Spacious Mexican restaurant with a bunch of menu options. Overall a standard experience. The restaurant was pretty empty during my meal. I had the tilapia with beans and fries along with a pepino drink. The food was average and the drink was tasty. There's a dance stage so I'm guessing they do events at night. It wouldn't be my first choice for a Mexican meal, but could be fun with a large group.

Went in for my birthday with my husband. We had come in the past and for the first couple of years, the food was good, but lately the quality of the food has drastically gone down. The last while, We came for Mother's Day last year, and the food quality was already going downhill from there. Decided to give it another try for my birthday, and honestly wish I went somewhere else. The seafood in our Aguachiles sampler didn't taste fresh and some cucumbers were very sour and weird tasting in our plate. The octopus was a very strange texture as well and the shrimp was warm and very squishy. The pastas were good, but the lobster on top of my pasta was very dry and tasted sour as well. The drinks were good. Waitress took a while to check up on us and food took a very long time to come out. Overall, I don't think I'll be returning, but was good while it lasted.

This place was pretty good! It's very spacious on the inside and the interior decor was pretty cool. There was a live band setting up to play while we ate but we finished and left before we got to see them play. Our server was kind but very busy because it was dinner on a Saturday night. I had the caldo de mariscos with tortillas.. it was delicious. I should have asked for lime to add while I was there but now I know for next time. Be prepared to get a little messy when ordering the seafood when it comes to certain dishes because crab legs and some prawns will require you to use your hands. To drink I had an agua de piña which was refreshing. I'd definitely go here again just to try a different dish. My friend got camarones a la diabla which looked amazing so I'd definitely get that. They also have ceviche that is delicious and molcajete as well!

We've heard good things about this place a swing in one day for lunch. It did not disappoint at all. I had this towering plate of chevice which was excellent. My son devoured his quesadilla. And my wife had this huge bowl of seafood medley which she said was delicious. Huge portions and very reasonable price. We will be going back

Good place to bring big or small groups. I had the torre de mariscos & my boyfriend had the molcajete de carnes. Both our meals were huge and delicious & if you're drinking, I recommend the Sangria!! Service was fast, everyone was super nice, and they also had live music which was cool.

Food is delicious!! The ambience is lovely and the service was fantastic! The only thing wrong was they need a new bartender. The drinks were not good at all. Tried the Paloma and Piña colada and it was a no for me. But other than that everything else was great!

In fact, they have five different spritzes on the menu, which I love to see. Of course, they have the classic Aperol spritz. But they also have some creative takes, like the rose spritz, which is what I chose. It was very tasty, light and refreshing, and not too floral, which can happen with a rose-flavored beverage. Spritzes are amazing but not enough sometimes, so I also got a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon. Yum! The pour was generous. I kept my drink orders simple this visit, but Thieves has a whole menu full of creative cocktails. What you do when you enter is just sit down, and someone will come by and take your order. But if you're visiting for coffee (because Thieves is also a coffee bar), you can order at the counter. I don't recall if they offer food. This is mostly a place to get drinks. And it's a lovely place to get drinks. Thieves is located in the heart of Broad Ripple, which means that parking is atrocious. Definitely one of the top five meals I've had in Indy…read more We came in on a Saturday night around 6:30, and were sat right away, outside at that on a beautiful sunny day. Our server was on top of it throughout the night. My only qualm with the outdoor area is the booth we were at is a two top, and there is a four top about two feet away- we could hear all the conversations down to the word next to us, and most likely vice versa. We started off with the pimento cheese. The bread was crispy, and the kimchi on top tasted authentic. We then transitioned to the birria mandu- the sauce was a little salty which I liked, and the mandu was flavored. I appreciated the pickled onions with it. We then got asparagus- probably our least favorite part of the meal. The asparagus was crunchy, the sauce was a nice touch, but the price for what we got seemed a little excessive. We split a burger and half chicken for our mains. Probably my favorite burger in all of Indy. The half chicken breading was thick, the sauce was sweet, and the mashed potatoes it came with were creamy. I could do without the broccolini on top- I didn't see how it goes with the vibe of the rest of the meal. I had an Oaxacan daiquiri as well. It was strong but not particularly overpowering. Would probably try something else when we return. Overall, the ambience was nice, service was quick, and the food was fantastic. We can't wait to return.

I am excited to return and eat inside one day to see the vibe and their space! The patio looks like the perfect place to chill out during the summer too :)

While the menu looked great, I was able to order a custom old-fashioned with Buffalo Trace KY bourbon, black walnut bitters, demerara syrup, and Luxardo cherries, and it was perfect. The service - exceptional. We ordered the lemon drop martini, Elmo Cola, the Gatsby and liquid love affair. I asked for the liquid love affair to have a very light pour of alcohol and they obliged. Everyone loved their drinks. Even me. And I am NOT a drinker. We ordered shrimp cocktails, lobster bisque, steaks and lobster. Everything so good. My son's steak was overdone but they happily remade it and ALL the sides that came with it. Just immaculate service. We also ordered the chocolate mousse pie. We asked our server to place the candles we had brought on top. Lemme tell you. The service. Just so good. She realized they were sparkler candles so she waited to light it until she was at our table. We did ask the manager if we could present our son his gift during dinner. It was a firearm and we didn't wanna cause any drama or "unsafe" feelings even though, obvi, it wouldn't have been loaded. We did want to respect the establishment and their other patrons. He kindly declined and, of course, we understood. Can we talk about service? Just so exceptional. Customer service for me will make or break any experience. The bills was... A LOT. Even AFTER they comped everything the birthday boy had ordered. But even if they hadn't comped ANYTHING... I always believe in paying good money for good food. The place was clean. The bathroom clean. And there is a lot for parking. Just the best time was had.

The event takes place on the patio area, it's small and intimate. It is great for networking and mingling and making new connections. The staff was absolutely amazing and engaged with the crowd the entire night. I felt the vibe that they really love their job. They don't let you know about the menu prior to , which I was a bit apprehensive about but it turned out great! For starters we had some chunky guac, watermelon pico, and some kind of verde salsa with chips. 10/10! The Watermelon pico was new to me and very refreshing!! Next we had some steak fajitas with rice. I was not a fan of the rice and the steak wasn't seasoned to my liking but still a good dish! Lastly we had dessert that put me in the mind of being at the state fair. It was a pastry fried (think like funnel cake taste) and fruit ...so yummy! Now the margaritas! Enjoy as much it as little as you like! I loved experimenting and trying different combos. My favorite was the mango spicy flavor! They said they have these events quarterly or so and I can't wait to go to the next one!
