This is just to let you know how they behave on the highway to get to their jobs. My trip to work was very scary this morning and from their comment, the safety of others is not a concern for them. Please consider this communication when choosing this business. This was my communication with them via Facebook Messenger. Please remember your business name is on your truck. When the driver bullies people on the highway, I assure you that business will be lost. Who wants to hire a bully. I feel certain this will not happen again. I hate to see an obviously successful business get a bad name for something so unnecessary. Honest Renovations LLC sent 13 minutes ago I greatly appreciate the feedback ma'am. But work doesn't reflect on how someone acts towards their customers or how they drive on the road. Time is money and a lot of money gets lost on the road. Others will tell you the same. Again, thanks for the feedback and have an amazing day. You sent 6 minutes ago Well, I certainly did find the driver of the truck. I am glad you feel that way and I am sorry you feel the need to put lives in danger because of money. I pray you will not have to ever tell my family or the families of the other drivers that you took our lives because of money. I am so sorry my safety and the safety of others is an inconvenience to your business. Best wishes. Honest Renovations LLC sent 5 minutes ago Take care as well ma'am.

He came to the house with Robyn and we went through what I wanted. Chris got back to me in very short order with all the estimates we needed. After all other contractor discussions were had, we decided to go with Chris for a number of reasons. One, he was polite and easy to speak with( we just felt good about him). He was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. Going with our gut, we decided to move forward with him. He came out immediately upon his availability and started the work. During each phase, he let me know who was expected to come out and all of his subs were very polite and considerate as we were still living in the house. We spoke throughout the build making sure everything that was done was what we expected and discussed obstacles while providing solutions( can't expect to do a remodel and not have surprises). When final walk through was done, we were very please with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to request his help in the future.
