Beautiful views from the patio. They have a nice fire pit and heaters for if it is cold. The brunch menu was fabulous. I had a delicious waffle with salmon and greens on top. Fresh squeezed juice is also a plus.

We're back once again and loved it just as much as the last time ! There's nothing like enjoying some coffee, soft music, and a stunning view. The weather is absolutely perfect right now so I definitely recommend sitting on the patio. They do have a seasonal menu and this time the options weren't my favorite but still really good. I just came from the hike behind the restaurant and was starving, so the vreakfast burrito really hit the spot. Once again, great experience. Will definitely be back next time we stay at the four seasons

There are a lot of restaurants in Santa Fe but this was my absolute fave for key reasons- it was subtle but creative and offered authentic flavors and spices without being too hot or overpowering. I really enjoyed the ambiance and being able to luxuriate in the sunset while sipping New Mexico sparkling by Gruet. It was really delicious and a great place to celebrate a birthday! Really loved the roasted cauliflower soup and the scallops!

I am basically obsessed with Terra Restaurant at the Four Seasons in Santa Fe, New Mexico. We had the absolute best dining experience thanks to our amazing server, Larry, and whomever was in the kitchen cooking up some divine meals. Our experience even got better and better as the meal went on thanks to the gorgeous sunset that we had the perfect view of thanks to our patio table! To start, I ordered the painkiller drink while my dining companion has a lemon drop martini. We ordered the shrimp gambas (garlic and guajillo herb butter served with garlic butter bread) and a ravioli appetizer to start. Both fantastically flavorful although I preferred the ravioli. My friend ordered the Sunday special - fried chicken, served with green Chile mashed potatoes, sweet & spicy glaze, green beans, and a homemade biscuit while I got the beef tenderloin (6oz. beef tenderloin, chipotle Hollandaise, grilled asparagus/broccolini, mashed potatoes, and rosemary jus). We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the portion sizes were great. I was able to try some of the fried chicken, it was so juicy and flavorful! We shared the boozy churros for dessert with some marques de Murrieta wine. I truly had a wonderful dining experience at Terra Restaurant. The food was really, really good, the atmosphere was excellent, and Larry was out of this world. Truly a fantastic service. We returned to Terra for breakfast the following morning. I ordered a latte while my friend got some of the freshly squeezed orange juice and a latte. I got the breakfast burrito (sunrise burrito; pinto beans, red Chile sauce, scrambled eggs, potato medley, cheddar, pico de gallo, and spicy avocado cream) while my dining companion ordered the American breakfast with a side of bacon. Our server, Estrella, had nothing on Larry but was fine. Overall, I really enjoyed our time at Terra and would highly recommend the restaurant for guests of the Four Seasons or anyone in the Santa Fe area! Fie stars - thank you Larry!

The food here was pretty good, though expensive as you would expect based on the location. That said, let's get real. You're not exactly coming here for the food anyway. And to that end, we experienced one of the most beautiful sunsets imaginable here. Dare I say it, straight from a Georgia O'Keeffe painting- no lie. Anyways, as you can see from the pics, the food was at least very pretty. And it was decent from a taste perspective. The drinks were actually above average and our waiter was very helpful from the moment we sat on their expansive outside dining patio (and that's where you want to be for the sunset). But, as I said, you came here for the views and the sunset- and in that it does not disappoint.

We selected a location where sunsets are easily enjoyed. The cuisine is well-presented and meets expectations, though it could use a touch more creativity. Luxury hotels often follow this trend.

Great fries.

Ate here several times while we stayed at the resort, mostly just snacks and drinks. They have a few good draft beers and the mixed drinks are exceptional (old fashion was spot on). We had the Spanish cheese and olives one night and some fries another night (most times we ate in town). The cheese plate was great but would have appreciated a little bread or crackers with them. The fries were awesome, plenty of food for two to snack on. The only downside to the place is price. Leaves a mark.

I love the Terra for the food and views. I will also mention their cocktails and wine selection is pretty good. They could improve on service, especially considering it's a four seasons and not a self-serve restaurant, but it's not a deterrent.

