Their automated phone system repeatedly hung up on me after long hold times -- and that was the only way I could get updates, since they never followed through on promised callbacks. My service rep, Alex, repeatedly told me he would call with updates, yet I never received a single one. At one point, he claimed he had tried to reach me multiple times, but it turned out he was calling my parents' old home number -- a line that hasn't existed for years. I have no idea how they even got that number, especially since all my interactions with them had been through my mobile phone. Not only was the communication abysmal, but the sense of urgency was nonexistent. My car sat there untouched for the entire first week because they hadn't even started diagnostics. When I called for an update, they couldn't even locate my vehicle in their system. After finally determining the car needed a new engine, I was told there was no way to get a loaner in the meantime. Then, when they said it was finally fixed and ready for pickup, the check engine light came back on immediately when they pulled it up -- right back to square one. Having no car, no communication, and then being expected to pay for something they missed in the first place is unacceptable. This dealership clearly lacks organization, accountability, and respect for its customers. Do yourself a favor and take your business to any other Kia dealership.

I went in to look at a used car, and immediately got the typical used car sales experience. "We…read moredon't let anyone drive the car until we've gone over numbers and come to an agreement." weird. Well, I just wanted to look at it. I did. It seems Germain had misrepresented the trim level of the car, representing it as a much higher trim level than it was. And they said "we don't let people drive THAT trim level without an agreement on numbers." When I saw the car, it's clear they had misrepresented it. Accident? Who knows. But the next day, they changed it on their web site. I didn't drive the car, just looked at it and said I'd have to think about it. I did; a day later, the sales rep thought I should drive it. I said sure. I went in to drive this somewhat pedestrian car that's just a used car, available anywhere, and they were RIGHT there with the numbers paperwork, right in my face. They wanted me to put my signature to these vague numbers without my even having driven the car. In no way will I put my name on anything other than a sales order. Sorry, that's not how I do business. I don't need any car that badly. I compare that to a few days previous when I went to look at a 2022 Corvette. The very nice young rep took my driver's license and insurance info, handed me the keys, and said "see you in a little bit." If Germain is the only Cadillac outlet in town, I guess I won't be buying a Cadillac. Buyer beware. What a scummy way to do business. I feel like I have to take a shower now to get the snake oil off of me.

I don't think one hundred stars would even be a fraction of the minimum. I was in the market for a trade-in and had my eye on a particular C Series that, unfortunately, was sold merely hours after I initially viewed it. Feeling somewhat defeated and devastated, even after shopping with a competitor before my visit, Lisa not only showed compassion, she found a way to make it right. She went above and beyond to locate a vehicle that was not only similar, but she educated me on why she'd think I'd like a particular CLA they had in stock and the best part. She didn't have the often exaggerated judgment of a "sleazy car salesperson". We had a delightful conversation about life and our upbringing, and often we would derail car talk with personal talk. It felt like I was communicating with a friend. I'm now the proud owner of my first brand-new vehicle after 18 years as a licensed driver. This wasn't a sales tactic to lure a buyer; this was one of the most pleasant experiences I had in purchasing a vehicle. Lisa is a star in the making, and her charisma and talent should be acknowledged at the highest form and loudest of voices. She is not only the future of Mercedes Benz but also the perfect face for the brand.
