I can't speak for the roofing aspect of this business. But the interior portion was rushed, WHEN…read morethey worked. It's apparent more than one job was being juggled at the same time. There was tons of trash left throughout the property daily. I often had to clean a path to walk through and inspect things. The overall finished product was very sloppy and reflected a lack of concern. Several calls were made to set up an appointment to correct the noted concerns and I have yet to receive a response. The 5vstar reviews are probably that of the owner or close friends. Hopefully I can upload pics to further validate this review.

I'm really surprised by the negative reviews here. During our new home purchase journey, our…read morerealtor recommended Sean Corcoran to inspect and remediate a crawl space nightmare. Before Sean's inspection, we were advised of the initial inspection cost and were able to schedule a specific date/time to meet him at the property. We were definitely impressed by his professionalism. His structural report provided us with the data needed to negotiate an appropriate purchase price for a house with deferred maintenance. After our purchase, Sean and his crew got to work immediately to repair structural damage, install an efficient drainage system and seal the crawl space. With the wet spring we've had this year, we've learned our new sump pump runs 24/7! I think we've discovered the fountain of youth under our house! Sean's always been responsive and worked to resolve the additional moisture issues. All covered by his initial quote, so he stands by his work. There have been times when Sean's shown up unannounced; however, it's always been for something we've requested. As long as he's following up with us, I'm ok with his unscheduled visits, because it means the work is being done. Bottom line, if you want it done right, you better call Sean!

He came to the house with Robyn and we went through what I wanted. Chris got back to me in very short order with all the estimates we needed. After all other contractor discussions were had, we decided to go with Chris for a number of reasons. One, he was polite and easy to speak with( we just felt good about him). He was not the cheapest but was not the most expensive either. Going with our gut, we decided to move forward with him. He came out immediately upon his availability and started the work. During each phase, he let me know who was expected to come out and all of his subs were very polite and considerate as we were still living in the house. We spoke throughout the build making sure everything that was done was what we expected and discussed obstacles while providing solutions( can't expect to do a remodel and not have surprises). When final walk through was done, we were very please with the end result. I would recommend him to anyone and I plan to request his help in the future.
