My salesmen lied to me and said a truck would be available. When I arrived, I was told I could not see it or drive it.

TLDR: Do not give this place business. They will lie and manipulate you into looking at the cars they want to sell, not the cars you want to buy! I have visited this dealership twice and dealt with the same salesman. The first trip was an easy process that made me feel like I wanted to return and give my business. But the second trip made me feel like I was in a completely different place. I inquired about a truck and was told it would be ready to see and test drive. I even contacted the salesman on the morning off to ensure everything was all good, which the salesman told me was. When I arrived, it wasn't ten seconds before I was baited and switched to look at two other trucks that were: one, not the truck I came to see and wanted to see, and two these trucks were going to be $10,000 more out the door than the one I came for. When I asked to see the truck, I came for, I was lied to up and down the block about how it was in service and was at the detailer bay at the moment. If the truck wasn't ready or was never there, to begin with, I would like to know that before I drive an hour to your location to be lied to. I don't know if this is a management problem where they tell salesmen to push certain vehicles or what, but this was the worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I hope no one gives this place any business!

    Metal in oil

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up. If you are in the market for a Jeep or Dodge do not buy from Napleton Dodge in the Orlando area. I recently bought a Jeep from that car dealership and have had nothing but problems with them. I changed the oil in my Jeep that I had just bought and discovered a lot of metal in the oil. I took it to the dealership (pre owned warranty) showed them the metal and took sample metal bits. They kept the Jeep for 2 weeks before even looking at it. They took the oil pan off and put it back on then charged me $600 and told me that it is normal and to keep driving it. This is only 1 of the multiple problems I've had with this Jeep after only having it for 3000 miles. The dealership refuses to help or help me file a warranty claim

My goal was to purchase a vehicle for my business. Nick understood the assignment! He called me and we got the ball rolling. I had the exact vehicle picked out and approved before arriving to the dealership. Nick was welcoming and very down to earth. He wasn't pushy and he told me what he needed from me. I'm telling you, the entire process was painless. The finance manager Jayce, my fellow Texan was also a pleasure to work with. He didn't try to oversell or upsell. He explained all my options, gave his advice and allowed me to make a decision. I was in and out in no time. I can't speak to the negative reviews but my experience was absolutely amazing! I will be purchasing other vehicles in a few months! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Deceiving and unethical business practices and false advertising. They will not sell cars at advertised price. Typical shady used car dealer tactics of bait-n-switch. I felt like I was talking to an electronics store sales person in Times Square. They had a vehicle advertised for $18,988 minus a TrueCar Dealer Discount of $325 making the car $18,663 + Dealer Fee + taxes, title and tag. When I was ready to pay, the sales guy "Steve Stoner" told me that the total out the door was $23,250. I was like, wow, that adds up really quick, can you give me a breakdown? The price included nearly $2000 of protection plans, tire plan, ding and dent plan, warranties, maintenance plans, and misc. fees apparently not covered by the $899 dealer prep fee. I told him that I did not want any of these extras and he told me that they are part of the car and cannot be removed. I asked to speak to the manager "Chad" whom never called me. I asked to speak to the GM and he was "busy" but I was welcome to come down another day and speak to him in person. I am actually pretty shocked since I thought that those types of shady business dealings were a thing of past, not at Napleton Clermont! When they answered the phone they were proud to tell me they have been in business for 100 years. I feel sorry for the thousands of unsuspecting consumers who got ripped off from this (mob)"family" business. This dealership exemplifies old dealership experiences and answers the old-age question: Why are car dealers the least respected and trusted profession. Dealers like Napleton is the reason why people are flocking to no-nonsense hassle-free car vendors like Carvana and Carmax. Good riddance and I hope TrueCar pulls you off it's site after my complaint to them. Next up is the BBB.

Horrible dealership/service department. Go in there at your own risk. I almost lost the engine due to their incompetence.

I had already told him to go ahead with the major repair but he was honest and called me to let me know it wound up not being as bad which was a huge blessing as my mom is on a fixed income. I appreciate the honesty and for taking such good care of the vehicle and us! We will definitely be back for any future car repairs. I highly recommend giving this business a try. Honesty means everything in my book.

I completely loved the work dynamics betweent the employees. It is DEFINITELY true with the saying, "a good business is when the employees are happy", and that is what this place is about. I got nothing but excellent service from Chris, the lady behind the counter (I forgot her name :'D), the mechanic that worked on my car, and spotlight on Joe! Joe, overall, was my main point of contact and truly helped me out making my decisions in what to do with my car and helped me financially wise as well. Joe, you're a great guy! Service - I really want nothing but OEM parts for my car as it is my fault driver, and Joe was up front that they didn't have my OEM parts and I was appreciative about that. He assured me the parts, at least for what my car was needed, was up to par. Price and service is within the industry par, so they weren't trying to rob me or anything. I really enjoyed and felt calm and trusted in their work. I plan on coming here from now on. They let me inspect my car as I somewhat know what I'm looking for. I just got amazing service here!

On the same day, I scheduled an appointment for the installation of the four tires at Pep Boys store #1054 for 10:00 AM on December 5, 2025. After waiting an hour, I was apologized to for the delay and assured that I would be next. However, after another hour, my vehicle was finally on the lift with the rims and tires removed, only to be informed, "Sorry, we don't have your tires in stock." I was then offered the option to purchase other tires at an additional cost (which felt like a bait-and-switch). I understand that issues can arise, especially during a sale. However, part of good customer service should involve checking inventory before making a customer wait two hours past a scheduled appointment, only to inform them after their old tires have been removed from the vehicle. While at store 1054, I called Pep Boys customer service. I was told my case would be forwarded to a district manager, who would call me back, and was advised to "please monitor my calls." A day later, I am still waiting for that district manager to contact me. What has happened to basic customer service? If it weren't for the customer, businesses would not exist. The customer keeps your doors open, Pep Boys! I received a call at 5:15 PM on December 5, 2025, from Pep Boys Store 1054, notifying me that my tires have arrived and that I can schedule another appointment for installation. Now, I'm questioning whether I can trust Pep Boys for this installation. Can I trust that my life and my family's safety will be protected after Pep Boys works on my vehicle?
