Okay, so I went and purchased the tool and the lugnuts and they said they would replace it and do the tires. I took my car back to have the tires put on and they ended up telling me my brake hose blew. I don't really understand why they would be doing anything with my brakes or even pushing on my brake pedal when all they were supposed to do was change the tires and lugnuts. I ended up having to spend $120 to get my car towed to a shop in Jacksonville who could fix the issue on a Sunday. So, $726 later, the issue was resolved and they put new tires on for me. I received much better care at Mavis Brakes and Tires where it was towed to than I did here.

I came in with a shaking/misfire issue and instead of just throwing random parts at it, they spent the time to properly diagnose the problem. Turned out to be a bad ignition coil on cylinder 2, and they got it fixed quickly and at a fair price. What stood out most was the honesty and professionalism. They recommended a carbon cleaning service for later on but made it clear there was no pressure at all. The owner even told me he'd rather spend extra time diagnosing the issue correctly than waste my money replacing unnecessary parts, which is hard to find nowadays. Truck is running smooth again and I definitely trust these guys. Highly recommend Rick's Repair Service if you want honest mechanics that actually care about doing the job right.
