep Wave program & when I purchased the vehicle. She finally said, "i'm with a customer, I just picked up the phone to pick up the phone, can I call you back." Then I was like can you answer this quick question. I wanted to know if I could drop my vehicle off when they open, could it be ready for pickup by 3pmish. Her response was extremely rude again & she again told me, "Well...I'm with a customer. Can I call you back?" I finally said sure knowing I wouldn't get a call back & I still haven't. My whole frustration is why would you pick up the phone if you had a customer? I understand if you got busy, but if you picked up the phone & asked how can I help, don't act offended that I needed help. In the end, it was not worth a free oil change after that phone call. I would rather pay & take my vehicle else where like I have been. I just thought I would give them another try since Scott was nice on the phone & wanted to offer a free oil change. We were looking for used cars to buy for our business. This dealership had a vehicle we were interested in. Before we walked in, we were greeted by MIke, sales guy. Actually, he greeted my boyfriend & absolutely ignored me. At no point did he look at me or acknowledge me. Then when he returned from finding the car, he proceeded to walk us out. At the last minute he throws over his shoulder, "oh, what was your name again". I was snarky and clear that he had never asked for it. Then when going over the car, I immediately see the passenger locks are not working. He basically treats me like I do not know how to work a lock. We had already told him we had a few of this make and model. But when my boyfriend confirms that he agrees with me, he switches to "I'm not going to pretend there isn't anything wrong, might be a short". Hmm 2 min ago you were demeaning me and acting like I did not understand locks. Since I am the one paying for the car, I am not happy with how this is going. Then he starts to say how it would be so much more expensive if everything worked. Lol. Once again Mikey boy, you were not listening. We have bought multiple of the same make and model for our business. We know what they cost used and the condition we expect. Upshot; he MIGHT be a good salesman for a guy. DON'T BUY HERE, SCAM ARTISTS. I purchased a BRAND NEW 2021 Grand Cherokee at this dealership in October of 2021, at time of purchase, this brand new Cherokee was scratched on the gas cover. I was almost pressured into signing a form that stated there were no flaws with the vehicle. After much pushback, they finally documented the issue and said it can be fixed. During the buying process and running numbers, Oscar came back to the table with someone else's form (completely different vehicle, owner name, etc), when this was pointed out, he said it was okay and tried to proceed with that document for MY vehicle. My husband said something and after more pushback, miraculously my form appeared again with MY numbers. This was VERY shady. Because I was persistent in buying the vehicle, I continued with the sale. I was told a new gas cover would be ordered for my vehicle. I chased this for about a month with the service department, turns out it was NEVER ordered like I was promised it was 3x. After one week of owning my vehicle, the speakers sounded like pure static, I went in and they replaced the speaker in my dash. Several weeks later, the right side of vehicles speakers were working, the left ones weren't consistently working and again they still sounded like static. Fast forward, my cover for the gas cap comes in. I made an appointment to have it installed, I waited over 4 hours for my speaker issue and gas cover to be installed. After waiting all this time in the service center, Scott Davis comes out to inform me that they couldn't color match the new cap to my vehicle's color, it was a total waste of my time. They offered for me to have the scratched buffed and painted elsewhere and then I'd be reimbursed. Fast forward to now, I made an appointment since my push to start was not working properly on my vehicle. They blamed this on a wireless car play adapter that was plugged into my car, I never believed that. But okay, I play along with it. They unplug it, they can't find any other issue with my car, no codes, nothing wrong, they test it a couple of times there, send me on my way. I get home and ofcourse my push to start is still not working. I call back, they tell me to come back. I make that appointment for the issue to be resolved once more, with that appt I make an oil change appointment as well. My vehicle was at the service center for 7 hours! About hour 5 I call the dealership and text my advisor several times for an update, nothing. I couldn't get ANYONE to give me an update. I got Tracie on the phone, I was patient, I was kind, I shared my frustration with the lack of communication and not being looped in on my vehicle. I live an hour from this dealership, I need to know when to get my car. After 7 hours, I go to pick my car up. I was told during this appointment they did a software update on my vehicle and the oil change. I get home, to absolute NO surprise, my push to start button is still not starting my vehicle, I call back. They order me a new button, I make another appt, drop my car off, I waited two hours for service this time around which was amazing. My vehicle is done, the button/module is replaced, they test it, everything is working. I get in my car to leave, I notice the leather panel in my vehicle is damaged. I speak with Scott Davis the service manager, the damage to my vehicle is talked down because it wasn't major & he doubted warranty would cover it because it was so "minor", it is like they were trying to convince me that I could no longer see it after he rubbed it a couple of times. He said their vinyl guy could take a look at it, this would do nothing, it should be replaced, THEY damaged it I finally leave, get home and my push to start button is STILL not starting my vehicle. My third appt has recently passed (vehicle was there for 8 days and radio frequency module was replaced) get home, and the issue is still NOT resolved. I bought my 2021 Grand Cherokee in October 2021 and it doesn't even have 8k miles on it. NEVER in my life have I dealt with such poor customer service. read more

