Called Howard on Friday morning while I was at work and asked if I could bring it by Saturday, and he said no problem. I showed up at 830am, didn't even have to take it off the trailer, Howard just climbed right up, looked at few things (fuel, oil, etc), tried some starter spray, and then checked the spark plug, put in a new one and it started right up! Had me in and out of there in 15 min for only $20!! Cannot recommend him enough! My work friends are the ones who recommended him and his business to me, and now I'll never go anywhere else!

I read the reviews of Richard's Auto Service being an honest mechanic, so I took him my vehicle a few months after moving to the Goldsboro area. Those reviews were correct. Richard's Auto Service is honest, but also so much more. Richard's Auto Service also offers quality work at a customer-friendly price (less expensive than www.yourmaehcanic.com -- a mobile mechanic service). Richard's Auto service is not in a high-traffic area, but it isn't far either and for work you can trust, the drive is well worth it. I have found my mechanic.

Looking for a great dealership with quality people and top on the line used cars and new vehicles,…read morethis is the place for you. My daughter was looking for a larger vehicle for an expected child. After looking at trucks online for days we picked out a few trucks at multiple car lots / dealerships that would suit her needs. We had settled on one in rocky mount. We planned to go back and buy it the next day as it was getting late in the evening. On our way back home, my daughter found one that she wanted to look at before heading back to rocky mount. So glad we decided to go look at one more. This dealership knows how to conduct themselves and talk to the customer. Not like just another sale but as if we were close friends having a conversation. This dealership is by far the best one I have been to in many years maybe the best one to date. I love the personalization and the feeling that you are dealing with a company and people that cares. You can buy vehicles on every corner in every town, but you will not get the same attention or feel as welcome anywhere like Odem Ford. I truly believe they would be just as happy to talk with you as to sell a vehicle to you. Finishing this off with a huge kudos to everyone at Odom Ford for a very professional way of doing business and still having the personal touch. This can only happen if the culture is rooted from the top down.
