They changed the battery and said the fob was fine. 2 days later, sitting in the parking lot of a business in Jacksonville, the fob failed to start the car. Same issue we had before. My wife called the company to have the fob they sold us repaired or replaced. They said they needed to see who they ordered the fob from because they didn't want to give us another fob if their source is selling low quality products. When they called us back, they said they were not going to replace the fob. When my wife started to ask a question, the employee interrupted, said "thank you..." and then hung up. Brandon will not be getting any of my business and referrals. I am a very busy Property Manager on Top Sail Island. I would have loved to establish a working relationship with the new owner of Chance's; as the founder, Jerry Chance was a great human being. Jerry was referred to me from the Honda dealership last summer. In 5 minutes, Jerry was able to make a new chip key for my car and charged me $25. Today, the same service was needed and the new rude owner, Brandon wanted $150. or more! He could not explain the giant increase in price and even tried to convince me I needed the ignition pulled!
