They were able to come to my house to pick up an old sofa the very next day at 8:00 a.m. They arrived exactly on the dot! I noticed that the truck they drove up in was clean and well-maintained with good tires (something I notice on professional vehicles, as well-maintained trucks are safe trucks, and indicates that they value their employees, and care about how customers perceive them). The gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and had a wonderfully sunny disposition. They wore disposable masks for safety and respected my house.
