He was here for over an hour and had this suction hose that deep cleaned my failed attempts. He also took the time to educate me on proper carpet care and some tricks if certain things happen (like dog pee). The rate was extremely affordable and I will be recommending him to all of my friends. Note to military: he does extend a military discount. My dog was not so nice to him and instead of being upset, Bill was very professional while I put the dogs outside. I will have Bill back for the next carpet clean soon!!
