If I could give zero stars I would. This was the most unprofessional crew I've ever dealt with after 3 cross country military moves. They were contracted by military so unfortunately i did not select them. Had i read reviews first, i would've requested a different storage and delivery crew. Please note that if you are military, you do have the right to request a different moving agent. You DO NOT have to go through what i went through with this company. If you read this review before you receive or pack your HHG, please request a change. They showed up at 11am to unload 15k pounds worth of belongings. They busted each others chops the entire time, we're rude to each other. One individual was obviously high or strung out on something. Another individual kept making comments to myself that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. They were careless with our belongings and dropped multiple high value items and also jammed the truck so tightly packed that many things were broken or damaged just from the ride to our home from storage. they didn't listen to me when i told them where things went. We have boxes scattered all over our house that don't belong there such as boxes labeled garage tools sitting in our master bedroom. They then decided at around 7pm that they would just unload the rest of the boxes in to our carport and call it a day again because they didn't show up until 11am. This is breach of contract with military. They have to unload boxes into a covered interior building per contract and they refused as there was no room because the best part... they initially showed up with an empty truck, they had driven the wrong truck an hour to our home and left the correct truck sitting at their warehouse, they had to bring the right truck with our furniture and that didn't show up until many hours later after they initially arrived. Furniture was brought in last which is incorrect, furniture should be brought in first. Put in place and assembled before boxes are unloaded into home, our moves have always gone this way, it's common sense. They then flat out refused to work. The driver, Steve, was rude and unprofessional telling me what his team will and won't do when i have a contract in my hand telling me what they're supposed to be doing and they didn't do it. He was condescending acting as if i was being unreasonable. It's not my role to tell him and his team how to do their jobs. They should show up to work, take pride in work, be respectful and then do the damn job they're being paid to do. They didn't have an unpack team, which they were supposed to do they said oh they will come tomorrow. When the unpack team showed up, they were equally rude and unprofessional. They began dumping boxes everywhere... including our apple desktop, just dumped on our bed and cracked because it was screen down on top of hangers. They accidentally knocked over our tv resulting in it breaking. They came in to assemble furniture and had no idea how to do their jobs... we sent them home because it was so awful. Our stuff is damaged, we've had three days of awful unpacking and now we're waiting for a new company to come help us get the remaining boxes off the carport and brought into our home. I'm flabbergasted that this company still has a military contract. I'll be doing my part to ensure no service member or family of a service member has to deal with this company again. read more

This is probably the worst moving experience that I have ever had. There were probably eight to ten guys that showed up. They were moving everything so quickly that I could not watch as to what was going on. After they left I have continued to find things they banged up and ruined so much of my furniture, pictures and other items. I am just sick to my stomach. I am going through a terrible separation and have no money to replace it repair the destroyed items. I had to help my husband move to his new home and he use Two Men and a Truck they were so conscientious and took care of all of his items. I am so sorry that I did not think of using them for my move. If you want your items to arrive at your new home in good condition please do not use Fidelity Movers. read more

Packed up our house hold goods and missed multiple delivery dates. They do not return calls to notify you if they will deliver. As of this point I have been waiting on house hold goods for eleven days for a move that was only a five hour drive. Very unprofessional do not let them move your stuff. read more

Packed our stuff for a cross country move in one day, when we received it back nothing was organized. Open food was packed and had leaked onto everything. If no stars was an option I would definitely leave zero stars. read more