Quick service for oil change. Clean facility. Good price on oil change. Only problem... technician did not tighten drain plug and oil dripped on our new driveway. Service manager corrected the situation willingly. Mistakes happen. Will continue to use them. read more

Deceptive advertising and I will be contacting the Florida Attorney Generals Office. I set an appointment to see a 2014 Town and Country advertised for $14888. On the phone I asked if the price was firm or could I negotiate a better deal. The girl on the phone told me that I could absolutely negotiate a better deal. When I showed up for my appointment the following day the vehicle was brought around by the salesman, Oscar, and it was filthy with pet hair throughout and he explained it was a new trade. I said ok and proceeded to look over and test drive the vehicle. I informed Oscar that I would like to buy the vehicle if we can agree on terms. He went to the managers and came back with a price of $16751 + $1131 (accessories) + $899 Dealer Services + $199 Dealer Fee. NO ACCESSORIES had been installed on the vehicle and the price was nearly $2k higher than the advertised online price. Oscar told me that they had made some repairs to the vehicle so the price had increased. I asked for the Repair Order. It showed an oil change and new front and rear brake pads. I said why is it advertised at a price of $14888 and then $2k higher for repairs upon bringing into inventory. Oscar stated that the repairs were just completed so they added to the price. ($2k vs $1K) I informed Oscar that I saw that the RO had a closed date of 2/2 and today was 2/6. I informed him that I was displeased and felt this was deceptive selling. I told him I wanted to speak to the manager. He then said "I think I can get them to put the price back to the advertised price". I again requested the manager. The manager would not come out. I then asked for my keys. (they appraised a car which I would trade but did not need to trade) I also asked for the sales managers card and told Oscar to tell the manager that I would be filing a complaint with the necessary boards. He came back with my keys and no card. The manager was Jeff Dennen. He never came out to address my situation like a grown man should. Instead a different manager by the name of Abraham came to me and asked if he could do anything for me and was willing to work the deal himself. I was not happy so I told him "no thank you". I went home, cooled down, and my wife told me to give them another chance. I went back and met with Abraham. He lowered the selling price to the advertised $14888 but still had $1131 fee attached to it. I asked what that was and he stated it was tire and wheel protection and maintenance. He told me a story about how it worked out for a customer of his who blew a tire and damaged a wheel. I told him that I was not interested in that service and just wanted to buy the van. He stated that he would call a manager higher up with him to request the removal of the extra insurance. He came back with a print out of their "back end screen" showing a $5k loss for them and tried to make me believe that was real. A fresh trade in with an extra $1k in insurance and they wanted me to believe they were losing that much. The only way that could be true is if they had paid $20k for the van on a trade in which any educated member of society could see that as an impossibility. Oscar was nice but not completely forthright, or gave answers he was unsure about. Oscar was very kind but he screwed up my perception of him during my second chance visit and trying make me believe they would be losing $5k if they removed the unnecessary insurance from the deal. As for Jeff Dennen, I do not have any words other than he should not be in a leadership position if he cannot face a challenge and is unwilling to address a dissatisfied customer. BTW I wasted a good 4 hours of my life today with a dishonest dealer. I am interested to see if the Attorney General will pay them a visit. read more

My boyfriend and I went to visit this location a few weeks ago ( just forgot to leave the review). I went in to get a simple oil change on my Jeep Compass. Sam in the maintenance departments was so helpful and nice!! We didn't wait long for him to finish, he even had other employees check in on us and give us a time update. When he was all done he gave me a run down on the "health" of my car, such as the tread life on my tires. We will definitely come back for any service needs. read more
