He has refused to replace they key despite him telling me that he would send it to me. He never sent the key back. When I told him my car was still squeeking, he told me to xome back to the shop, which I did and he made it a point to not be there durring his posted business houra. I then was left with no option but to take it to someone else. They figured the issue out within 10min of looking at my car. It turns out the altanator tensioner was completely missing. Rusty had tried to jerryrig the part which was done with the wrong part. If you value honesty don't go to Rusty. He is a lier and he will probably break your vehicle more than what is is already broken. He is completely clueless as to how to properly fix vehicles and he will not keep his word about abything. He has cost me well over $650 and he refuses to make things right. Don't waste your time with this business.

So he said he would be at my house first thing in the morning. After many excuses he finally…read morearrived around noon. He didn't even ring my door bell before starting to work on my boat. The boat wouldn't shift into reverse. The shift lever felt like it was stuck. After about 2 minutes the shift lever finally moved back so I assumed it was fixed. Took it out a couple days later and the lever went back but still no reverse. I sent him a text only to be told that he wouldn't be able to come back out for a couple weeks. I took it to an actual boat shop today and they spun the prop and it moved freely when the shift lever was back so it would never engage reverse. I paid $100 to stardust for absolutely nothing. I wish I had more boat knowledge so that I could have called him out on the spot. I sent him a text tonight and he was so defensive that I had no choice but to warn everyone online. Do yourself a favor and take your boat to an actual boat shop and get back out fishing instead of wasting your time and money on stardust automotive.
