My BMW M50i was taken to the Fields BMW Winter Park Collision Center after a minor accident (no airbags). I received an email from them that the car should be ready in 3 weeks. (I know that could change, so I was expecting possibly a little longer.) Well, 3 MONTHS go by and I don't hear a peep from them. So, I sent them an email, they responded with, "we left you a voicemail a week ago that your car is ready." I said you've only sent me emails in the past, so that was odd to just leave a voicemail and not email or check in with me... after all, it has been THREE MONTHS. You've had my car for 3 months without the courtesy of letting us know it will take longer but then let it sit for another week! So, we let them know we're coming to pick up the car and find that they did not wash it. After having the car for 3 months to get it back dirty was incredible. (It gets worse) We take the car on a trip a few days later and find that it's pulling to the right pretty bad. So, we took it to the closest BMW dealer to find that the car was in such bad condition that it should have never left Fields BMW and released to the customer to drive. The video they sent me shows cables/wires coming out of the tire. This was incredibly dangerous and extremely careless!! This is the rear tire of the side of the accident which they had changed the front due to the accident. Also, the oil change was due, and a service check was past due... this car was at a BMW dealership for the past THREE MONTHS!! I immediately contacted the adjuster, Brandon Thomas, at the BMW collision center, and he said (with no concern in his voice) we don't do any type of inspections before releasing cars and that he was surprised nobody tried to upsell me a tire from Fields BMW. He mentioned that Justin Hudson, from service, should have tried to sell me service. This kind of carelessness should not be tolerated by anyone. You would think taking a $125k BMW to a BMW dealer for repairs would make you feel secure. Well, this was quite the opposite. You guys allowed my wife to drive a car in a seriously dangerous condition; you should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves! I can't even put into words my disappointment with Fields BMW and their collision center. I have already contacted BMW USA and filed a formal complaint. Furthermore, my car has now been at a local BMW dealer for 2 days now to fix the issues. Mind you, this is after the car has been a Fields BMW for 3 months. read more

As much as I have enjoyed my 330e, since it started having issues I've learned this dealership is literally the worst experience. I Never had the issues I've had here when I owned a Lexus. They lie, they definitely bait n' switch with repairs, wait times are double or triple the estimated time. If you leave a message, you might get a call back, but u likely. After the experience I've had working with this and the S Orlando Fields, I will go back to Lexus and never own another BMW. read more

My experience started back in 2024, after purchase of the vehicle!!' A few months out I started having issues with notices come on my dashboard like the ones attached, they had my car weeks, and stated it didn't happen with them and they couldn't duplicate it, well Of course it did t do it with them!!' Frank the only one that seemed to care reaches out apologized and made things right, he stated to reach out if anything further happened, well it sis happen like 6 months after that it came in briefly and went off, came in again 3 months ago dis the same thing, I already knew they were going to say we can't duplicate it, I have been having issues with my trunk popping up, I even reached out to Chris to see if I could fi an early trade in, however this week bmw have proved again who they really are, they don't care what you have to say, what proof you have, they just want money!!!thru ste saying I need 4 new tires, I work from home, 2 tires were replaced already, do they telling me since July until now that new tire supposedly have worn!!!the excuse is oh my car heavy!!! I had took my car to Firestone because I kept having to put in air in my tires,Firestone told me I had a small nail in driver tire but he couldn't patch the run flat tire! However bmw is telling me all 4 tires worn, I purchased the car may 2024, 2 tires have been replaced and I work from home, and the issue with the trunk they have not found , they supposedly gave me a whole new switch board for my wires when I had the issues, however supposedly I need wipers again too , after speaking with frank fernandez I started to trust bmw again, however they are not trust worthy and the sales managers are a joke, they talk down on you like you stupid because you have caught on to their game!! God sits high and he looks low, with all my power I'm trying to take this to court, and this time I'm not stopping, I don't like the face they try to take advantage of of a woman!!! Currently at BMW right now and very disappointed. I've waited nearly 6 hours for an oil change, brake fluid change, and what they reported as a punctured right front tire or maybe a front left tire. Conflicting stories from the advisor and the tech . So I was already skeptical. But what I don't understand is that at 12:10 PM the advisor Arie tells me that my car was blocked in by the tire crew. This is very irresponsible and inconsiderate to the customer. I've had to cancel appointments that were scheduled later in the afternoon unnecessarily. I've had better service and better prices elsewhere. I'd likely won't return and I am very disappointed. I arrived on time for my 7:15 AM appointment just to be told to wait for my advisor Arie Morales who did not arrive to get me until 15 minutes later. He then asked me why I was sitting in the waiting room as if I took it upon myself. I have requested pictures of the puncture since I got the conflicting stories about the tire. The video sent by the tech was horrible, only showing the hood of the car and the brakes. No puncture depicted. read more

