They were exceedingly efficient and extremely personable and nice. They loaded on a Monday and , at our request, unloaded on Saturday (the 23d of December). They unloaded in the pouring rain and took exceptional care to insure that no damage occurred to the house during the process. Mr. Hardy, himself, followed up on the 27th to see how we felt the move went. We have nothing but high praise for Mr. Hardy, who is a man of his word, and his company.

So we agreed to add a packer, he was an hour late and did not pack he hung out with the others movers. It got to be 6:30 PM and they were all standing out by the truck with a lot of stuff not packed and still in place in my condo, so all my stuff did not get moved. We had to go to the new place My good suits were stuffed down in a box wrinkled to the max. The guys were very friendly. I was told the unused moving supplies (boxes etc.) would be credited and removed. Over 10 boxes, wrapping paper, plastic wrap, many rolls of tape were left behind . My original estimate was $1100. I knew it would rise with the addition of a man, but not to $2800. $1000 of which were supplies which I ended up throwing away. Like I said some of this was the estimate process which I bear some responsibility, but the tardiness and lack of job completion were not my responsibility

It was detailed and complete, listing all materials needed and all of the instructions for moving (what goes, what stays, packing fragile items, etc. 2. The team arrived per schedule, on time and ready. They worked quickly and professionally, and I found them friendly and I observed them taking extra care of my goods as they were loaded on the van. 3. Unloading was quick, and I found them both responsive to my directions for where things needed to wind up, and in fact they created a storage scheme that allowed me to access my kitchen stuff (for instance) without a lot of shuffling and relocating boxes. It was thoughtful and considerate, something I had not even thought about when planning the move. BBG&T were great.
