(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. I had several items broken, packing was very subpar, and experienced delivery delays because the crew and truck were "impounded" by law enforcement due to their actions, and I lost money. I believe the owner wanted to do the right thing, but I received mostly untruths. Very sad, very frustrating. Use caution and do due diligence to confirm whether they have proper insurance for their work. Prior to my move, I had recommended them to dear friends who suffered monetary losses far greater than I did. I would never use them again.
