It wasted my time by impersonating a real human who could be reasoned with. I texted it back, arguing with an AI agent about it. It stressed me out when I absolutely did not need that unnecessary aggravation. Turns out the AI hallucinated the delay. The extra stress was completely unnecessary. Get a person to communicate with customers, please. Texting with an AI impersonating a human is undignified at best, insulting at worst. It feels like deception and disdain. This should be 5 stars.
