I shared the contract, the footage, and a detailed timeline. They refused to adjust the invoice, ignoring all the facts. That tells me everything I need to know about how they conduct business. If this is how they handle documented and respectful customer disputes by padding charges and refusing accountability, what else might they be inflating? If you value transparency, integrity, and fair billing, I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Companies that abuse customer trust should not be allowed to operate without consequence.
