It is all in the name! Superior Carpet truly was superior. I asked for a quote using Yelp and was asked to provide additional information. They quoted me at a reasonable price and were able to schedule an appointment with me immediately. My movers ended up taking longer than scheduled, and Superior Carpet worked with this and rescheduled me with ease for a later time! The day of they even called me stating they had some cancellations and could arrive earlier if needed. This was perfect and allowed me to move out a few hours sooner. Decided to go with Superior because they had a $75 special for two rooms, and I only needed two rooms cleaned. This was the lowest rate I found. They asked that I vacuum ahead of time - no problem. Areas were vacuumed and furniture had been moved. Tech arrived on time. Friendly and professional, got right to work. Two rooms and hallway were cleaned and done in about 45 minutes. Looks much better but after carpet dried I noticed that some spots were still noticeable. We had no major stains, just spottiness in high traffic areas because we have light-colored carpet. Overall I would recommend Superior if you're just looking for a quick cleaning of high traffic areas. If you have major stains and/or odors that you're looking to get rid of, this is probably not the best option for you. read more

I just had my carpet cleaned by Superior Carpet Cleaning. Hands down this was the best my carpet has ever been cleaned. For years I've used another company but was never quite satisfied. I always felt the need to ask for areas to be gone over again. My house would just smell wet once they were done because deodorizing typically is extra. With Superior Carpet Cleaning, the technician took his time and cleaned my carpet like I would have done it and you don't see that often. I did not feel the need to ask him to go over anything although he offered to if there were areas that I thought needed it. But this was unnecessary because he did such an amazing job the first time. My house smells wonderful because deodorizing was included as well and the price was great too. I am so impressed and would highly recommend their services!!!!! read more

Called for their 2 room and hall special. We are moving out of base housing and their were an few spots in the hallway that needed to be taken care of (we had a pre move out inspection prior to calling) they don't spot clean so I said I would do the above mentioned special. Then she informed me that they couldn't take my business with out doing a full move out package. I said I don't need that. 2 bedrooms were hardly used and they only cared about the hallway. She said that's not how we work if we come in we are cleaning everything. I said all I want is the 2 room and hall special and she refused saying that that might not be good enough for base housing. I told her it shouldn't matter she is getting paid regardless. Plus I did the pre move out inspection for a reason. Beyond pissed for even wasting my time on the phone with these people. They just try to get more money off of you then necessary. read more
