I booked LMS back in February 2026 to unpack a POD in May. I called probably 3x in between to…read moreverify things, and I'm so glad they didn't want to hang up on my nervous self. (This move has been a stressful one for me.) They called to confirm the night before, and on the morning of, my two gents (shout out to Ross and CJ!) showed up 30 mins early. EARLY! That's unheard of in this day and age. I was impressed!!!! It took these two about 3hrs to unload our 16ft POD. I wasn't aware, but they do a 10% military discount. (We paid cash to avoid the 3% card fee.) There was a $100 deposit at the time of booking, which came off our bill. And of course, we tipped--which they are allowed to accept. (Thanks Ken for being an amazing owner that allows that!) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LMS for your moving needs. While this move was out of pocket for us, I hope that they're contracted with the military for our next (and FINAL, hallelujah) move. Ross and CJ, much love to you both. Thanks for being all around great humans!

Coleman Worldwide moving company is the worst moving company I have ever had the displeasure of…read moredealing with. Partnering with Allied, they should have been much better. I ensured, on multiple occasions, that the split delivery was to be finished. We had most go into storage, the rest at a temp home. They assured me that both places would be picked up and transferred to our permanent residence. Two weeks before the scheduled delivery, I asked, and was assured that BOTH places were being packed. I called the day before to get a time for delivery and was told they had clue about the temp housing pick up. I immediately called the manager and was told the temp housing pickup was impossible since he had no clue about the second pickup. 1 - Professionalism - Poor - The movers had a major attitude and threw our household goods around like it was nothing. When asked to do a certain task (noted below), they rolled their eyes and gasped as if we were making their lives miserable. 2 - Workmanship - Poor - For several reasons. a - When asked to uncrate a $7000 theater screen in the house and not outside, the lead (driver) rolled his eyes but did as he was asked. Unfortunately, the packers destroyed the screen. When the Coleman movers moved it, they added to the disrespectful treatment of the screen by digging their hands into the screen itself while moving. b - Worker carried a $3000 speaker by the felt. Wife told him that he was damaging the speaker by carrying it like that. He rolled his eyes and carried on. I was not out there for that or I would have yelled at him. The speaker did, in fact, get damaged by the worker. c - Once they were done, many splinters of wood, nails, and screws were left in our driveway. No cleanup was conducted. We even had to clean the splinters from the house. d - Some items were just shoved into crates from the warehouse where they were being stored. A $3500 treadmill was just shoved into the wooden boxes without protection when it was protected leaving our previous home. e - They delivered a mattress to us that is not ours. A different name was clearly written on the mattress cover. I have called several times and they have no desire to pick it up. Coleman claims over 100 years of trust and reliability. If that is the case, then none of the problems we have encountered would have been present. The negligence and complete disregard for others household goods was atrocious and I will NEVER use them again. I highly encourage anyone else considering a move to use a different company, stay away from Coleman. Everyone from management down to the worker is sub par.

They said that they wanted certain things so instead of putting in the dumpster at my old place they decided to put in trash or rather beside it at my new place where trash won't pick up. One of the fellas seemed to try and listen but a silk orchid and a large piece of anything were still left in my bed and bath. Cords and the items they matched were packed in different boxes. How do you do by accident? Idk. Things were broken. My recliner was packed in the truck without a blanket getting it dirty. This was a one year old recliner that had a cover on it the whole year. They left packing supplies in the front yard even though we didn't pack at the new place and they were supposed to take all boxes. 3 items were left with big bulky blankets...of course one of an inexpensive Amazon mirror not my nice recliner. Go figure. I asked to pack my express machine with tlc. All the pieces were packed separately?? I can't find them although not completely unpacked. I had 3 old dolls my mother gave me as a child. They were not wrapped and almost decapitated. They were upside down and hyperextended. My mother passed over 30 years ago. Big mast blankets were left on 3 items now still on two. I just spoke to the office about a piece left by the trash that was too big to bag and otherwise I'll have to pay. They purposely put behind things and I just saw, water logged and too large for the trash man to pick up in a neighborhood. She said that they would talk. I personally don't care if they get the blankets but should not charge me for leaving items that they don't want (but said they did) by my trash can instead of the dumpster at my old place. Was the price worth it? No! I tried to bribe into a reasonable speed. Well, they had done two move earlier in the day and were tired. Two of the days they arrived 4-5 hours later than what I was told. I was exhausted by the time they got there because of some physical issues. Each day they say 10:30 and arrive 2:30-3pm. Ridiculous. Items still left in boxes that were supposed to be emptied and boxes galled off. Who knows how much it will cost to replace cords to items. Tarah at the front has a script 'I hear your concerns' the man that I think owns was so disrespectful speaking to me. Even after they received over $4000 from me. The two men that got some furniture from my dad's old house on a separate day were great. But with 4 days of horrible I can't focus on that part. Disrespect, late, broke or hid items, left stuff of theirs ie blanks, forties recliner, left items by trash that could potentially cost me more money. I've asked for someone to pick up. If I must pay I'll update. They assume if folks move in 4 years folks will forget I guess? They said the truck was getting full but they had some items I gave them.
