These guys did a great job on a recent plumbing project I had…read more I had them come by for an estimate the other day. At the last moment before the plumbers arrival, I had to rush out and pick up one of my kids because my wife was running late. Despite the change of plans, he persevered, kept in touch, assessed the situation and gave me a price without any hassle or drama, which I appreciated. Some companies are not able to give estimates without both homeowners there walking thru everything which is ridiculous. Anyway, he came back a few days later, showed up right on time for the job and got to work right away. There was minimal disruption and the guy worked very well independently. In the end the project was completed successfully and everything was done exactly as I wanted. Five star work! It's kind of cliche but it's a little hard to find a good plumber these days. I'm glad to have found these Star Line and will definitely be using them in the future.

He was extremely thorough, explained every step of the process, and his professionalism truly exceeded my expectations. I called a second plumber to get a comparison quote and they too were wanting to charge me just to look and quote. Then I called John The Plumber. To my surprise, they didn't charge to come out and quote the job. Setting up the appointment was very easy and they sent their tech the very next day. Mike was my tech and he called ahead to say he was enroute, he arrived on time, even asked where I prefer that he park. His truck was modern and clean. He was friendly and very professional. He inspected my old unit and gave me a quote, he answered my questions, and he was able to even beat the other plumber's quote. Amazingly, he uninstalled my old unit and installed the new one that same day. He did a superb job, it took as long as he said it would take, he wore shoe covers when he came in the house, he cleaned up after himself, he then explained everything he did and why he did it that way (including some re-piping he had to do), and he gave me a very thorough tutorial on how to operate the new unit. The workmanship itself looks great--it looks very neat. Mike is the GOLD STANDARD. Thank you, Mike, and John The Plumber!
