GlasPro is under new ownership so reviews of past jobs should not affect your decision to use them. I had an outstanding experience with an installation of shower doors. Because there were some quirks in the shower space, they were extremely careful in their measurements. They always responded promptly to my questions and gave me a very reasonable bid on the job. They called before coming and showed up on time!! The installers did a perfect job, even taking longer to make sure everything was correctly hung. And cleaned up after themselves:) I highly recommend them and plan to use them again for some window replacements. read more

What a wonderful company to do business with. Took a sash to have new glass installed and it was done the next morning. Most who write reviews have some kind of negative experience that many times was beyond the control of the business. For every 1 bad review there are probably 100 satisfied customers who were not compelled to say so. I recommend Glaspro! read more

UPDATE. 6 months and still trying to get these guys to repair their work. They do not answer call, texts or emails. They think I'm going to just roll over and give up but maybe an updated yelp review will get their attention. Zero professionalism, zero sense of urgency, and zero respect. Don't bother with these people unless you have plenty of time to wait around. Came without needed materials and tools. A 1-2 day job turned into weeks. They don't show up and then call later apologizing with every excuse in the book. I feel for the installer he's working his butt off and that's the only person who seems to work at this company. The problem is they're only allowing a couple hours a day to each job. I would avoid using them, it is worth it to wait for a reputable company. read more

Under new ownership and just as unreliable as ever! I wouldn't waste your time even trying to get these people to care about their reputation. Last year it took several phone calls and months of waiting for them to complete the job, and now, 9 months later I have a huge stress crack in the bay window they installed and I've called them 4 times and still can't get an answer on whether they will honor a warranty. They just keep putting me off, putting me off, putting me off. I would have gladly paid labor if they were willing to replace their crappy product. read more

Fixed two screens to perfection. Plan on using them when I replace some shoddy windows by a shady builder.

Let me tell you about this guy, the owner Joe Lorson. He is a scammer!!!! Before calling GlasPro I called several glass repair shops in the Atlantic Beach area on short notice due to a neighborhood break-in, and was not able to get anyone to install a small window pane that got broken out during a home burglary. The threat of severe weather was possible that day, and needed immediate help. After receiving a return call from Joe that day, he assured me that he could do it that day within a few hours because he was traveling toward Atlantic Beach for a job in Swansboro. The next question from Joe was "How are you going to pay?" I replied, "Either by check or cash." Joe replied, "I'd rather it be cash." Well, the next thing I knew, Joe showed up without the proper amount of glass to do the job!!!! It took 2 hours for him to do a quick ten minute glass replacement job on a 5" x 26" window pane. That's after I spent time listening to his life's problems and about him selling his glass business within 2 yrs. so he could retire and live his life working on his many boats and fixing up his beach house!!!!! By the way showed pics of his beach house. The repair job looked like an amateur did it. Lots of caulking that isn't smooth out. Poor job. Near the end of the 2 hr. TEN minute glass fix, we worked out a time for him to return the following week to complete the job. Pre-paid him $200.00 cash, which was a bit more than what he asked for ($192.00), and got no return call or visit from Joe since that initial date. Called and spoke with Joe three different times at his cell number at which he eventually told me that he had forgotten about completing the job!!Another date was set for him to return and complete the job, but I was told to call him back and remind him again the day before. Wow!!! When I called him back two days before the scheduled date, he then told me that he had already completed what he was asked to do initially, and that anything else would cost me extra!!!!!! On top of that, I placed several calls and sent a couple of text messages to Joe requesting him to text or email me an invoice for the glass job, but that never happened either! On my last phone call to Joe, I did give him an ear full to let him know that he scammed me and took advantage of me and my 80 year old parents that day. Not a credible guy at all. Hard lesson learned. Watch out for Joe "Cash" !!!!!!! Lacks moral and ethical standards. read more

GlassPro is anything but professional. Joe, the owner, missed an appointment to measure our shower for a glass surround. A day later he called to apologize for missing the appointment and reschedule. After showing up on the second attempt he measured, said he would work up a quote within 24hrs. Ten days later after phone calls and text messages, still no quote. However, an employee of Joe's calls to.....come out and measure! He claims the company did not have any measurements. Again, quote promised the second go around in 24 more hours. Ten more days later, repeat sequence, receive a call from Joe. Again, apologies, a promised 24hr timeline on a quote. If you have recognized the trend here you may have correctly guessed it. About 4 weeks in and I still have no quote!!! Three strikes for Joe and Glass"Un" Pros. I couldn't recommend this joke of a business any less. This would be a zero star rating if possible. Go elsewhere for your glass needs!!! read more

I have had the extraordinary pleasure of meeting and working with Joey, Missy Dan and John at Glaspro. They are absolutely wonderful to not only work with but to know as well. I am quite picky regarding workmanship that is done in my home and they installed all 11 windows flawlessly,, I would recommend them without reservation to anyone. Also the cost of the windows were significantly more affordable to me than the several other companies that I had contacted.
