I finally pursued Zach through his secretary, Jennifer and learned this is the best way to contact him.  At one point during the process, I became unpleasant, but neither was unpleasant back.  Jennifer was on it! Zach responded to my needs, provided resources when requested and took the time to follow-up with me in person at my home to thoroughly review the home inspection and discuss my concerns.  He and Cory even resolved a small issue that I could not resolve myself.  Zach is very busy but in meeting with him, I found a gentleman with over a decade of home inspection experience that truly presents to care about his clients.

I have been having ant issues (tiny black one's) for weeks now. I could not kill any more and they got into my stuff in the pantry twice plus the dogs food. I am hoping the spray will do the job, but they will follow up in 2 weeks if they are not gone. This is one of the few companies (maybe the only one) that will work on a verbal contract. They get my business for that reason alone. I will need them every summer because these ants are all over the walking trails here and I am close to that. They are so small they find ways to get into the house. I am happy I was told the spray would not hurt my dog I just had to get him out of the house and yard for an hour or two. Jesse was great and I would ask him back anytime. I definitely will have them back in May. Also, I should mention that the girls that answer the phone were great and professional. That means everything to a business.

No big deal in my mind. 6pm Noel is at my door, are you home? I need to take the bait box, my supervisor will call you. Very rude! What's going on? He will call you. You admitted to touching the bait box so I have to pull it. No further answers. I am stunned! I get a call about 30 minutes later from a Victor, completely rude and from the tone of his voice he is ready for conflict and confrontation. I have no idea what I have done wrong at this point or why this is happening. Victor proceeds to tell me that I should know better than touch poison and have tampered with their box and bc I have a dog it will be removed immediately. Huh?? Totally stunned and offended that this person is basically calling me stupid. Noel never told me that if I touched it in anyway that I was in some sort of violation or said anything other than it was poison, duh, and keep the dog away. Again, duh. I am not a moron. I did what any regular person would do and one time looked in when I hadn't seen any squirrels in a week or so to see if the bait was being eaten. I didn't lick my fingers like I ate chicken nor did I let my dog, who was so super not interested in the bait box or what I was looking at come near me. The "supervisor " Victor was so rude and acted like he is in charge of something very special and told me "this was for my dog's well being" and that " I should know better" . Appreciated, but, again, I'm not stupid. It's MY dog. Why would I let her near poison? I simply unscrewed the cap, on the very top, and looked inside. Then screwed the cap back on. The end. Didn't disturb a single thing. NO ONE TOLD ME NOT TO LOOK AT IN IT OR I WOULD BE IN SOME KIND OF BREACH IF I DID. Victor was SUPER argumentative and very unprofessional for a "supervisor" . I ended with asking him to refund my portion of the 2 weeks I paid for the bait box and he could have it back. Mmmk mmmmk mmmkk, I will, I will, is what I got. So completely rude and aggressive for no reason. I even told him this was a review and he didn't care. I am unsatisfied and offended. It was $275.00 for one month and no one has come knocking with a refund check, as I requested. Corporate. Review your people and policies. I called about a scorpion problem inside my house that had been going on for about a month, and…read morescheduled their scorpion treatment (part of their spider package). I asked for an afternoon appointment because I work late and sleep through the morning, but the technician showed up at 8am. Afterward, I kept seeing live scorpions inside the house at about the same rate as before the spray. About six weeks later, I called to ask about the guarantee on their website, which says they'll return to re-treat at no extra cost if you detect live pest activity between scheduled visits. They told me this didn't qualify for the warranty, or even a discount on the next spray, even though it fell within the re-treatment schedule they recommend. That was disappointing, since this service was not cheap, even compared to others in the area. To be fair, I haven't seen a single live spider in or around my house since the spray, so it does seem to work for general pests. But I wouldn't recommend them for scorpion problems.