I'm am in love with Ms.Blue! She is an upgrade from my 2005 525i! The salesman Levi was awesome! The dealership is state of the art and provides breakfast and lunch to its customers. BMW finance gave me a pretty good interest rate on the car loan and completing the paperwork was a breeze. I believe my experience was good because I did my research and knew the price was fair based on the mileage and amenities of the (previously leased) vehicle. I bought my car in 2022 and I love it- but let me tell you... the times I have had service work done, it's 95% unsatisfactory. I've had my tires replaced with warranty, and I'm almost certain all tires were recycled and I had to return twice to get them "properly" replaced. The past 4 visits I have had at this location for service, has been nothing but stressful and the service reps almost NEVER answer the phone or get back to you. If you get a call back or a rep answering a phone- considerate a miracle and buy yourself a lottery ticket. I have been waiting all day for a systems check and I have had zero communication regarding if I will have my car back today. I have a loaner that I want to make sure I promptly return so the next poor soul that is given a loaner can actually use it. I was charged a $150 deposit for the loaner and was told I live too far for the uber. (I have used the uber services before, so not sure why the sudden change. Maybe it's the interest gained on my $150 loaner deposit?) I'm considering driving 1h30m to another service dealer- because I have heard great reviews from them. It truly feels so one sided when I have to constantly call to make sure I am holding up my side of the agreement, that I feel I'm actually working for them and need to send a bill for my time. It's sad to see a dealer so close to be so infuriatingly inefficient. ---- Update, after two hours of trying to get a call back. I was told they would let my rep know to call me back before they close. It's now 6:09pm and they have been closed since 6:00. I now won't hear about my car till Monday. --- Update: It's Monday. I didn't hear all day until I requested a call back. I saw the issues with my car uploaded and my receipt said $0.00. Because all they did was airout a seat and reset the error. When I picked up my car, I was told I agreed to pay "$249" which honestly is a bunch of bullshit. If I knew the issue was just needing an "airout" and a code reset- I would have done it myself. BMW is not the same company. Their customer service at the local and corporate level are horrible. If you buy a BMW, and you have warranty issues with the console module, they will not replace it. They will provide every excuse possible to avoid replacement of the unit. I have brought my vehicle in for service regarding the module four times. They ignore any evidence provided, unless it can be duplicated at the dealer. One of issues is. the auto time zone change does not work. How can one duplicate the error at the dealership without traveling to a different time zone. Any excuse not to replace the defective modular unit. Recently, all my windows and sunroof opened when I started the vechicle. I provided document of all the issues. They ignored it all. DON'T BUY BMW. When you purchase the car they try to sell you a bunch of extra coverage, that should be standard in most cases. For example they try to sell you tire/brakes coverage. What they should do is tell you that they intentionally put shit brakes on the vehicle that will not last by design. Also they should tell you that they have installed stupid ass sensors all over the dumbass car to nag the shit out of you. I'm sure they have made a killing from this scam. I will never buy a BMW again. Not only did I purchase a new x1 from them, but I brought two family members who bought cars. I could not regret this decision more. read more

