(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. They were punctual, professional, respectful, efficient, nothing was broken, or scratched. Donnie, Ronnie, Neal, Andrew, Paul, Ira and John were all courteous, respectful of our home and belongings, and were very capable. Bell's returned my call very quickly. They gave me a fair price and were able to work it into their schedule the following day. The sellers told me that the were very professional in carefully packing everything and getting it out of their house without damage. At my house it was the same. Every precaution was taken to protect the furniture and our walls and floors and it was successfully put in place without damage. They did a great job and we recommend them highly and would use them again.

I had several items broken, packing was very subpar, and experienced delivery delays because the crew and truck were "impounded" by law enforcement due to their actions, and I lost money. I believe the owner wanted to do the right thing, but I received mostly untruths. Very sad, very frustrating. Use caution and do due diligence to confirm whether they have proper insurance for their work. Prior to my move, I had recommended them to dear friends who suffered monetary losses far greater than I did. I would never use them again.

When I complimented him on how neat the storage area was packed, he said that he sees it as art and wants it to be as neat as possible. I needed my piano to go to another location and he didn't have a problem with it. His cost to move was reasonable in comparison to others that I researched. I would hire Trell's Movers again and highly recommend this company.
