I flew into town to check out property and needed a locksmith. I called this business. I explained I was only going to be in town for the weekend and needed someone quickly. We made arrangements for him to come to the house between 9-11am the following day. I waited at the house the entire time. I finally started called at 1030 to get an eta. I tried called three more times with no luck. At about 1110 I got a text message that he was running late and it would be another half hour or so. By that point it wasn't worth using him. It's bad form to call a client AFTER you're late to say you're going to be late. Had he taken time to simply reach out earlier, instead of having me waste two hours waiting for him, I might still have used him. read more

Wow!! John and team were absolutely amazing to work with! In the middle of the day my husband stepped outside to give me a quick kiss and check on me while accidentally locking the door behind him! I am so embarrassed to say that it took me this long to write a review since this happened on Aug. 14th! Larry is just an absolute lifesaver! We had a very very pregnant neighbor just going through it and the day before her oldest started his 1st day of school, her keys go missing super late at night. What a mess. Waited almost an hour for him to show. Charged me 100$ and was a complete dick and laughed at me. He used a piece of plastic to open my door that took less than 10 seconds to open and laughed at my face when I asked him how much the damage is going to cost and charged me 100$. Highly advise to use a different service. Learn to treat your customers with respect. read more