Update.. So we finally got my sons car back. Fields still didn't diagnose the problem so it still has the same issue that it was originally towed in for. However, they did no further troubleshooting but, did ultimately reimburse him which was appreciated. We now have another issue that was discovered when we requested all of the service records from Fields. We realized that my son was also incorrectly charged $3000.00 for a separate repair that he just had done 3-4 months ago. Fields did the same exact repair for the previous owner just 15,000 miles prior and it came with a 2 year/unlimited mile warranty from BMW. The BMW parts/labor warranty is attached to the cars VIN not the owner. That being said, Fields should not have charged for the same repair twice. I'm hoping that this was an honest mistake but, I don't know how it could have happened when they have the service records in their system since the car was purchased. I pointed this out to Fields and asked that my son be reimbursed for this. I have not received a response yet. I'd also like to add that I HAVE reached out to both service managers multiple times with no response. Im really hoping that this will expedite the response so I don't have to take this to the next level. read more

Unfortunately things didn't go well the second time around. I thought my seatbelt would be covered under warranty, it's a 2023, they're not. I was told the entire assembly needed to be replaced for around $1400. The belt was operational, the plastic covering had fallen off. I thought that was expensive, after all it was operational. I opted to not fix it. When I came to pick up the car I was shocked to find out they had charged me a $249 diagnostic fee. I have never in my life been charged a fee like this, unless of course major labor was involved in the diagnosis and I have owned BMW's Audi's Mercedes Benz-, never, especially for something as simple as a visual diagnosis, as was performed on my convertible. I was able to get the issue fixed elsewhere for under $200 including labor, and was told by another BMW mechanic who was doing me a favor that they were replacing parts that weren't necessary, and actually ordering the wrong parts. Only after I posted my experience on social did the manager reach out to me. He agreed that if I provided him with proof that I paid $167 for the parts he would reimburse me the entire $249. I did as asked and received a check for $132.59? That's an odd figure Richard Gaffney, no?? read more

Came here to bring my SUV. First I had to leave the SUV to find out what was wrong with it. The service here is so slow and poor. Absolutely unacceptable for a luxury car company this dealership customer service is extremely poor. I had to order some parts and just because I didn't want to deal with them I took it Ocala and got the needed part from the Ocala one. Took my vehicle in due to an issue with my battery draining even once replaced. I was told it would be a $250 diagnostics fee which I was fine with. After calling multiple times to follow up on the status of my vehicle I'm told they will need to hold the vehicle for a couple more days and that I needed to pay another $500 for them to continue to do diagnostics. Fast forward they figure out what's draining the battery but charge me $800 in diagnostics. I take it to another service provider and he comes up with the same diagnostic but figured it out in an hour. So I highly doubt the validity of the diagnostic charges and will never do business with Fields again. I expected a lot more. read more

I was a Walk In customer, no appointment, and was taken care of in a timely manner. I made a purchase at this location as well. The selection of BMW's at this location is Superb. Only people with iPhones that don't realize they are on Yelp as it is the default search engine via the Maps app on iPhone. Apple needs to fix that. Drove my mom here to get her car serviced. She was pleased with the repairs and the service department. They lost a star bc they used to have a little kitchen inside that cooked food throughout the day while you wait. I'm assuming they discontinued that due to covid but it was nice to have an omelet while you wait for your car to be ready. Here's hoping it makes a comeback. read more