We had breakfast, drinks, lunch, drinks, dinner, drinks and dessert here. And also drinks. We sat in literally every lounge, booth, table or bar seat indoors and outdoors here. So yes I feel very qualified to rate the restaurant at the four seasons. Well the food is good. Portions are actually pretty big. And they better be good for the price you pay. Some drinks are better than others. I didn't love the frose drink with rose vodka. But anything on the wine list is delectable. The steaks here are terrific. They know how to cook meat. The only problem? The service is sooo sloooooow. Oh my goodness. No matter what time of day..it just seemed like the servers and the kitchen had no sense of time. Everyone was friendly. Just gawdawful slow.

Horrible visit. Such a bummer to end our Taos trip here. We were the second table inside after they…read moreopened this past Monday. After ordering at the counter and taking a seat inside, we heard the table next to us complaining about how awful the coffee was. That should've been our first warning to run, but unfortunately we had already paid. Thank goodness we had already gotten coffee elsewhere. So, we sat and waited for our food. As we sat and the food started being cooked, I started getting a headache. My husband pointed out that the place was filling with that grease smoke that you get when you cook on a dirty grill and don't vent well enough. We moved to an outside table and felt a huge difference in the fresh air; headache immediately gone. (For the sake of the other patrons health, we left the front door open to vent the place out.) We waited a really long time for our food, which I didn't expect from a counter-ordering breakfast spot with super basic orders that we could've made waayyy better at home. When the food finally came, the server walked up, plopped our plates down and said, "idk who had what," instead of just asking us...I had ordered a classic breakfast platter with Christmas chile and sourdough toast and jam. My husband had ordered a bfast platter with green chile. He had to go in to ask for his green chile and my jam, which they forgot. The food was just on this side of edible. I ate my scrambled eggs and avocado and toast (dry with just the avocado on it bc no butter offered and the jam turned out to be packets of smuckers), bc I'm pregnant and was starving, but I took one bite of the "hashbrowns" and literally spit it right back out onto the plate. It not only felt like the texture of a raw potato, but you could tell that their grill is in need of a serious cleaning. My husband didn't even eat half of his food. I was also kinda just grossed out how they plopped my little chile plastic cups directly on top of my beans...it felt wrong for those to placed ON TOP of part of the dish. After seeing the servers response to another tables complaints and concerns about the coffee, we got the vibe that this place is just run by a bunch of high schoolers who did not care/know how to remedy any situation that was presented, so we didn't even consider attempting to talk with them about our issues. We had a conversation with another couple who sat outside about how much this place seemed to be struggling with everything, even the most basic of restaurant situations. We decided to just high-tail it away after warning another group who approached not to even go in there. This place has good reviews, so maybe it's possible we went on a very off day; I will say that they opened an hour later than usual, so maybe they were in a dire staffing scenario or something.

We came in here on our last day visiting Santa Fe in the summer and I'm so glad we did, as it was on my list of things to try after perusing Yelp for notables. I had a scrumptious white bean-roasted red pepper-melted cheese tartine on delicious, fresh house-made bread topped with a balsamic glaze. I think it was one of the better dishes I had while in town. It was served with an array of olives on the plate. So good! They were out of the egg salad sandwich by the time we arrived, which was something a family member wanted to try, but they ordered an avocado toast instead. Also great and served with olives. The service was fast and thoughtful. Order at the counter and your food is brought to your table. We found a great shaded spot outside for the five of us with a view facing the bustling bakery inside. Many people brought their bikes or dogs (allowed outside only) and met up with friends to eat and chat. At one point a server brought out an order of bread that we did not order, but he left it with us anyway, free of charge. So glad we got to try Sage Bakehouse and I'd definitely visit several more times when in the area!

There is plenty of seating in the room next door, and it appears they may be expanding that room. In the main room, you walk up to the counter and order, then your food is brought out to you. We got sandwiches and bowls and the food was great. Fresh and healthy. I also got some kind of maple cream cold brew; I did have to ask for more maple flavor because I wanted my drink a bit sweeter, and the barista graciously added it without charging extra. They seemed to have interesting pastries and bagels, and the shop is also a market with fancy snacks and other provisions. I was tempted to take home a unique chocolate bar or jam, or something savory like a wacky bag of popcorn, but we were maxed out on snacks at our Airbnb, so I refrained. They had a wide selection of this kind of stuff. All in all, it was the perfect spot to grab lunch in the late afternoon while cruising around the Plaza on a hot day. The service was friendly, and so were the other customers!
