It wasn't easy finding someone in this area for a short move, but we were completely satisfied and would definitely use Local Moving Services again. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thanks again Adrian and Pedro for your hard work and professionalism and Ken for setting up the scheduling. The best!

(This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. Thanks for being all around great humans!

Fidelity Moving & Storage - This is how they organized the unloading off the truck

If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional crew I've ever dealt with…read moreafter 3 cross country military moves. They were contracted by military so unfortunately i did not select them. Had i read reviews first, i would've requested a different storage and delivery crew. Please note that if you are military, you do have the right to request a different moving agent. You DO NOT have to go through what i went through with this company. If you read this review before you receive or pack your HHG, please request a change. They showed up at 11am to unload 15k pounds worth of belongings. They busted each others chops the entire time, we're rude to each other. One individual was obviously high or strung out on something. Another individual kept making comments to myself that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They were careless with our belongings and dropped multiple high value items and also jammed the truck so tightly packed that many things were broken or damaged just from the ride to our home from storage. they didn't listen to me when i told them where things went. We have boxes scattered all over our house that don't belong there such as boxes labeled garage tools sitting in our master bedroom. They then decided at around 7pm that they would just unload the rest of the boxes in to our carport and call it a day again because they didn't show up until 11am. This is breach of contract with military. They have to unload boxes into a covered interior building per contract and they refused as there was no room because the best part... they initially showed up with an empty truck, they had driven the wrong truck an hour to our home and left the correct truck sitting at their warehouse, they had to bring the right truck with our furniture and that didn't show up until many hours later after they initially arrived. Furniture was brought in last which is incorrect, furniture should be brought in first. Put in place and assembled before boxes are unloaded into home, our moves have always gone this way, it's common sense. They then flat out refused to work. The driver, Steve, was rude and unprofessional telling me what his team will and won't do when i have a contract in my hand telling me what they're supposed to be doing and they didn't do it. He was condescending acting as if i was being unreasonable. It's not my role to tell him and his team how to do their jobs. They should show up to work, take pride in work, be respectful and then do the damn job they're being paid to do. They didn't have an unpack team, which they were supposed to do they said oh they will come tomorrow. When the unpack team showed up, they were equally rude and unprofessional. They began dumping boxes everywhere... including our apple desktop, just dumped on our bed and cracked because it was screen down on top of hangers. They accidentally knocked over our tv resulting in it breaking. They came in to assemble furniture and had no idea how to do their jobs... we sent them home because it was so awful. Our stuff is damaged, we've had three days of awful unpacking and now we're waiting for a new company to come help us get the remaining boxes off the carport and brought into our home. I'm flabbergasted that this company still has a military contract. I'll be doing my part to ensure no service member or family of a service member has to deal with this company again.

They were moving everything so quickly that I could not watch as to what was going on. After they left I have continued to find things they banged up and ruined so much of my furniture, pictures and other items. I am just sick to my stomach. I am going through a terrible separation and have no money to replace it repair the destroyed items. I had to help my husband move to his new home and he use Two Men and a Truck they were so conscientious and took care of all of his items. Coleman Worldwide moving company is the worst moving company I have ever had the displeasure of…read moredealing with. Partnering with Allied, they should have been much better. I ensured, on multiple occasions, that the split delivery was to be finished. We had most go into storage, the rest at a temp home. They assured me that both places would be picked up and transferred to our permanent residence. Two weeks before the scheduled delivery, I asked, and was assured that BOTH places were being packed. I called the day before to get a time for delivery and was told they had clue about the temp housing pick up. I immediately called the manager and was told the temp housing pickup was impossible since he had no clue about the second pickup. 1 - Professionalism - Poor - The movers had a major attitude and threw our household goods around like it was nothing. When asked to do a certain task (noted below), they rolled their eyes and gasped as if we were making their lives miserable. 2 - Workmanship - Poor - For several reasons. a - When asked to uncrate a $7000 theater screen in the house and not outside, the lead (driver) rolled his eyes but did as he was asked. Unfortunately, the packers destroyed the screen. When the Coleman movers moved it, they added to the disrespectful treatment of the screen by digging their hands into the screen itself while moving. b - Worker carried a $3000 speaker by the felt. Wife told him that he was damaging the speaker by carrying it like that. He rolled his eyes and carried on. I was not out there for that or I would have yelled at him. The speaker did, in fact, get damaged by the worker. c - Once they were done, many splinters of wood, nails, and screws were left in our driveway. No cleanup was conducted. We even had to clean the splinters from the house. d - Some items were just shoved into crates from the warehouse where they were being stored. A $3500 treadmill was just shoved into the wooden boxes without protection when it was protected leaving our previous home. e - They delivered a mattress to us that is not ours. A different name was clearly written on the mattress cover. I have called several times and they have no desire to pick it up. Coleman claims over 100 years of trust and reliability. If that is the case, then none of the problems we have encountered would have been present. The negligence and complete disregard for others household goods was atrocious and I will NEVER use them again. I highly encourage anyone else considering a move to use a different company, stay away from Coleman. Everyone from management down to the worker is sub par.