Definitely the worst experience I've had as a consumer and I seriously regret working with this dealership. I am out of state and saw a nice X5 online and was happy to hear that they could get the car shipped for a reasonable rate, FL to TX. Immediately everything goes south as soon as I commit to this deal. When I decided to buy the car, I asked for wiring instructions, followed them to the letter to put in my down payment. Double checked the info, submitted it, and it was bounced by Fields BMW's Bank back to me, taking a fee! I was never given an explanation why this occurred even after requesting to speak with finance department or a manager several times, just ignored my request over and over. It is as if a wire transfer was brand new to these folks. Fine. Instead of repeating the wire again (as I was given no explanation to why it failed in the first place), I decided to simply overnight a cashiers check. I am informed that I cannot do that either as they had received several bad/fraudulent checks. Clearly this was the point where I needed to exit this deal, but I wanted this particular car. I finance the whole thing and the car is shipped to me. Great! My sales clerk informs me that he lost the 2nd key and promises to mail it to me. This takes a month to happen, and required me to reach out several times to track down. Embarrassing. After all of this, it actually got worse. We've had the car since December 2024 and just last month in February 2025 (~3months) the AC stopped working. I find out the evaporator coil has a tiny leak and will cost $5600 to replace as it requires disassembling the entire dashboard. Likely the car already had this leak with the previous owner, they recharged the refrigerant and sold it to Fields BMW who then, very soon after, sold it to me. No idea if this could have been detected by their used car department/inspector or if, in fact, it actually broke the first hundred miles I drove it. I tried working with several people on this issue, first guy never calls me back. The used car manager did eventually call me after I submitted a request online who offered some possible concessions but - as usual - this has slipped through the cracks and I haven't been followed up with by anyone in 5 days. read more

I would never take my car to service at this location again, and I took my car for Breakin service yesterday. I waited for three hours, and when my car was finished, I was told to stay in front, and someone would bring it up. I am waiting for 15 minutes for someone to tell me an engine check light is one, and they will have to keep the car, and it could take up to two weeks to get the parts to fix it. When I asked for the diagnostic report, the manager refused to give it to me--then proceeded to provide me with an actual car that smelled like shit to drive. The only conclusion I could come up with was that they did something to my car during the service. read more

Service, car washes, and everything at the BMW is always great. My family and I have been BMW drivers for over 12 years now and have been coming to this dealership ever since. We currently have 3 cars from here. Since first becoming a customer, we have had about 6 or 7 cars from here. We love the experience they provide and the attention to detail. Now with the new remodel, it is even more great and beautiful. Last weekend I got a new lease after my last lease was coming to an end and it was such a great experience. April, my advisor, is the best! She makes it such a fun and personalized experience. She was willing to go above and beyond and she did. She is great with communication and was there for whatever I needed. When turning in the car to me, she presented it with a big, beautiful bow for pictures and even did bows out of ribbon with a little message on each of the keys. Loved working with her! read more

Purchased a vehicle 9/4 @ Fields BMW. They were pleasant but 3 days later the bottom of the car was falling out. The front part which apparently wasn't screwed in. Towed the car back to them 9/7 and they instantly said we hit something before the mechanics looked at it. Then this morning, called us to see if we stole our car from their parking lot. *They still have our car. * Now this afternoon 9/8 the results ....All their mechanics looked at it and said we hit the curb on the passenger side which caused the whole front of the car to loose all the screws and the bottom to fall out. 0/5 stars: terrible communication from both the advisor and service manager (the advisor knows absolutely nothing about cars), paid an extra $1k after being told the problem was fixed when it was not. They said the car would be ready Friday for pickup but I received no call so I called on Monday and they said there was another issue with the car. The issue, the LPFP I told them originally caused the problem was never looked at because they said there was no issue with it. They obviously never looked at it and they did not give back my new LPFP I had installed that they said they would leave in the car (I had to pay for a new OEM one when they only issue wrong with the one I installed was a kinked fuel line). Car was also damaged after the tow there: scraped front lip/number and destroyed side skirt. I asked if they did a visual inspection upon arrival so I could document in order to go after the tow company but they would never respond back to me. Overall, this dealership is criminal and I should have contacted a lawyer but had too much going on. I can't believe I got taken advantage of and hope the next person fights harder when they decide to rip them off. read more