Inconsistent delivery. On 4/21, we got the help of Fidelity Moving and Storage to take our worldly possessions from a house we were renting to our new home that we now have a mortgage on.hmmm...anywho, we used Fidelity before to move into the current rental and everything was bang on. 4 guys pulled up with a big truck and knocked that crap out. We paid what we thought to be a fair price and was very happy. Nothing scratched, dinged or broke. They treated our priceless plastics and particle board furniture like gold. So, when It came time to move again, I called them up to get an estimate on moving. Their estimator came out in quick time to discuss what we were going to move. When he realized that we used them previously, he went back to the office and pulled the sheet of stuff from what we had before. Provided us an estimate that was totally in line with what we paid previously. Happy and content we booked it. Now, we were told that if we needed boxes, come to them and they would help us out and we did. They were quite accommodating and that's why they got the second star. That was a great help. Now, moving day. 2 younger fellas show up with a seasoned man in a small 20 ft U-haul type vehicle. I knew right away, this was going to be interesting. Items to note, we did not have any more furniture than before but in fact, less. The previous moving crew broke down anything they could and re-assembled it. With that noted, 6-7 hours later, these hired moving professionals were finally done. Broke a TV, broke a leg on my favorite media cabinet, gauged a nice line along the rental property wood floor, did not re-assemble my bed, did not break down a crib since, get this, they brought NO TOOLS! So that was left to me to break down and move along with another bench and other items. It was just crazy. Then, it got better when they told me it was going to cost $200 more than my estimate because of how long it took. WHAT! You are going to charge me more cause you brought fewer people and had to make 2 trips cause you did not have the right equipment. I was then chastised about the quoted price given because it was just an estimate and that this is my fault...oh my....after some discussion, I paid the estimated amount. so, I filed a claim for the broken items and it's been 3 weeks since the move and am still waiting to hear from them. Soo disappointed that I hired pro's to move my most valued possessions and ended up with green horns... Just a follow-up as its now 6/10 and my claim is not settled. Zero is not an option. Military move. Mike way underestimated our weight by about 6,000 lbs!!! Said we needed 3 days for packing, I called to verify there arrival the day before. Then 5pm the evening before they decided they could do in two days. Day one of packing: Mike (different than the "estimator") and JoJo came. Slow moving but otherwise not bad. Day two: Baron and Sherron came and Baron was slow, did a bunch of nothing in the garage all day, and then after taking a lunch break from the lunch we provided, commenced to taking an hour and half lunch break away from the house. Sherron (spelling) worked his butt off trying to make up for his partners incompetence. Day two: house not completely packed, and my husband had to jump start their truck. Day three: movers show up to load (Skeeter and Cinthya and there crew were great!), but can't because there are hours left worth of packing and no numbers on the boxes!! Call the company, send out a third team of two less than cordial workers, Gloria and some younger guy that back talked the Driver when the driver was helping make his job better. Gloria touted on how we didn't have more than 10-11K lbs (we totaled out around 17K) and made snide comments about our allowable weight (I think is somewhere in the 18's). The other kid had the driver so angry at one point I had to threaten to call the boss. So it became clear all of our belongings were not going to go in one shipment. It was utter chaos and I couldn't keep up with where 6 different bodies were. Gloria packed some very fragile legos without care and so they were in pieces later. Jon from the base (DMO QA) showed up (thank heavens he was there and heard all I had to say, some of which I can put here). At about 5pm, another group of 4 came to load the "overflow" which was suppose to come quickly behind the first load. Over a month later, we just got. I'm told this was due to the belongings having to be crated which took forever! I don't know if I was being punished for turning a theft of prescription medication (and loose cash in my purse - how they found time to root around my belongings is beyond me) in or if they truly are so busy they couldn't crate our items for shipment. Like I said I had prescription medication stolen and had to turn it in. I could not press charges because the person in question refused drug testing. Person was fired and I'm told can not work for moving companies like these in NC (I am not sure the validity of this). We have some damage, but near what was expected. This has been by far the worst military move and company ever! To have 11 different employees in one house over three days (15 in all with driving team and their crew), is completely unacceptable. Spoke with the manager three different times about my scheduled move. On moving day, the movers never showed up. I contacted the manager, and was informed I never confirmed, even though I spoke with him THREE different times about my move. The last conversation, he ensured me the movers would be there on the scheduled date, after a long weekend, refreshed to move my things. They did come two days later, but at that point, I was behind schedule to be out of my rental, and ended up getting a hefty fine. Moves are stressful enough! If you are moving and need professional movers, find another company who will show up when they say they are going to! read more
