Other companies make u prepay on glitchy websites that don't work, cancel after wasting your time making you send pics, won't let you buy only what you need - forcing you to buy a whole package, and charge outrageous prices. I was shopping around for a few different quotes this past month to have the carpets at my home in…read moreFuquay-Varina cleaned, and while many of the initial quotes were comparable, I would find once I received a more detailed quote, many companies would charge extra for certain things like hallway linen closets, bedroom closets, or if a room was over 200sq ft in size. With Giles Family Carpet Cleaning, I was not nickel and dimed to death with additional fees. What I was initially quoted was the actual price I paid--bedroom closets were included with the cost of each bedroom and my hallway linen closet was included with hallway charge. Rates were very reasonable and they also had weekend availability which made scheduling much easier for my husband and I. The gentleman that came did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets, and my husband even commented on how diligent he was in making sure every nook and cranny was cleaned. I also appreciated that a text confirmation was sent the day prior to the scheduled cleaning, confirming our appointment. While I consider my husband and kids to be fairly tidy , we did have some stains from a few spills that he was able to remove. We were very pleased with the results--the carpet was clean and plush looking/feeling as if it had been newly installed. I wish I would have taken some before and after pictures to show but unfortunately did not think to do so at the time. In any case, I would definitely recommend this company for anyone in the area looking for a professional carpet clean!
